Was een aangenaamd verblijf op een goede en betaalbare locatie.

De locatie was precies goed.

Keuken: er was ijs in de koelkast. Spullen in de keuken verouderd/vies Badkamer: douche functioneerde niet zoals het moest Zwembad: niet genoeg handdoeken ervoor

Un apartament molt acollidor i perfecte per anar en família.

Que es troba al centre del casc antic i està perfectament equipat per a 4 persones (la cuina, els llits, etc.). Molt fàcil el check-in i el sistema de recollida de claus.

Pensavem que eren dos habitacions, però era tota la part de dalt que estava connectada.

Estancia correcta en un lugar inmejorable en pleno centro de Toledo

La ubicación de los apartamentos es inmejorable. Se puede llegar cómodamente en coche y hay un estupendo aparcamiento público (de pago, pero público) justo enfrente. Los apartamentos están un edificio rehabilitado con mucho gusto. Están limpios (apartamentos y estancias, pasillos y edificio). Con los splits de aire acondicionado (uno en el salón y otro en el dormitorio) fue suficiente para no pasar frio.

Eché de menos no haber un trato con personas directamente, vía recepción o al menos una portería, pero bueno, con las indicaciones que recibes por email en principio es suficiente para poder acceder, aunque pueden ser complejas y dar problemas (urls que se cortan, por ejemplo) para alguien que no sea muy experimentado con un teléfono móvil o internet (personas mayores etc...) La cocina, estaba muy bien equipada con buenos electrodomésticos pero desafortunadamente ni el horno ni el lavaplatos funcionaban, con lo cual no pudimos hacer el uso que esperábamos. De todos modos dimos aviso y supongo que se repararán.

Charming unit centrally located in Toledo. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic...a short walk to all key sites in Toledo...close to restaurants and convenience store. The room itself was amazing...clean, comfortable, lots of ameneties (kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utinsils, large shower, etc.). I rented the ground floor apartment...and I do wonder how much more amazing the upper floor units are.

The inner door handle to the bathroom was missing...which caused me to be nearly locked into the bathroom a couple of times. Easy enough to solve with the flat end of the toothpaste tube. Hopefully the owner takes care of this before the next guest arrives. A tiny inconvenience to an otherwise perfect property.

Muito bem localizado

Muito bem localizado, mesmo na zona central da cidade. Muito próximo dos restaurantes, lojas e principais atrações. Durante a estadia, fizemos sempre tudo a pé. O carro ficou num parque de estacionamento pago próximo da habitação. O parque está sempre muito ocupado, tivemos que esperar que saísse alguma viatura para se conseguir estacionar.

Estaba todo limpio y bien ubicado. Tiene 2 baños.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas. El portero automático para abrir la puerta de la calle no funcionaba. El teléfono no lo cogían. No pudimos dejar las maletas en ningún sitio.

La ubicación y el parqueadero público al frente.

No se especificaba claramente que una de las personas dormiría en un sofa cama. También deberían haber más mantas (cobijas) para dormir, para no depender de encender el aire acondicionado.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and near to attractions.

The place was spotlessly clean. The beds were made up and the whole place was centrally located and near to all the attractions.

No salt, pepper, coffee, sugar or milk on site. Had to buy and bring in.

Muy céntrico

Lo amplio del apartamento y bien surtido. Camas limpias. Estaba rota la tostadora y rápidamente la cambiaron. El aseo bien. Todo limpio.

Insuficiente aislamiento acústico. En la calle había una placa metálica que a cada coche que pasaba estuvo despertándonos toda las noches a cada vez. Y mucho ruido la cañería al abrir el grifo.

The access problems spoiled my stay as I worried each time I went out.

In the old town, near the Cathedral. The studio had everything you would want . It looked stunning.

How to get into the property, 8 random people tried to help with the information on my phone. In the end one person rang every doorbell until someone answered and let me in the 3 days I was there 2 other people had problems trying to access their accommodation. I stayed in a downstairs studio, it was noisy with people talking coming in and out of the property.

great location, clean, access and egress worked well

no response whatsoever to our repeated contacts regarding; no kettle, no iron, only 2 hangers for clothes and defective shower bracket also night time street noise was disturbing

Toledo is fascinating and the apartment enhanced our enjoyment

Great location - right in the middle of the old town so that all important sites were easily able to be reached on foot. The overall building is charming with fabulous features such as the original main entrance door and the internal courtyard. The apartment itself also retains some original features but has been modernised sympathetically. It also includes all necessary cooking amenities (plus dishwasher tablets which many places do not provide - so helpful!) The swimming pool was a bonus (although, as we went in May and as there is no heating in the pool, it was rather chilly). Finally, the very close parking was only about 30 metres from the apartment (although, at €18.95 per day, it was not cheap)

It was unfortunate that the lock-box code for leaving the keys, at the end of our stay, had been changed (before we actually left) meaning that we could not lock up the keys without messaging the 'owner' to clarify the matter. However the response time to our query was very prompt.

Central location in the old town, sympathetically renovated historic building.

The location was excellent right in the heart of the old town and easy walking to everywhere. The apartment was lovely and clean and restored to highlight its historical features. The parking (garaje Santo Tome)is very convenient, almost opposite the accommodation, its not cheap but it is right in the centre of the old town, so you would expect to pay for that. Nice shower once we got it working, the handle was a bit stiff and we were frightened to force it and break it because of the 200 Euro deposit, but I phoned the host and he assured me it just needed firm handling.

Communication before arrival was severely lacking. I kept asking for the name of the parking garage and I just got messages asking me to pay the fees and then the damages deposit, even after I had done both and messaged for a third time to ask for the name of the parking again, I did not get a response. It's Garaje Santo Tome for anyone in future who would like to find it. The link to get in the big main door did not work, luckily another guest was exiting and let us in. Despite these negatives, we would stay again.

Good value for the location.

The location and the size of the suite was great. The suite was very nice and very clean. The bed was great and I slept very well.

We had trouble running the heater, the stovetop and a few other appliances at the same time as twice the breaker had to be reset. After that we were careful not to run too many major appliances at the same time. As it was pretty cold in Toledo not having the heat on made the suite uncomfortably cool. Also, the suite seems dark as I suspect the lights are all eco friendly. I just found it dark - especially in the bathroom.

lovely, quite, perfect location

The apartment locates near the Toledo Cathedral, so the location is perfect. near you can find small supermarket, cafes, bars and a private parking with reasonable price, but you can park free nearby as locals do. The apartment was clean and had all necessary gadgets such as dishwasher, iron, washing machine, hairdryer etc. Every room has air conditioner so you won’t get hot or cold. Also big thanks for the help on our arrival, as we’ve arrived at 9.30pm and still were supported (as we couldn’t get in instantly 😅)

The only tiny minus spotted was stinky toilet on the first floor, might be pipes problem, but you can always turn on the air exhauster

Quiet place despite being located in the city centre, parking right next door. Clear check-in instructions! Revelation

It is worth thinking about the light before entering the second courtyard. And no coffee for start the day after a late arrival ( this is standard in other ones)

Perfect

Everything ok and more than that. Good communication. Location very good. Spacious. Perfect bathrooms (2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms). Clean. Swimming pool real, not only in photos, Air-conditioning working. Fridge working. Parking nearby (20 m) available if arriving a little later in the evening. Wife very happy - so, any comments ?

Getting the keys was a little bit Star Treck-like (via a phone app) but in the end functioned very well and everything was easy on the site.

A beautiful experience that matches the character of beautiful Toledo.

The location was superb, walking distance from all important sites. The pool was small but nice after a day of walking. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable beds and great bathroom.

We couldn't use the dishwasher.

It is not easy to access the apartment if you have a baby in a stroller and if you are an elderly person as there are a lot of steps, you have to go up and down several sets of steps to get o the apartment. its just not easy, a pity because the apartment is nice.

Centrally located and spacious, highly recommended

The place is fabulously located, close to everything that you want to see in Toledo. Our accommodation was a large one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. from a location, size point of view its a 10/10 and highly recommended. The reserve money which was kept on hold was reversed immediately.

The signing of the contract by each member of the family instead of the main member / credit card holder proved to be difficult and felt bit unnecessary and therefore long winded in process. The wifi although worked very well, was difficult to find the password, although the host came to rescue very quickly. The picture of the property somehow indicates a swimming pool, which we did not see nor directed to.
