Nice location
Sure Needs updating and not very good for parking
4.0
Location and facilities on site were good. Quiet location for our caravan, very easy to check in with keys inside the property all ready for us. Ample parking.
General untidiness inside the caravan. Random items in all cupboards. Dirty sinks and toilet. The sofa smelt awful. Things like fairy liquid had the smallest bit left in it. No soap on bathroom. The cleanest part were the beds sheets, so at least that made sleeping ok. Not so much for the person left on the smelly sofa though.

Perfect location when arriving with the ferry. Nice, calm park. Good food in the restaurant. Clean caravan.

Close walk to the cliffs, quiet neighbourhood.. good kitchen and beds. Park car really close to the caravan.
No internet, old furniture.

Basic caravan clean and tidy with everything needed
Broken unsafe steps on entry exit

It was clean and beds comfy.
Not really as it states, there's no decking, no hot tub at the caravan.
While it was clean, it took 90 mins to cook 16 mins French fries in the oven, the kitchen sink was very slow to drain, the bathroom stool could not be put away and door wasn't good at staying shut but unlocked. The entrance steps need repair.

It was clean. Price was OK for one night in half term.
Property was very tired and needs refreshing. Sink drainer leaks, windows don't close properly, bathroom door very hard to close, showerhead can't be put in a useable position. Fire extinguisher 5 years overdue for a test.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything there that you need for a self catering holiday. Close enough to the swimming pool area, small shop and club house. Overall an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.
Definitely needs black out blinds or curtains for the bedrooms, especially for the summer.
Could do with an update of some of the furnishings.

Very nice little Caravan close to the White cliffs of Dover in walking distance. Of course it´s not a 5 Star Hotel, don´t aspect that but you get everything you need, two comfortable bedrooms, kitchen area and a-shower bathroom. Dogs are allowed. The caravan is part of a holiday caravan & apartaments park, which is very nice! We were on our way back from Crufts and used this as an overlay to see the White Cliffs, We had a very nice stay!

Very comfortable...it had lots of equipment in the kitchen and everything we needed to be comfortable.
Found it difficult to find the caravan....maybe more written directions would be helpful. But we did arrive in the dark and a rain storm!!!!

Self catering, the kitchen was well equiped, tea, toast and cereal and tea and coffee was all we had in the Lodge.
Ideal for us as we were racing at Lydden Hill over the weekend.
It was perfect for us.

everything about the caravan was perfect. very spacious. my son has a lot of medical equipment we set him up for the night in the living room area and was perfect no issues. the kids were snug as a bug in their room, loads of condiments which was brill as we just grabbed a chippy tea on the way from the ferry port. loads of extra blankets and towels, honestly couldn't fault it.
our only issue was nothing to do with the caravan itself but more the caravan site, we got there very late and it was so dark and pouring down and we did struggle to find the caravan , there was another family driving round at the same time also looking for their caravan it was like a maze so take a torch if your getting their late!

the caravan smelt of dog, there was dog hair all around the caravan, the bedroom doors didnt open and close properly settee was broken and the decking at the entrance wasnt secured and wobbled everytime anyone stood on it

It was quiet and really easy to find the actual park
Arrived with two children with additional needs about 5pm. Went to the restaurant to be told they don't do food at the weekends would have been handy to know this from the start. Ended up having to ring for a take away we must have picked the worse one on the planet 🤣. It's a bit difficult to find the actual caravan as it's a bit of maze. Tried to ring the owner as we could not find it. NO ANSWER WENT RIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. which panicked us a bit as we had travelled from Doncaster. However with some help we did find it eventually 😃 the caravan was clean beds comfortable. And the shower is definitely accessable for children and adults with or without difficulties. Not sure I would book again with SEN kid's on a weekend. as nowhere for them to eat on site. but it was a pleasant stay. Very close to Dover ferry port which is where we were going the next day. I would recommend this property for families. I wanted to give an honest review for families. And I hope I've done this. I would book again. I would just do my research first ❤️
