Awful stay, poor property and bad host.

Very little, you could park outside which was handy when I couldn’t stay there any longer.

I booked 2 nights at the property, got there and the lighting outside for key lock was very bad so took me a while to get through iron door and front door. The inside was very dated, sockets hanging off the wall and furniture very dirty. Kitchen units were in a bad state and the kitchen had a stale smell. The main problem was the boiler wasn’t working so I had a night with no heating and no hot water. When I contacted the owner and his manager the communication was awful so much so that I couldn’t go back there because I wasn’t told if the problem had been fixed. That resulted in me having to find alternative accommodation for that evening in a hotel in city centre and costing a small fortune… still no reply from owner about a refund of any sort even after contacting days later..Would not recommend. (I’m pretty sure they are not bothered about bad reviews)

very good apartment

The house was a really comfortable one. Spacious and in a good location. Well secured and with well functioning amenities.

Please do some deep cleaning in the apartment. a bit of cobwebs here and there. Also, some basic things can be provided like shower gel and the likes

Really spacious properly, not as modern as some places advertised but that's part of it's charm. It was comfy and cosy and really good value, walking distance from supermarkets and bus stops. Will definitely be booking again.

You pay for what you get.

Great location for where I was visiting in Leeds. Fair price for a one-bed house. It's good that it has two function rooms and a kitchen downstairs. I liked the wetroom style bathroom. Gaining entry to the property was easy and straightforward. It was good to have the extra metal gate on the front door for the feel of extra security.

The odd smell in the front room, like a hamster cage or something, has sat in that room too long in the past. Luckily, that was the only room that did. Before going out for the evening, I checked all the windows (habit) and found all three downstairs windows handles unlocked, in a way that they could be pulled open with ease from the outside! I'm very glad I had checked! The front door was not fitted very well/loose. This is resolved by the metal gate, I am guessing. Overall I would happy to stay again at this property. Its is in a convenient location and I like have a larger space for the same price, if not cheaper, than other single roomed hotels in Leeds.

Minimal accommodation that suits need for place to stay for up to two people

It was clean.

TV not properly installed so unable to view anything at all even via the preinstalled apps as no antenna or cable connected. Kitchen had one tea bag, no coffee. The foam sofa downstairs was only pad on floor. Smoke detector has been removed from property leaving guests at risk should some untoward event occur.

wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

it had walls and a roof

everywhere and everything stank of cigarette/smoke, cigarette burns and smoke strains everywhere, sofa bed was a 4x2 ft cushion on the floor, mattress in bedroom was thin and uncomfortable, front of the property/gravel was covered in feces, no handle on the inside of bathroom door so the door wouldn’t close and if it did then you were shut in there until someone came to let you out, damaged cupboards, stairs are uneven and unsafe (we all slipped/fell at some point during our stay) was generally unclean and possessions from a previous guest were left behind, the front door had metal bars and gates on it which was a great indicator of the area

A comfortable overnight stay with a comfortable bed and a large ‘wet room’ bathroom. I wouldn’t stay for a week’s holida

The property was generally clean and warm. Security was extremely good. I felt safe. There was adequate street parking. I was able to park immediately outside the property.

It’s location looked very run down. Although there were adequate supermarkets, we couldn’t find any restaurants in the vicinity. Although generally clean, the kitchen could do with modernisation. The decor was a bit overwhelming in colour in the dining room area and the curtains could do with freshening up together with cleaning cobwebs away.

The location is good and convenient

it was smelly in general including the refrigerator and wallpaper was coming off. No amenities for even washing hands in the kitchen. not even salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Great value for space and facilities on offer and the host Adnan and his team were very helpful and patient with me when I had difficulty finding and getting into the property.

Very spacious one bedroom house. Well equipped kitchen. Large lounge area. Very clean and well maintained, even if it is a little dated but this didn't bother us. Can park right outside. Shops nearby. Not so far from city centre with buses nearby. Very handy for Leeds United!!

An overnight stopover

Easy to collect and great communication. Could do with a fan but it was a particularly hot day! One bed, which is very comfortable, another bed is a sofa and isn't great to sleep on but ok. Lots of shops around. The location is like nowhere we've been before but we enjoyed the experience.

A more comfortable sofabed and a fan. You have to sign in with your own Netflix details which I couldn't remember. The neighborhood isn't that great

Excellent receiption

Very quiet location, parking was available and the kitchen was well equipped. Flat was spotlessly clean. I will definitely book again. The owner Adnan was very helpful and quick to respond.
