Suited us perfectly as visiting family in Bitterne Park.
Good instructions. Peaceful.
Bedside reading lamps on both sides please. Mugs needed a thorough clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and we had a message to ask if we needed anything else.

Chosen for the very vlose location to family and friends
Carpets were stained all over, kettle in dangerous place steaming up the light switch, almost non existent water flow in sink, bed far too low and looked like it had been slept in already and the pillows are terrible, glad my partner (6ft2)didn't come with me as one of us would have had to sleep on the dirty floor. the doorframe was incomplete with expanding foam showing , oh yes and don't forget all the rubbish and building stuff left all around the property inc a sink, car batteries and antifreeze oh and the illegal wooden steep steps up to the room, the radiator barely gets warm. No TV. even late letting me have the keysafe number so I could get in after driving 230 miles.
Had no choice but to stay the 1st night but wasn't staying the second night as I do have standards. And refuse a any kind of refund. Shame on you

Loved the property my hosts were excellent asked if there was anything I needed and I will be looking to stop there again when I'm.back in Southampton
There was no problem for me to be honest but maybe older people or disabled people would struggle with the steps upto.the apartment

It was quiet and comfortable, and plenty of room for me to move about in.The bed was really comfortable and shower was excellent, I met Phil on the Wednesday & she asked if there was anything I needed which my reply was No as I bring everything with me

Tricky to exit drive with traffic coming quickly over blind hill
Investing in new pillows and even a small TV would enhance this place. Water pressure in shower needs to be increased. Basic but okay.

Great little annex on the quiet outskirts of Southampton. Perfectly located for my work meetings.

Excellent location for me to visit my family but if you also wanted to visit the area I would also recommend the room for an overnight stay.. It is basic but very clean & quite which is what I needed after a day playing with my grandchildren.

The location was very good, for me, quiet and nice neighbourhood. The room was good, comfy bed, kettle/coffee/biscuits. The bathroom was good size and clean.

Property was clean. They provided cutlery and microwave on request which was kind of them. Having a private bathroom was lovely and the place looks fairly new and well looked after
it was cold

Not suitable if you have heavy cases. Stairs down and back up at rear of premises.

Comfortable bed. About a twenty minute walk to village centre/Ageas Bowl. Would thoroughly recommend West End Brewery in village centre - although a chain, food good, beer good, friendly locals - perfect for pre-food and pre-drinks at overpriced Ageas Bowl!
Adequate parking - FYI REVERSE onto driveway

Comfy Bed.
Nicely decorated
Complementary tea/coffee and biscuits.
Nice and clean ensuite.

If I was being picky:
Would have been good to have a TV in the room.
Shower wasn't very powerful.

Friendly and attentive hosts. Easy to communicate with. Were kind enough to let us self check in a bit earlier than the actual check-in time. Lovely property, all that we needed for a 1 night stay.
No complaints!

Loved the heated floors în this cold weather.

Private with own entrance, parking, great location for The Brook music gigs or the airport, big bed, hot clean shower and lovely bathroom, tea and coffee supplies.
Only two pillows, not enough options to hang or put clothing, very dark with multiple steps from front of property to accommodation (take a torch).
No TV although we didn't really mind as had iplayer on our devices.

Clean, warm, comfortable and a convenient base for visiting Southampton and the New Forest. Also very reasonable price.
Could do with a clothes rail.
