location is good
for $220 a night I expected a bit more. Ok a lot more. the nice photos of goodies left for you are laughable. I got a box of cheesels and a box of wheet bix.
when I arrived I couldn’t find the place as it was so dark and no light on, rang the owner who said it’s the red brick one (it’s a street full of red brick houses then I complained it was so dark I couldn’t see a street number “what did you expect when you arrive at night?” for $220 a night I expect a street number, a light and and some manners from the owner
no ironing board which was awful for work days!
no washing machine
no shampoo
the couch is possibly the worst couch I’ve ever sat on. it’s like cloth across two boards. it’s horrible and you just can’t sit on it.
the tv is so high up the wall you break your neck trying to watch it
the bed is against the wall so good luck if you’re a couple. no side table to put your phone on or an alarm or anything like that.
the couch was so unusable I sat on the bed to use my computer but it’s on casters on a wooden floor so you can’t lean against the wall without the bed sliding out from under you.
I will never stay there again and I highly recommend you all look for somewhere else to stay. if they charged $100 I may not be complaining so much but that price was a complete rip off

It was close to the main street of town. Off road parking.
The milk was out of date and there was only one coffee bag :/ I wasn't told before hand that I would need to ring to get the key lock box code. I was stressed for a bit.

It is close to the Wagga CBD, but having stayed in Wagga on numerous occasions as I travel there for work often, and having even stayed in the exact same complex of units, but in the unit across the driveway, there are plenty of better options out there. Avoid this place.
The provided breakfast is basic but passable.
To sum up, very uncomfortable and expensive for what you are getting.
I travel to Wagga very regularly and always stay in small units. The size was not an issue for me since I travel solo for work. However, there are plenty of better options out there for the price. This property is also listed on AirBnB and you will see there are many options better and cheaper than this property.
Everything is old and dated. The couch in the living area is so bad that I genuinely think it is a free couch the host has found on the side of the road and slapped it in the property. The springs in the couch are virtually non-existent so you fall into the couch; I had back problems after a few nights sitting on that couch. It also smells very mouldy. The TV is mounted towards the top of the wall for some reason, above the door. So to watch the TV you have to crane your neck and sit incredibly awkwardly.
The bed in the bedroom is on wheels, why I have no idea. Combine that with the hardwood floors and the bed slides all over the room.
The kitchen is barely stocked, there is not much in there. Yes there is a stove but the pots and pans provided are so pitiful that you cannot really cook anything. Top it off with the fact that the host did not leave any sponge or scrubber to wash the dishes. I had to ask for it and to her credit she did leave some by the door the next day. However, it was covered in some sort of brown goo (I don't even want to know what it was) and the host left it in an open plastic package so by the time I found it when I came back in the evening, it was covered in ants.
Do your research and look around, Wagga has a lot of beautiful accommodation options. This is definitely not one of them. Avoid if you can.

Great property, good facilities, very clean and everything worked as it needed to. Very happy with my experience and with the value for money.

close to central and shops
the shower/bath was very slippery, my partner slipped over and hit his back on the sink, I did notice a non slip mat hanging up after this but I feel there was not enough warning about slippery bath tub
