Okish but disappointed, poor value for money for India

Beachfront. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfy, two good nights sleep.

No hot water. Bathroom floor tiles were so slippy. Shabby mats. Couldn’t connect to internet. Opposite kitchens so very noisy

Good location. Pathetic housekeeping.

The location was great. Restaurant staff was also very good.

Housekeeping was very bad. After asking multiple times to clean the room in th morning, they came at 4 in the evening. The worst part was that they kept saying, "we will be there shortly in 15 mins." They just wasted our entire day. Management should do something about it.

Location was perfect. A moments walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good and better priced compared to some of the pricier restaurants further down the beach.

AMAZING location - room overlooking the beach. Very comfy bed. Great shower + water pressure (unheard of in India!!). Friendliest, most amazing staff!!!! Really made me feel comfortable even though I was traveling alone. Delicious food!!! Sarva - the owner really helped me out in a bind (showed up in another city and it was terrible and very bad vibes as a single female traveler so I decided to come back to Palolem and he went out of his way to help me return + find me a room elsewhere the 1 night he didnt have any more availability).

Superb

The stay was great. It is exactly on the beach. Just 10 steps away. Staff is also helpful and nice. Praveen is great staff and suggested lot of dishes and places to cover. Overall great stay.

Wonderful experience for both friends and family too .

The people/ staff are very supportive to name few Sarve, sunny, Praveen , nikhil very helpful and calm too.

The cost of food can be made little less and wifi connection was missing.

Great serene view

The sea view, the constant sound of the waves throughout the night.

Palolem gets completely dark after sunset, the view is no show at night. To get the value for your money be an early bird, wake up at sunrise and try to sleep early.
