We all loved it!!

Everyone was super friendly and was able to check us in early! I appreciate that so much as we had a bunch of family joining so worked out perfectly to get everyone organized!!! Valet was incredible, as she remembered my name and my car the next day!!!

Everything was perfect!! We will be back for sure!!

I would not stay at this hotel again. Cleanliness and good service is a must.

The lobby entrance was beautiful. The room was clean upon first entrance.

The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful during issues at stay. The pool side did not seem to be cleaned or refreshed at the end of the night or early morning. My room door was left open by cleaning and I was gone for the entire day. I had to switch rooms 2 times. Once because our AC wasn’t working and then after the cleaning service left the door open. When I was asked for disinfectant because I used mine on my first room the girl At the front desk was rude. When I tried to file a complaint the manager told me she was almost off the clock before even listening to my problem .

Needs big changes in management or you will probably see more reviews from several clients.

Food was absolutely a fail at this hotel! Family felt sick after dinner here. Chicken was undercooked. Flavours were out of touch with what Scottsdale is known for. Staff were all sassy attitudes lots off drama. Would hate to blame the staff though you can tell Managment have no control inside this hotel from the front booking staff to the restaurant. Staff management was absolutely horrible. No guidance, no professionalism very poor Quality!

Management is going to give this hotel a bad review for coming months & years if not delt with. Front desk staff had one lady DJ who was in the right spectrum of customer service. That’s about all that I had experienced. Over all bad experience for such a nice property.

comfortable and luxurious

excellent hotel, great value, the restaurant and bar (CALA) was so much fun ! Minus on of the bartenders, everyone was pretty nice and welcoming. The gym and the pool upstairs were nice too.

The bathroom was filthy. The bathroom door did not close. The entrance lights in the room did not work. 3 days with no clean towels. Ineffective staff.

5 Star Experience!!!

Friendly, professional staff from valets to Restaurant crew! Modern, tasteful decor and overall cool vibes! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and attentive.

Location in Scottsdale is perfect, just on the border of Old Town.

The decor and esthetics were beautiful.

The service was horrible. Waiting too long for coffee and water in the breakfast when there were only a few guests and many workers running around.

Loud, annoying, and not relaxing in any manner whatsoever.

The location in Scottsdale is pretty good. The beds are nice and the rooms are clean.

This is just a party hotel. if they say anything else then it is just wrong. The rooms are so loud and it is just a bunch of kids partying all night long. Ask the staff for help? you call and they either are not there or do nothing.

Fun, fun, fun!!

This hotel is in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. It is sheik and busy, but the staff and service remains professional and friendly. I would 100% go back. Thank you staff from reservations to valet drivers and restaurant staff for making my stay pleasant. And the price?! Wow!

I had breakfast and the food was seasoned well, but the grits were pretty runny. However, the restaurant staff and management were more than accommodating to resolve the issue.
