お掃除は完璧でした。

駅に近い。連泊は久しぶりでしたが、お掃除は完璧でした。

上階の音が聞こえるのはちょっとくつろげないかなぁ。ホテル内の宴会に出席だったので、できればベルサービスがあればたすかります。宴会後にチェックインしましたが、、

Das palastartige Entree mit Kronleuchter, die perfekt englisch sprechenden zuvorkommenden Rezeptionisten und der freundliche Frühstücksservice vervollkommnen das alles. Gut geschlafen und gegessen. 朝食時以外は素晴らしかった。

ホテル自体、とても清潔感と高級感があって、部屋も静かで快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方も、レストラン以外の方々は接客も素晴らしく、気の利く方ばかりでした。駅近ということもあり、徒歩圏内で飲食もでき、コンビニもすぐ近くだったので便利でした。

朝食時、レストランのスタッフの年配の女性の人が他のスタッフに大きな声で怒っていて、朝から気分が悪かった。満席でもないのにメニューの補充が間に合っていないのか、すかすかの物が多かった。席案内してくれるのかと思っていたがそうではなく、何の説明もなかったので、どうしていいかわからなかった。

とてもよかったです♪

お部屋も景色もとても綺麗で、駅からすぐなのも良かったです♪ また、子どもグッズが可愛くて喜んでいました！朝食もおいしかったです！

喫煙可の部屋だったので仕方ないですが、タバコの匂いが残っていました

贅沢な時間を過ごせるホテル

憧れのアゴーラにようやく泊まれました。重厚な建物の中は歴史の重みを感じる調度品や品の良いインテリアに囲まれたロビーがあり、宿泊する部屋は広くて静かで、チェックアウトまでゆっくり過ごせました。鏡がたくさんあり、拡大鏡や姿見など身だしなみが整え易いです。

夜中にトイレで目が覚めて起きたのですが、トイレのドアの開け閉めと冷蔵庫が格納されてる扉の開け閉めで、連れを起こしてしまいました。蝶番に油をさした方がいいように思います。

とても快適に過ごせました

小学生の宿泊が無料だったため、部屋着やアメニティが用意されていませんでしたが、お願いしたら快くもってきていただけました。朝のバイキングがとても美味しかったです。お部屋もきれいで、夜景もとても綺麗でした。

残念ながら金額に見合っていると思わないので次に利用したいと思えません。

立地と部屋からの景色

部屋は埃だらけでした。家具なども古く、椅子には白いシミがありました。バスルームもとても古く五つ星のクオリティーには程遠いと思います。朝食の内容も他のホテルに比べて新鮮さに欠ける内容でした。プールも閉鎖、スカイバーも金曜のみオープンという事でした。

高級なホテルにお得なプランで泊めて頂き大満足です

部屋の広さ、備品が充実していて快適に過ごせました。

駐車場料金がもう少しお安いと利用しやすいかと思いました。近隣の駐車場が24時間最大500円と安価でしたので、今回はそちらを利用致しました。

食と環境は最高！

モーニングバイキングがとても充実して良かった。部屋の環境も整っており、サービスも良かったです。

夜23時頃の到着だったが、二人の男のスタッフの対応が愛想がなく私語も平気で有り、バイトが対応しているのかな？誰でも働けそうな民泊レベルと感じた。残念でしたね。

nice and handy place to visit Osaka

The room was big and clean. The hotel is right next to the train station, so it's a perfect starting point for visiting Osaka and nearby cities.

some floors are for smokers and the smell wasn't really nice

It’s big, everything is near like train station and convenience store and the place is gorgeous! If the swimming pool is open. I might give 10/10.

Completely unsatisfied with the facilities

City view as the only thing I find worth the money.

The room was very dirty, dust everywhere, the coffee bar was not filled until asked to clean the room on the second day, that the staff filled it up. The trash can in the toilet is even very dirty, the chair outside the bedroom is also very dirty
