Отдых удался!

Девушки работницы очень дружелюбные, отзывчивые люди. И просто приятные люди. Вкусные завтраки. Красивое оформление номеров и коридоров. Чистота и свежесть повсюду.

Покидать это место, хотелось задержаться ещё.

simply good.

very comfortable bed, good price, the girl in the reception was very sweet and helpful. there was no hot water and I told them and they fixed it within several hours.

The hotel is not marked on the outside, it was difficult to spot the hotel and enterance.

Классные номера, супер удобные кровати, хозяин очень лояльный, решает все вопросы, еще раз вернемся обязательно, рекомендую 100%, мебель свежая, все новое, удобная кухня!

It's a good place, but there are a few critical issues the owner needs to address.

Location is good, view from the balcony is stunning

First of all, there is no receptionist and no sign indicating the hotel's name. You might find yourself standing in front of the building without any idea of where to go. Moreover, there is no free Wi-Fi available. To reach the owner, you need to contact them through WhatsApp or Viber. This means you might have to walk down the hill in search of free Wi-Fi. Book only if you have a local SIM card. The room itself is quite good, but the bathroom ruins the experience. The drainage barely works, so you risk flooding the entire bathroom, and possibly the room, if you're not careful.

Excellent amenities but customer service can highly improve

You could adjust the room's temperature. They give you toothbrushes, shampoo, hair conditioner, and razors. Wifi worked perfectly. Everything was clean. The water was working properly. It had a small fridge and a safe. Power outlets worked well too. The bed was comfortable. The curtains dimmed the light well.

I never saw anybody at the reception. I needed to contact people to do the check-in and check-out but nobody was there. I had to search for them and that was stressful when I did not have mobile-data to call them directly.

Nice place to stay. But read my comments as well.

Breakfast, cleaning services, hotel stuff, room facilities, terrace, balcony, 2 market in groud floor. So its worst to money.

There is no sign of hotel in entrance and rooms located in two floors (6-7th of a building) of the building, so there is no 24hr/7 days reception. I'd call name if this accommodation as guest services. Building located a bit higher level of Tbilisi so would be difficult to walk. It's located about 15-20 min walk to Rustaveli metro station. Room size is but small for 2 person.

I love it

One of the best stays I ever had. The room wasn’t big but had everything you might need and even more. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. They do cleaning every day and they do it perfect. the breakfast was average but more than enough for me. and of course balcony… the view just amazing 😍

there’s nothing to complain about. for some location might be a problem but wasn’t for me. taxi wasn’t expensive, and they have 2 supermarkets right inside the building

Very nice view. Comfy beds. Soundproof walls. Breakfast neglected. No daily cleaning.

Nice luminous rooms with a wide balcony. Half of them enjoy an excellent view over the city. Soundproof walls. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. Fairly good location, a bit uphill but only a short walk away from shops and restaurant. A supermarket right in-site. Great breakfast times, until noon. Good value for price, plus I got an unexpected discount.

My third time in this hotel was a bit worse than the previous ones: going for breakfast at the latest time, some days I found all the hot dishes were already cold, some had not been replenished and the milk was sour (probably overstayed non-cooled all night). Also I didn't get the room cleaned one single day.
