Beautiful period property, really well equipped and lovely touches like shampoo and conditioner and unexpected extras in the kitchen.

The house was perfect, better than i expected, and the location is fantastic,i have a serious chest problem so am unable to walk far.everything was within easy walking distance, even for me. 50 yards up the road is an amazing curry house called castle house.i gave thwm 10 out of 10 also. Then two mins up the road is the roebuck pub.lovely pub to relax in.the cottage has evwry thing you need, instant puping hot water n very warm and cosy.clean n tidy.the house has soo much characture its great.really really chilled n relaxed couple of days.thanks to everyone for a truely great escape...... and the complimentary wine n choc was a warm welcome too.defo 10/10. Struggled a bit with the key safe just because its so low n im not good bending down.

Lovely home from home feel with lots of Tudor charm. Private back garden with large table and chairs. First floor bedroom is a delight visually and spacious.
Something needs to be done about the stair rail... I seriously wouldn’t lean on it too hard and it’s needed as the stairs are steep - take care.
Obviously this is an old Tudor terrace house but the lounge area is tight, not really for a family to sit comfortably for long. Chairs need some reupholstering. Better for a couple probably.

Lovely well equipped & clean historic house with loads of character
master bed had basic mattress and basic polyester duvet everything else was fine.

Gorgeous cottage, really felt like we had gone back in time 😊 spotlessly clean and well equipped. Arriving to a bottle of wine and chocolate was also a nice touch 👍

Central location close to some lovely restaurants, especially liked Bread and Co where we went for breakfast. WiFi was good 👍

Quirky, 'wobbly' cottage with period charm: complete with uneven, creaky floors and interesting architectural features. Very clean with fresh smelling towels and bed linen. Very welcome unexpected gift of wine, cookies and chocolate! Centrally located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Warwick Castle. Communicative and responsive owners. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.
Lovely, comfortable sofa in lounge for two people but anyone additional has a choice of two less comfortable, period-style chairs - not appropriate for sitting longer than half an hour or so. We three operated a rota system! Some nice quality bathroom toiletries available but some visitors may not like sharing pre-used items [particularly in Covid times]. Quaint but challenging staircase would make this property unsuitable for visitors with mobility problems.

Tudor cottage was a quirky cottage in the centre of Warwick . had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
due to age of the property the staircase was narrow n steep so not for those who have disabilities .
navigation of the steep staircase in the night was a bit of a challenge

Perfect location, cottage is stunning very inkeeping with the period it was built. Fully equipped too. Warm and cosy. Lovely garden for summer time. Spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, large towels provided which is always a bonus! Welcome gift on arrival was gratefully received. Hosts were welcoming and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend and would happily return here 😊 I honestly couldn't fault it.
