Excelente departamento

Es muy bonito y el dueño fue muy amable en todo, también pasa cerca el tram, lo cual facilita el traslado a los diferentes lugares

Está alejado de las atracciones principales pero no es problema debido a que el transporte está muy cerca

A step back to nans house in the decor but full of things to keep you busy with loads of space. Great for family’s with

Lots to keep family busy, pool table, Xbox, basketball hoop and darts…. Lots of space too.

Dates decor and older furniture upstairs but nothing that spoils the stay at all!

A comfortable, clean place to stay, lovely host, great value for money. Take earplugs.

Our host was really friendly, helpful and communicative. The property had all the things we needed for our stay. Lots of toys for our daughter. Great value for money.

The property is single glazed and the traffic noise made it hard to sleep. The whole place could do with a little TLC (however was very clean despite feeling quite ‘lived in’)

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. We arrived earlier than check in time and the host was so kind to let us into the property. I will definitely return and recommend to others

My kids loved the billiards and toys. They were happy there. Our beds were comfortable.

The photos were really deceiving. I thought we were staying in a newly refurbished house. If I hadn't paid non refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. The first night we did not have heating, after I texted the owner it was sorted for the 2nd day. It's run down and is in major need of refurbishment for the price given: Mouldy shower, yellow toilet seat, low water pressure. Carpets worn out., kitchen facilities not cleaned properly, sink is filthy and had bits of food in the drain. The house has everything you need, but either outdated or dirty..

I strongly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying not very far from Central London.

The owner called on the number we provided and though initially I had mentioned we would arrive in the afternoon, we reached there at 9pm and the owner was still there to hand us the keys. He was a friendly guy.

There is nothing I can say I didn't like about the property.

Superb

Nice area, good links with city centre. The house is warm with all the basics provided (towels, bedding, dishes, pots, appliences). You’ll also find tv, xbox, toys and books for kids.The price is good. I would reccomend it for a family making a short visit in London

Superb

Great house for anyone in need of longer stay. It had everything we needed - kitchen fully equipped, washing machine, wi-fi, even some toys that my son appreciated very much. The transport links are great (tram station 3 mins walk and it takes 10 mins to East Croydon station where you can catch direct fast trains to London Victoria, London Bridge or Brighton). The communication with the host was very easy and he responded to our questions very quickly. There is also a decent size Co-op round the corner. We would definitely stay again.

There might be few small improvements needed to be done around the house but these were not important to our enjoyable stay.

The house was full loaded with everything for a family stay, toys and pens for children, swings and seesaw. Full equipped cant fault out stay and will definitely be coming again

On a positive the owner was lovely and there was plenty facilities and location was great for getting into London. .

However the property needed decorating the kitchen needed a refit. It was reminded me of the student accommodation I use to live in. Could be great but unfortunately was not quite good enough
