Good for a simple stay in a central location

Check in and out was super simple and fast. They allow late check in no worries. Rooms are good enough for a couple of nights, assuming that you're out and about on Canberra. Bathrooms are clean. Kitchenettes are useful.

Walls are a bit thin, and there are large gaps underneath room doors - so it could be a bit noisy depending on your neighbours and cars driving on the main road outside. The heating/cooling is centrally controlled. One night I stayed in a hot and stuffy room, and the other night was ideal. Luck of the draw I guess!

Cheap and convenient, but don't expect palatial luxury at that budget.

Conveniently close to Braddon and a light rail stop, super helpful staff. Common area attached to the kitchen was a really nice space.

I'm pretty average Aus male height, but needed to sleep diagonally to fit on a double bed. Not unexpected with budget accom, but would have been a problem if not travelling solo in a double room.

Convenient and comfortable room for a working stay

The location was excellent - right in the middle of town and within easy walking distance of the conference centre I was attending. The room is similar to a boarding house dorm - not fancy, but very functional. It came with a desk, shelves, a cupboard and a sink. The shared bathrooms and toilets were clean.

There was some noise from other travellers, but not too bad. My room was near the elevators which might be part of the reason. The wifi worked but was incredibly slow.

Perfect for my stay and budget

Great location & view, comfortable bed and clean showers and toilets, great shared kitchen with coffees and another great view from the kitchen too. Perfect spot for Braddon and other events at epic, definitely staying again

Good location. Tram stop in front of the building. Ample parking. Bed comfort was okay.

In-house cafeteria was only open Monday to Friday. It was a long distance to find a restaurant. This is "hostel" accommodation. That's why it was cheaper.

Pleasant and would stay again.

Excellent location, easy light rail trip to centre. Friendly staff. Small cafe available inside and nearby basic shops, clean kitchenette on each floor. Heating was adequate for Winter, bed was comfortable. Simple rooms but enough for a short stay. Nice open park is just behind.

Door lock tongue sometimes stays in- need to check door is really totally closed each time, wether going in or out. Easy solution as it just requires you to use keycard again and turn handle to remedy it.

Really enjoy the stay at the hostel

Spacious room with washing basin in the room. Very near to light rail and only 2 stops to the city which has plenty of good cafe and restaurant.kitchen is available at vey floor and clean.

The hot air in the room cannot be adjusted and windows cannot be opened widely

Very accomodating to our needs. We had a great five night stay. Thank you for the upgrade.

Staff were super accommodating to our needs at short notice. The apartment was well designed with heaps of storage space, generous sized bathroom and full kitchen. Car parking was very convenient. This apartment was very quiet.

The bed could have been bigger for two people, and mattress more comfortable.

I have a very satisfying experience with my stay at this property.

Next to the light rail, which is very convenient to the city. This property offers a perfect single room to a single traveler. Heating is good. All the kitchen and laundry facilities are well maintained. The staffs are kind and very helpful.

There is no a sanitary box in the unisex toilets.
