This property is great value for money. We used it as a base station to see Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. It was really refreshing to swim in the pool and the local town offered nice restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Free on site parking was a bonus and the staff were very helpful with everything from checking in to helping with tours. We actually loved it so much that we extended our stay and spent more time at the pool then sight seeing.
Nothing. All was good.

Loved our stay, we hope to return someday. Beautiful views in ever direction and Giusy was so helpful.

Pool and outside was beautiful
The fact that you could hear everything upstairs from your neighbors. The walls are very very thin if you want to sleep in, it’s impossible.
Also the road is very small if you’re traveling by car and shower inside bits were moving

It was very clean, airy, modern and everything worked seamlessly! Check in was great. View was spectacular from our apartment!! Pool was lovely and clean with lots of sun beds. Also a nice shaded area if needed.
We didn’t struggle with it much but it’s very easy to hear other people from the neighbouring apartments. Walls seem very thin!! The people who stayed there while we were there we very respectful so we were lucky. The water pressure for the shower was very poor but overall the rest of the apartment largely outweighed this!

We loved the decor & finish of the apartment which exceeded our expectations - everything had been thought of. The view was wonderful, as was the pool area.
Overall the apartment was excellent, although we were conscious of the noise of our chairs on the stone floor, as we didn’t want to disturb the apartment below. Perhaps a rug could have helped this.

The location was 8-10 km from Sorrento but the bus was very cheap 12 euro return. It left you 7 mins walk from the property. It arrived very frequently it left you to the bus /train station which is side by side.Great for the return journey.
The staff at the property helped us by kindly driving us to the apartment 10 mins uphill. They need to tell residents to catch the bus at the train station to avoid 70 euro taxi fare.Arranging a lift for all with baggage on day one would be most helpful to avoid confusion.

Wonderful place to relax after busy days sightseeing so peaceful. Pool area really special with great views.. Marta really helpful

Beautiful place
We had ants come up to our room. There was a million of them and we had to move with kids at midnight to another villa.

Lovely big apartment with all the facilities that we needed for a week’s stay. The location was perfect with lots going on in Sant’Agata (bars, restaurants etc) and an easy bus to Sorrento and Positano to explore other parts of the area. The pool area was lovely and kept very clean. And the views were incredible! Overall very very pleased with the accommodation and Marta was a great host! We would be delighted to come back again!
Only a few very minor things:
- On one instance the water cut out, an hour before we were leaving for Positano so my boyfriend had to go un-showered!
- We had to buy extra toilet roll, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the apartment so better stocking of these items would have been appreciated.
- It would have been nice to have been told that the local supermarket was closing for refurbishment on our second day as we would have stocked up a LOT more on groceries - I am gluten free and couldn’t find gluten free food anywhere else in the town! Not the fault of the property that the shop closed but presumably they were aware (the supermarket is directly by the office) so a bit of communication on this would have been good.
- The room was extremely bright in the mornings and we were awake at 6am most mornings at sunrise. Perhaps blackout blinds would be good!

Everything, including the common areas, was super clean. Nice to have a washing machine on site (free, incl. laundry soap). Big fridge, sufficient shelves for storage. Beds and linens, including pull out couch were good quality.
Communication with the property manager (Marta) was easy. We arrived later than we anticipated but she remained friendly.
One of the very few apartments where the pool is already open mid-April. Absolutely freezing of course, but great views from lovely seating area.
Nice to have our own patio furniture: table, chairs and lounge chairs.
Easy walk downhill to a whole bunch of restaurants - from simple pizza places to a Michelin star restaurant. Don’t come here with anything larger than a small sedan: it’s a really tight little road to drive up to the apartment. Once up there, the parking lot is big enough.
Fantastic place to visit both Amalfi/Positano and Sorrento.
Take everyone’s remarks about how thin the walls (or rather: the ceilings) are very seriously. As city dwellers living in an 1890’s apartment where you can hear your neighbour sneeze, we reasoned: how bad can the noise be? Well, really bad.
The location, views, apartment itself, pool and yard made up for the noise, but if you value your sleep make sure to book the upper floor and not a downstairs apartment. Or bring ear plugs. Or join your neighbour’s party :)
Management: putting some felt stickers under chairs and tables and maybe a carpet here or there will help a lot with the noise.

Really very nice place to stay!

Very nice complex with a very good location. Very good to visit the Amalfi coast and area keeping away from the traffic and crowd. The pool is very nice too.
A bit pricy given that no service is provided, even for the expensive area. Getting there from the centre of Sant'Agata by car requires some driving skills.

Pool is very nice, also the view and the apartments are nice. Friendly welcome, very helpful staff.
Airco was broken but we got a partial refund which was ok.

Exceptional location and large balcony with breathtaking views made this stay extra special. The check in was very easy, parking is available, the flat is very big and in great condition. The village is well located to explore the Amalfi coast and the surrounding area, even for day trips to Pompei and Naples.
We had some minor issues with hot water and water pressure.
The checkout was a bit tedious as nobody was there to open us the gate when leaving the property on the last day.

The views made this the most amazing place to stay. The pool was cleaned daily. The 1 bedroom room we booked had plenty of space and was really clean. For those that struggle with walking the 5-10 minute walk from town was uphill but was not a problem for us.
The town of Sant’Agata had plenty of gorgeous restaurants, bars and a very well stocked supermarket. A real local Italian town, we loved it!

Clean rooms, nice view.
Nice swimming pool
Good assistance from feelingitaly.com
A few times no running water.

Quiet location and out of the way, but not too far to walk to everything in town. The view is spectacular. Property is well maintained and clean. Carmella was excellent and very accessible at all times. She arranged for our excellent excursions and gave many great suggestions for restaurants. Love that you can do laundry on site. Very clean and fresh apartments.
This was our third time at this property so we love what we love. The property equipment and furnishings are starting to look dated and not work as well. Umbrellas, outside furniture, panel off of stove top exhaust fan, air container machines, washing machine. Need some washing machine instructions posted in English! Not all colored recycle bags and extra toilet paper on property. Two large towels minimum needed for each person. We have the pool where we need them and also if you’re staying a while, one set may be in the laundry.
