“Naše zkušenost s tímto ubytováním byla velmi nepříjemná.

“Naše zkušenost s tímto ubytováním byla velmi nepříjemná. Už při příjezdu jsem kontaktoval majitele, který od samého začátku působil neochotně a nepříjemně. Po příjezdu jsme zjistili, že apartmán byl studený, protože topení i bojler byly vypnuté. V prosinci, zvláště při návštěvě vánočních trhů, bych očekával, že bude vše připravené a vytopené. Navíc se v apartmánu objevila plíseň, pravděpodobně kvůli nedostatečnému vytápění. Večer po našem odjezdu mě majitel kontaktoval s obviněním, že jsme nevrátili klíče, a zmínil, že bude kontrolovat kamerové záznamy. Toto jednání považuji za velmi neprofesionální, zvláště když jsme apartmán opustili včas dle jeho pokynů. Tuto zkušenost hodnotím jako zcela negativní a rozhodně toto ubytování nedoporučuji.”

Zaujímavý apartmán pod panelákom

Čisto, ticho, tichá lokalita, na kraji sídliska. Zaujímavo riešené rozmiestnenie nábytku a umiestnenie postele. Bolo tam všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Veľmi dobre vybavená kuchyňa. Nadštandardný televízor. Dostatok úložného priestoru a vešiakov v skrini.

Matrace nie najkvalitnejšie. Aj keď na prvý pohľad vyzerali dobre, ráno nás oboch bolel chrbát (aj po prvej, aj po druhej noci). Voda zo zaujímavo riešeného vodovodu v kúpeľni strieka nekontrolovateľne (malý prúd vám strieka rovno na brucho). Nie veľmi dobre vyriešené zasúvacie dvere na kúpeľni (pri otváraní niekedy narážali do kuchynskej linky).

The apartment was very spacious and very clean, perfect for 4 friends. The host was very attentive and we asked him to check out later so we could rest more and he left us without a problem. We would return without a doubt. It was a bit far from the center, but we were able to get around easily and cheaply on Bolt, so it wasn't a problem.

Accessing the apartment was bit difficult. Something which is completely new to me. I was expecting a one bedroom apartment but it turned to be a studio. It was nice clean well organized and value for one night stay.

Peace and quiet, comfort, fantastic owner!

The owner - Otto - a fantastic man! On the first meeting he stated that booking incorrectly marked his apartment as he marks it as two adults and two children and booking marks it as a four adult suite. Despite the fact that we would sleep in this apartment, Otto said that it was too small for us and for the same price he would put us in the second huge apartment that was opposite. Fantastic man, fantastic stay, great contact. I heartily recommend!

Sleepover in a Bratislava's sleeping quarter

First of all, the apartment is well equipped with anything a guest would need - from a coffee machine to bathrobes. It was clean and relatively spacious for a sleepover. Also location is decent, there are restaurants, grocery stores and ATMs in the vicinity. There is an air-conditioner available, though so noisy that it is really not feasible to use it during nighttime. The host is very friendly, too.

We stayed in the apartment during a heatwave, with outside temperatures in 30-degree range. It was incredibly stuffy inside - the windows are small, located only on one side, A/C is loud, so the sleep quality was average at best. Also, the walls seem to be thin - we could hear neighbors watching TV in the evening. Watch out for parking too - the host will show you where parking is allowed, and comply to that. We failed to find the empty parking spot and parked our car in a different place, just to find it clamped in the morning.

If I visit Bratislava again, I'll come back to this apartment.😊

The apartment was even better than we expected it to be. It was really well equipped, clean and cozy. The host was very polite and welcoming. It was really easy to make an agreement with him. The location is great, because the neighborhood is quiet, it has free parking, it has Tesco supermarket near by, and it is well connected with Bratislava city center via public transport. Also, the highway is not far.
