Lovely and comfortable

Only thing to be aware of is that the front door can be a little temperamental (it’s old after all).

Rent this place and fully enjoy your staying in Malta

At the first look, we liked the flat: design, detsils, colors. During our six-nights stay it proved to be comfortable and very well located.We really enjoyed staying there all the time (day and night) The beds were comfortable, rooms were specious and we easy managed to have separeate space. Also, the managers were all the time available, kind and helpful if we needed advice during our stay. We were two adults with two teenage girls and they also enjoyed there. I am planing to get back at least once more and I would rent this same place if it is available. So, rent this place and enjoy fully visiting Malta.

not bad, needs improvements to justify the price

location, size, very wel equiped. ca.2 min from the main square and the busy streets, many restaurants, shops, etc. the company provided us a late check out for a relatively reasonable fee.of 30eur for 2.5 additional hours.

when we arrived, the towels stunk, apart from being worn out heavily. the wifi is very slow and mediocre. the bed is too small for two persons and the mattres is really bad, such as is bedlinen. the apartment is extremely dark and noisy in the morning since there are restaurants close by getting ready for custumers, i.e. workers are cleaning, shouting etc. there is a very long list of ridiculously hefty fines for breaking things, etc. gor example they want 20eur if you break a cup or a plate worth ca.4-5 eur. we did not damage anything, still the impression was that the guests are actually enemies...perhaps the owners have some negative experience.

Everything was perfect. Clean room, spacy, in the centre of Valetta. Easy communication with the host. The host gave us specific information about check in and check out and suggeested ua places to visit. We would totally suggested it

Very good

Location was good, also the design of the apartment was very nice. The girl who handed over the keys was friendly and nice.

The noise from the bar around the corner was loud and lasted until early morning hours. But that is probably something that goes along with the nice location. There was no coffee machine in the apartment.

The inability to speak with the accomodation agent when I couldn't make the meeting time, needing me to call booking.com who also couldn't reach their phone number. Then rather than being apologetic was defensive. The lack of blockout curtains in the bedroom with street lighting making it hard to sleep. Nice and spacious apartament, comfortabile and elegant, in the heart of Valetta. Verry close to main bus station, food market of Valetta, ferry to Sliema and to a lot of restaurants and pubs.

IT was a Little hard to warm ourselvs in the ap, the AC was not working on heat and neither the main heater. To much noise early in the morning, from the restaurants and the windows did not seald the noise

Good location, but poor communication with the host and unfriendly rules.

The apartment was in a good location, near many attractions and many restaurants. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We couldn't contact the host by phone, only by texting in Booking (with response in a few hours). And because the indications to get to the location were a bit confusing, we didn't get there in the first place. In a bad weather, with our bags and my 2 years old son crying, I truly needed phone assistance, not texting and having to (re)read messages trying to understand where to go. After that, the host that greeted us didn't speak good English, only Spanish, and she couldn't help us with many informations, but in the apartment there was a printed folder with useful info that we used. In the same folder were printed some rules, not so guest-friendly: - the amounts that will be retained from the security deposit in case we broke something, and from my point of view these amounts were a bit overestimated (also for not taking the trash out there was a fee) - if we found some broken items (and there were some broken pieces of furniture) we had to signal them to the host in 6/12 hours in order to avoid being charged for them. I am not saying that these rules are wrong, but the way the host phrased the whole apartment policy, made me feel like a felon and took away the joy of beginning my vacation. We had to pay the security deposit immediately after making the booking (otherwise it would have been cancelled), and we've been reimbursed 4 days after the check-out. Also, the apartment is very dark, the only windows are to a very narrow alley, and there's no sun, and the artificial light is weak. The windows in the living are old, made from wood, and don't close very well, so there's noise from the restaurants, or the rain, or the pigeons. There are no insect nets on the windows. The kitchen appliances were "hidden" inside drawers (toaster, microwave, coffee maker). We only found the coffee maker the day we left. The beds are not so comfy, especially the sofa.

Salty summer days in the end of Oktober

We had a wonderful stay and our first visit to Malta was just amazing. We liked the spacious and nicely furnished apartment, which had all amenities! The location was perfect- in the heart of Valletta's centre, 9 minutes walk from the bus terminals, where also the buses from the airport stop. The check-in was unproblematic as well as the communication with the hosts! I would certainly choose Central suite again! Thank you so much!

Good and central stay

We were met near the apartment by a friendly lady who has walked us inside and showed around. The apartmen is super central, literally steps away from the restaurants and grand master palace and the square. Well designed, well maintained and has everything we needed. Also has a lovely small balcony overlooking the residential street.

stylish, central

Very stylish place, spaciose and has a little balcony overlooking the residential pedestrian street (narrow and cute, so authentic, we fell in love). Nice restaurants and bars around the corner - where we had the best breakfasts enjoying the sun. Extremely welcoming team, very friendly and professional.

Good size flat in Valetta, but needs some updating

Location on a beautiful side street in the old center of Valletta. Very convenient to everything. Fantastic restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is bigger than most in Valletta. There is a washer and drier which is also convenient, especially for families. The host was relatively responsive (only via Booking.com messenges and usually within 24 hours). Check-in was easy and the person we met was very friendly, however you have to pre-plan the exact time you will meet the host which can be inconvenient if you are early, delayed or unsure about your exact arrival time.

The bedroom has a mold problem, causing a very strong odor. The walls had a film of mold covering them. When I wrote a complaint, the host kindly sent a cleaning person to clean the walls, which made it better. However even a proper cleaning does not provide a long-term solution to a mold issue. Even though the flat it is an old building, there is no excuse to have mold in a rental property. This should be looked into for hygiene purposes. The flat has basic kitchen supplies but did not provide dish towels, sponges, dish soap or a hair drier: common things that one would expect in a rental property. It should be made clear that the guest is expected to bring these things. We were charged an extra 50 euros for baby cot, which is quite expensive. The 300 euro security deposit also seems excessive. There is a bar nearby that plays live music seven nights a week. It was extremely, extremely loud every night from 9PM until after midnight. This made it difficult to sleep, especially with young children.

Perfect service and amazing apartment!!

We have truly enjoyed our stay in this high end apartment! Very spacious, tasteful design and very well equipped. Location - right in the center near the main square, yet on a quiet street. The host was very understanding and responsive to our needs during the stay. Overall highly recommended, our stay was amazing!

We would only suggest to add a kitchen towel for the guests to use, we managed without, but would have been nice to have it.
