Everything was as advertised. The location was convenient, the property was clean, and overall my stay was very enjoyable.
Note to future customer: The only thing that I glossed over was the size of the parking space. I received a warning from the City that I was blocking the sidewalk, so the next day I parked my truck in my daughter's apartment spot and parked her car in this spot. She drives a Hyundai Tucson and it barely fit.

Property was very nice and so convenient to campus and downtown area. Perfect for our homecoming weekend at UArk.

Condo was very nice and clean but their designated parking spot is unrealistically small. I had my mini van and I couldn’t pull up any further and was right up on my parking block. I got a parking ticket for my back end not fitting in which is ludicrous.

I stayed while visiting my son at college. It was such a great location, clean, and easy. Thanks for allowing me to stay!

The location of the fantastic property is wonderful. This rental is just off Dickson with an easy walk to restaurants, University of Arkansas, and the square. The property is well appointed and very clean! Nicely decorated and perfectly furnished for the square footage and layout. It is perfect for a couple, 2 moms/friends, or small family (especially when moving in or packing up). This property would be ideal on a football weekend or parents weekend. Highly recommend it!…Property management was quick to respond with all my questions and check in/out instructions were very clear.

I so enjoyed my stay in this wonderful property while I was in town to see my son for Mom’s weekend! It was the perfect size for me, and the location was fantastic! I walked to our first event on Dickson because it was so centrally located. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, safe, lovely place to stay while visiting Fayetteville!

I stayed at this adorable condo when visiting my son for his fraternity moms weekend - such a great location! Super clean, comfy bed, well decorated and stocked. Greeted with a welcome note and bottle of wine! Only two things I would give feedback on - there isn’t an iron - not a deal breaker by any means but just so happened I needed one this trip. Also, lots of ice in the parking area - would have been great to have it salted as it was VERY slippery to walk on. But I’ll definitely stay here again. Lovely rental!!!

We enjoyed staying here. It was super clean and comfortable. The proximity to Dickson Street was nice. The only issue was that someone broke into our car in the middle of the night and stole our belongings. I was parked in the allocated parking spot for the unit which is literal right in front of the front door of the unit. I know this isn’t the fault of the unit owner but it’s something future renters should be aware of. Other than that, the place was great.

Perfect location when in Fayetteville for Hoggs game or just hanging on Dickson Street. Will stay there often.

Can’t wait to stay here again!! Great place. Only downfall is the parking. You have a designated parking space, which the management company warns you to only use a small vehicle, but the spot is for a “little” compact car. We purposely left the SUV at home and brought our sedan. We still were over the sidewalk and fortunately only received a warning from the Fayetteville police dept. Maybe if they moved the parking up 6 inches, most sedans would be within the lines. Do let the management company know the size of your vehicle, the management company will work something out and make sure you’re covered. This company and cute condo are both awesome!!

Five stars for The Townie
I loved everything about this property. The owners clearly care about making their guests feel both comfortable and pampered. This is my new favorite place to stay in Fayetteville!

We were so pleased with The Townie! Super cute, very clean, lots of "extras", great location! Only thing not perfect was the parking. It was pretty tight even for my Honda Accord. We did get a warning for blocking the sidewalk, even though we pulled as close to the parking block as we could without tearing up the under side of my car. Once we realized we could back in and save more space, this was not an issue. Overall a great stay!!

Such a great place for 2-3 people! Very well thought out design and use of space. And the location in town cannot be beat - it was close to our daughter's apartment, Dickson St., and campus. A little noisy on the weekend nights but there are nice little sound machines in the bedroom to drown that out. Would definitely stay here again.
