This sweet little home was the perfect place to stay for our UArk campus tour. We loved that we could walk to campus! The home was exceptionally clean, and snacks and refreshments provided were so appreciated. Excellent communication from the hosts. If we become a razorback family, we will be back to stay here!

We were in town for our daughter’s camp at Arkansas. The location was perfect very close to the campus. Anna was an awesome host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend. Everything was great from arrival to departure. The host was in touch prior to our arrival and available for any questions during our stay. The property was exactly as described in the listing and very clean! The snacks upon arrival were a pleasant surprise and everything we needed was very accessible. This is a lovely property and I would stay here again if ever in the area. 5 stars.

We booked this property for U of A orientation. Simply blown away! Perfect location, adorable decorations, top notch hospitality (even left cute treats from Rick’s bakery). We are just starting our Fayetteville experience and will 100% return if available. Thank you for everything!

We stayed in this great little house while attending a wedding in Fayetteville. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was effortless as they were very nice and immediate in their responses. One of the things that really impressed us was the little details … small snacks and drinks provided, plenty of towels, quality paper products, etc.
As was noted in a previous review, the house is located on a fairly busy traffic corner, but we didn’t find the traffic noise to be an issue and the location was ideal for getting around Fayetteville. Additionally, a sound machine was provided in the bedroom closest to the traffic corner.
Our only suggestion is to add a new guest book as the other two are full!
We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if ever in the area.
Many thanks to our Hosts!

The cottage is perfect. Convenient location, just down the street from campus with a grocery store and great coffee shop just across the street. The hosts are fantastic, having thought of everything - comfortable beds, nice towels and lots of nice small touches. We’ll continue to stay here anytime we can.

Our family loved this location. It was close to the greenway and University of Arkansas. The host was considerate and responsive and the property was updated, clean and had a garage to store our bikes. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Arkansas.

We knew the location was good. Our son is at UARK, and this place is just a few minutes from campus (driving, the hill would be a tough walk). We came in for a baseball weekend and were really happy with all the touches this place has. You could cook a meal for a family here, easily. The kitchen was great with a huge island. Bedrooms and bathroom had every amenity. Would definitely stay here again!

We were staying in Fayetteville for a college visit at the U of A. Due to winter weather our campus tour was cancelled after arrival, but we enjoyed our stay anyway! The owner communicated well before our arrival that there was winter weather in the forecast and that they were flexible if we needed ro reschedule. Before our arrival, they also salted the drive and porch steps, which was very much needed the next day and we were thankful for the preplanning! The property was just as advertised. It was also in a very convienent location. The king bed was very comfortable and had such comfortable, soft pillows. We use VRBO pretty much anytime we travel, and I cannot say enough about the extra little things done by the property owners that did not go unnoticed! There were snacks and drinks when we arrived in addition to little Razorback cakes feo Rick's Bakery down the road...and personal welcome note! We were thankful for these, as we had not stopped to eat and DoorDash was going to take at least 30 minutes! We had food delivered both nights of our stay and there was a large variety to choose from and arrived within 30 minutes. It was so easy! We really enjoyed our short stay and I would highly recommend this property!

We met in Fayetteville for Arkansas game. We travelled from Fort Worth, Tx and Kansas City, KS. Great house, well supplied. Really good location for Arkansas events.

The cottage on Hughes Street was an absolute delight. It was so thoughtfully and tastefully furnished with almost anything you might need in a home away from home. There were so many generous touches, such as sodas and waters, pastries and snacks, coffees and creamers. There were even some basic cooking supplies so you wouldn't have to buy oil, salt, and pepper, and some seasonings.
The hosts were easily assessable and very responsive. The beds, linens and towels were really comfortable. Location was great for downtown historic Fayetteville,Theater Squared (T2) and bike trails.
We definitely hope to return.

The location of this cottage couldn’t be better. It was impeccably clean, comfortable and considerately stocked for cooking and comfort. The sound machine in the bedroom was a nice touch to drown out the traffic sounds. The bed, pillows, bedding and towels were very comfortable. I would happily stay here again! Easy access to the bike trails and not far from the interstate. I hope to return with my kids next time but it was a cozy getaway for me and my hubby.

Great location for visiting University of Arkansas! The house had everything we needed and more than we expected. Hughes/Garland is a busy intersection, so some street noise is to be expected, but it was minimal and not disruptive.

Was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to this little getaway. Tastefully decorated and all the amenities! The treats from Rick’s made me melt cause I’m a sucker for anything Rick’s Bakery! Loved that there was a protein shake place literally next door, after our walk around campus we indulged and relaxed in the charming cottage on the hill!
