About this apartment rental
Welcome to our home!
A spacious and light apartment found within an award-winning conversion of an impressive Grade-II-Listed gated building on Chart Street. Located in a well-connected area, close to trendy shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. Just minutes away from Old Street Station.
This property has hardwood flooring throughout, large industrial windows, high ceilings and a modern artistic feel.
The apartment boasts a large open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed made with hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your clothes. A bathroom providing a standing shower and bath option, and an additional WC (water closet) or half-bathroom in the event that you have guests. There is an opportunity to add 2 more guests if desired by reconfiguring the space in the living room and converting the sofa to a sofabed.
A modern and stylish kitchen separated by a breakfast bar which is fully-equipped with cookware and amenities which you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. Here you can find an electric stove, oven and a wine chiller.
The building was built in 1825 as almshouses by the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers, the building was a cornerstone for the East End’s furniture trades during the heyday of the mid-19th to mid-20th century. Later acquired by the London College of Furniture, the building was re-purposed, serving as a space for teaching and furniture production for over a century. At the turn of the Millenium the building saw an extensive regeneration to 40 residential apartments; a sensitive reformation for which it was granted the Britannia National Home Builder Design Award for restoration and conversion.
For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.

Situated within Hoffman Square, it was originally built as a Haberdashery and was converted into a lovely communal area at the turn of the millennium. The gated community has been described as an oasis in the heart of Hoxton, with its beautiful Georgian Architecture, tree-lined streets, well-kept tennis court, limitless options of trendy eateries, and more.
Excellently located, just a short walk from the flat, and you'll find yourself in Shoreditch High Street, where you'll be spoilt for choice of entertainment and dining options. Known by many as the birthplace of British theatre and the cultivator of London fashion and street art it cannot be missed on your trip to London.
Close-by is Spitalfields. Since the restoration of the Victorian buildings, market hall and roof, Spitalfields is now one of London's major markets. Open seven days a week, the market square is popular for the fashion, arts and crafts, food and general market.

I had a great stay at this flat in Shoreditch/Hoxton. It was very clean and hospitable, spacious and accommodating. In a quiet neighborhood but very walkable to the tube and great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this place to any visitor.

Well located, equipped large property. Beds made for 4 although the booking says 2.
Poor communication meant I missed out on all the dates I wanted.

Beautiful, well-maintained and centrally located
: The apartment is new and well cared for in detail. The instructions for picking up the keys were quite clear and they were flexible with us. Whenever we had questions they answered them right away and it is also close to a subway stop. All very very good.

Great apartment for a family

I arrived at the accommodation in the cold and rain without being able to access the apartment. I called guest ready who only then told me that I needed to pick up the keys from a different location. In the cold and wet with all my luggage this was very unhelpful and stressful.
The apartment itself is nice and very spacious but it needs TLC in places, the bathroom is a bit grimy in places and I was given a bathmat that had make up stains on it.
When I arrived the internet wasn’t working. I called them to fix which they reasoned to 24hrs later. Usually wouldn’t be an issue but I needed to work so had to go elsewhere which was frustrating.
Last thing I was kept awake every night by a screaming baby in the apartment next door. It didn’t ever let up and sounded extremely distressed for hours on end so barely slept during my stay.
