The room was towards the streest and incredibly noisy. Had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones and I am usually not that sensitive. I would never recomend the singel rooms.
4.1
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and went beyond what we expected. We'll definitely be back.
4.1
Good location, kindly stuff and clean room
4.1
Perfectly decent. Room was a little tired ( windows were old and didn’t close very well) but very comfortable.
4.1
Owing to the age of the building and quality of the windows, there is little to no acoustic insulation.
Moving rooms once, the alternative 115, shook with the noise of the underground approximately every 10 minutes throughout the night.
This negatively affected the overall experience as sleep was frequently broken.
Otherwise, service and support from staff was helpful and pleasant.
4.1
Absolute rip off for the price, staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean but you can get better value for money elsewhere. The room was tired and bathroom was tiny and I won't be staying again.
4.1
Nice hotel in a good location. However, the fees for laundry and breakfast were too high. Ive seen cheaper prices at better hotels.
4.1
Room was nice enough, bed was comfy, lots of hot water for shower. Couple of things that were not so good - tv had no reception, lacking a bedside lamp (so only bright spotlights or darkness) no seal in shower door so water flooded out. Was good to have your own fridge, hairdryer and iron. Overall it was pretty reasonable for the price and an excellent location
4.1
Not the most pleasant checkin , AC was not working , phone was not working , first night was night mare , then after multiple complaints , they repaired . Everything went well for next days as I stayed quite long there .
Location is good if you want to catch trains , that was the reason I chose this one .
Tube station was quite close .

The loud bathroom ventilation was unbearable and couldn't be turned off, making it impossible to sleep or work—the main reasons I booked the room. When I asked the staff for help, they advised me to remove my key card from the power outlet to stop the fan, which I did, but the ventilation kept running. This also cut power to the outlets, so I couldn’t charge my devices overnight.
On top of this, the cleanliness was poor, and there were no outlets near the bed, which is surprising given that most people rely on their phones as alarms. The hotel was also covered in ads for their rewards program, giving the place a low-budget feel. Even the staff wore T-shirts with QR codes promoting the rewards program, as if anyone would actually scan a person. It was uncomfortable and off-putting.
4.1
The hotel was clean and beds comfortable but the room small.
A breakfast menu would have been helpful as it wasn’t clear what could be ordered from the kitchen.
4.1
It was fine. Convenient, clean and friendly.
4.1
It was ok, minimalistic but it’s fine for me
4.1
Shower door wouldn’t shut as broken.

The worst hotel ever!!! The restaurant manager was extremely rude, when requested to speak to the general manager he arrived with security. Absolutely discussing service, no respect for the client, rude attitude! I complained because my steak ordered firstly was overcooked, new steak arrived and it’s half the size. Price was still the same!! Was classed as a someone who just enjoy to complain!! Something I rarely do!

Clean, friendly & comfy bed BUT very noisy. I asked for a quiet room but was put in the 1st floor next to the main road above McDonalds. External & internal noise throughout the night/early morning plus the fire alarm kept going off the 2nd night at 5am.
4.1
Fire alarm went off multiple times at 5am, nearly gave me a heartache. Clearly if there was a fire I'd appreciate it, however I had to ring reception to find out whether there was or wasn't an issue as the alarm kept stopping and starting. I was told it was an alarm issue.

The hotel booking for a twin room was made a number of months ago, as myself and teenage son were in London for the NFL game. We checked in late on Saturday evening and, sadly, our room was a double.
I called down to the hotel to explain that we had booked a twin room and had been given a double, but the staff explained that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. I did ask for just a mattress, but that request seemed to be met with exasperated sighs, which wasn't very friendly, or helpful.
In the end we just had to suck it, and share the bed.
On top of that the aircon had been left on all day on 28 degrees, so the room really hot when we checked in, which was essentially when we needed to go to bed. The aircon was also very noisy.
All in all, a pretty bad experience, made even worse by an appalling attitude from the reception staff and night manager (a guy called Abdul).
I've stayed at Radisson Blu Hotels a lot in recent years. The cleanliness and standard of this hotel was nowhere near the standard of others in the chain. Very uncomfortable and disappointing stay, which really took the shine of the weekend.
4.1
Was an emergency last minute booking, well renovated if compact room, great touches like USB-C power just make it feel well finished.
The mini fridge was great for stashing drinks/food from the various places immediately outside. A bit fiddly to get to via taxi.
4.1
Check in was a bit slow. However the stay was great. The hotel decor was to a high standard. Room was spacious and again well presented. Quiet. Well located hotel. Will be staying there again. Good value for money compared to other chains. Warmly recommended
4.1
The hotel is in such poor condition for a Radisson Blu. Terrible lighting (and lack of) in the bedrooms, very tired decor throughout, furniture also very tired, bathrooms full of mould, average service in the bar, restaurant and room service.
4.1
Hotel was very nice. Clean. Comfy beds. Quiet. No noise from neighbors.
4.1
The rooms are a good size for London. Breakfast is pretty average and overpriced. Some really nice places to get breakfast nearby. VIP rewards never get offered, no upgrades even when they have rooms for sale.
4.1
Besides the lock is broken, everything is find and comfortable in such price
4.1
The hotel check in was terrible. The guy was rude. The staff also didnt upgrade us until we asked and had to advise him of the hotels.com perk of free upgrade as i am a platinum member. He was completely unaware and said they only do this for their own members. Not hotels.com or expedia members. It was very disappointing. The restaurant staff for breakfast were also rude. The service at this hotel has gone down but we love it due to the location, convenience and standard of hotel. Local amenities are next door if you forget something.
4.1
Really lovely room, friendly and helpful staff on arrival and leaving the hotel aswell.
Only minor complaint was we arrived for check in at 3pm and our room was still being cleaned, which we only discovered once we got to our room. We didn’t want to bother the cleaners so ended up going back downstairs and having a drink at the bar
4.1
The window in my room didn’t close and the noise of busses and people disturbed my sleep until 4am.
4.1
Excellent check-in and hospitality. The staff specially Vivian went our of their way to provide guidance and assistance.
4.1
We like to stay here because the rooms are a good size and good value for those with children. Our kids love the “cloud beds”. We went to London for my daughter’s birthday this last time and she they left us delicious celebration mousse. Really great every time. Easy to get all over London from this hotel.
4.1
Wonderful Service. Friendly Staff, specially Vivian at the front desk.

Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect!!
4.1
Very good location!
4.1
Room was spacious and cleZn

For the price I'd expect a little more. The room was dated, seals in bathroom were mouldy, I could hear the humming of some kind of generator constantly in my room. I was getting changed in the morning around 8AM, I was naked in my room, when housekeeping just walked in without knocking. Not so much as an apology. This was over £250 per night!
4.1
I would not stay at this hotel again.
The location is convenient but the hotel itself not very comfortable. Our room was an awkward shape where one of us had to edge round a small gap at the end of the bed to access the other side, or climb across the other person.
There was a small step halfway across the room that was a trip hazard if getting up in the night to use the bathroom, especially as there were no bedside lights, only the overhead lights that would risk waking the other sleeping person.
It wasn't very clean, with a previous guest's hair visible on the towel rail and "clean" face cloth.
The extractor in the bathroom was not working or poorly functioning as it became a steam room after a shower with everything drenched, including the toilet roll, in condensation and water running down the walls to create puddles on the floor. This is obviously a long standing issue as oils have leached from the paint across the ceiling and walls.
There are no power sockets near the bed, the nearest are located across the room and down the step.
It was also very noisy with tube trains rumbling beneath every few minutes 24 hours a day.
4.1
Great service, beautiful room. Steak & Lobster dinner was exceptional with great service. Another wonderful London stay at this hotel.
4.1
The room booked was a supposed to be a superior room, but it's one of the smallest that I've ever stayed in (even in London). When I checked in and got to my room I assumed it was a mistake, so went to reception and they changed my room but it just as small.
The room itself was noisy (some kind of a banging door outside of the room). A light bulb in the room was flickering and the small room has a small step on the floor as the room is across two levels. This is hard to see and is a pretty dangerous trip hazard.
I've stayed here before several times and it's usually a great option, but this time not so good I'm afraid.
4.1
Nice clean basic rooms. Great location within easy reach of tubes and walkable to Oxford Street.
4.1
Convenient for our travel.
Close to Euston and close to the underground.
Clean room friendly and helpful staff.
I would definitely stay again
4.1
Down for weekend, stayed in this hotel before and would stay in it again
