SUPER beautiful canal front home with open water views from your spacious covered open-air porch.
Located in the Gated Community of Venture Out. 19 minutes to Key West.

This 2 bedroom , 2 full bath, upscale stilt home includes a covered deck for outdoor dining and entertaining with water views. 35' custom-tiled concrete seawall for docking your boat or water toys and a brand new fish table with water spigot. Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, 2 bikes, 2 large kayaks, bait freezer and outdoor sitting area and gas grill with beautiful canal views. Beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, Corian countertops and lots of cabinets for all your storage needs. Full sized stacked washer and dryer. Open floor plan w/dedicated dining area, large living room, tile floors, recessed lighting throughout. Spacious master-suite with both guest and master bath offering tiled shower surround glass doors with lots of storage. Nicely appointed guest bedroom and bathroom.
Our home will accomodate 6 guests comfortably. Master and guest rooms with Queen-sized beds. Living room appointed with full sized Sofa fold down sleeper bed by Sealy ( much more comfortable than a sofa bed ) and comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless steel stove with a double oven! Large Refrigerator and freezer equipped with an ice maker, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig machine. Service for 12 with all eating utensils along with baking and cookware. No pets please.
Just bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and boat and get ready to enjoy the beautiful water and activities in the Florida Keys!
No cable TV but free WiFi.
Check-in at 4pm.
Check out at 11am.
NOTE Must Read! Venture Out Resort charges a one-time entrance fee of $116.28 plus tax ( a total of $125 ) paid at the gate when you arrive, which covers everyone in your party. This fee gives you unlimited use of the Resort's amenities including the 80 foot heated swimming pool.
**If you arrive with more than 6 people which is the maximum allowed in the rental unit, you will not be permitted in the park and no refund will be given.**

No complaints at all. Bbq was out of gas, messaged owner and he had another one on site in 20 minutes. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed our week.

Lovely and spacious home, comfortable for our family of 6. Home could use a few minor repairs, but over all nice. The beds are really hard. Fortunately, I'm good as long as I have my own pillows. The hardest part about sleeping in the master bedroom is that the headboard hits the wall (loudly) every time you get into bed or turn over. We had problems with the exterior door but contacted the property manager who responded very quickly. The 2 bicycles had flat tires and no pump so disappointed we couldn't ride. Not all of the burners on the gas grill worked. Kayaks were a nice bonus. There's outdoor furniture on all levels, so lounge at your convenience. Rules are confusing because The property manager provides a list, the resort provides a list, then there's a list posted inside the home, and some of those rules contradict each other. All these rules and instructions seemed Overwhelming. After all we were on vacation, paid a lot of money for this place and paid a cleaning fee, yet it seemed like they want for us to do all the work we had paid for. In the end, I said I'm on vacation. I'm not working. We took the trash out, did the dishes, and left the place without damage. Just be respectful and you'll be fine. The best thing about this home and most of the homes in this resort are the canals and being able to step out of your home and onto your boat.

V.O. is a nice resort. We come each year. The unit was comfortable but could have been cleaner. Wish VRBO offered better than a daily rate when staying for 2 months.

Arrived late in the evening after a great drive and stops all over the upper keys to a prompt check in at security gate. We were all tired and walked into a very clean, cool and comfortable house with a great view. Never a problem with the house and the amenities of Venture Out are great for all ages. Only thing is to add no hair dryers or iron for the clothes but other than that it is an awesome house and we will be back again

Only 2 complaints. No trailer parking. It is first come first serve but you can’t ck in till 4 so it’s not easy to get one. We got lucky and guard said we could have one because we were only staying till Sunday.

This rental is very clean, has nice furnishings plus feels open and large. The outdoor areas are great with a nice size balcony over looking the water, a small balcony off the master bedroom. and a large area under the house leading to the water with lots of comfortable seating. Very relaxing and quiet.

This house has everything to offer a traveler. Having water access was paramount to us. This property is situated on a calm canal… there’s a first class boat launch available, too. Venture Out is a gated community so there’s security. The house itself was super clean, everything was in excellent working order. This was probably the only property I’ve ever rented that all items where truly nice: towels, cookware, furniture, appliances, bedding.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at this property. The home could not have been better, very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing time. The location was awesome, we were able to go to Key West at night and enjoy all the neighboring sandbars during the day. Lots of beautiful memories were captured, thank you for the great opportunity!
