We had a wonderful time at this property. It was conveniently located right in the middle of everything. Great for two people to relax and enjoy everything Provincetown has to offer. The home had all the amenities that you'd expect plus so many more. Bed was comfortable and the view out to the harbor was great. Owners were very responsive and I could tell they really wanted to make sure we had a nice experience. Their attention to all the details is nice. A+

The property itself is gorgeous, and looks very nice and we do wish we could have given the property a higher rating, as we were very excited to spend our honeymoon in a nice place in the area! Unfortunately we didn't get to finish our stay because of an ant issue. The bed had dead ants on the comforter and live ants were noticed as well. We spent 2 hours on the phone with customer support trying to find an alternate living arrangement for the night because of the cleanliness concern and eventually we took it upon ourselves to look elsewhere and ask for a refund. The property owner was unable to get back to us until many hours later apologizing for the issue and promising a refund since we could not stay. We just wish there was an easier way to communicate with the owner of the property and truthfully we wish the ant problem was pre disclosed because we do understand those things happen, but on the bed is a major concern!

Perfect location. Easy, quick access to all things Ptown. Perfect size for 2 people. Beautiful views of the harbor from a patio that is made for that cup of morning coffee, afternoon cocktail or glass of wine. We have been to Ptown many, many times. This was the best place we have stayed at. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing with us!

A beautiful little cottage tucked behind the business of Commercial St. The location was ideal and walking distance to all our favorite shops and restaurants!

It was great

Everything was awesome. Just one thing refrigerator was so loose and moved in every direction when we tried to open it. The owner should definitely fix it.

This spot is amazing. Close enough to all the action; food, entertainment, beach & water but somehow it's peaceful and quiet. It's perfectly decorated w/ pieces of art and items from the area. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the food walk and enjoy the Cape energy and weather!! Loved it!!

We loved the location and the cottage! Everything was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, awesome patio and great view.

Great spot right in the thick of things off Commercial Street, but super quiet and private in the back. Loved it!

Besutifully decorated, clean, great location.

Sweet spot right off MacMillan Pier, walkable all over P-Town. Spotless, exceptionally well appointed, comfortable bed, nice living space, view of the working boats. Grab it!

The location is excellent, the view is amazing, the apartment is just the right size. Had trouble checking in … the code on door lock was ineffective. However a quick call to manager was all it took to access physical keys. Took all of 10 minutes. The amenities are terrific- you will not miss a dishwasher. My criticism focuses on the cleanliness of bathroom … floor was DIRTY and mold evident in shower and shower curtain. This did not distract from our stay. We would rent it again.
Enjoyed it immensely.

NIce place, tasteful. Bathroom a bit tight. Shower curtain a bit dingy. Nice deck on water. Keyless entry didn't work, had to call managers and get lock box code for actual keys.

The property was great and as advertised. However, the key code didn’t work. When I finally connected with someone locally to access the spare turnkey, I was told somebody would be in touch during the week to reset or fix the keypad. I never heard from anyone. I anticipate the next person checking in will experience the same issue.

The Carrico Cottage is the perfect Ptown experience. The little cottage neighborhood behind the hustle of Commercial Street is full of the most friendly people as well as being quiet and also near everything Ptown has to offer. You can spend your entire day on the deck people watching and swimming on the beach, then wrap up your day at a nearby restaurant and club. The space is well appointed and idyllic for your Cape Cod dream.
