The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is falling off the wall. No big deal but just wanted to point it out. There's also a screw in the bed frame that nearly ripped the comforter. I think it snagged it though when I figured it out. I would just worry about somebody getting scratched up by the screw or it ruining bedding in the future Also the iron was dirty or old. And it stained my shirt when I went to go iron on the first morning. That was really disappointing because it is a forever type of stain in my clothing was ruined. The master bathroom would benefit from having a garbage can in it too. I'll keep you posted if any other concerns come up. Overall it's a nice unit, but starting the day with the iron ruin one of my few outfits I brought on vacation is definitely disappointing. I emailed the owner feedback but never received a response.

It was a nice apartment close to college. We had no problems accessing it. We had six people and had plenty of space. It was clean and we were able to cook breakfast for so if us and sit at a table and reboot each other's company.

The location is perfect. We loved being able to walk to the shops and places to eat nearby. Our daughter was exploring colleges and we were able to walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt. Downtown is a quick uber ride. The property had enough space for our family of four. Everything we needed was available. I would stay again.

We booked last minute to break up our drive from the Gulf. The place was perfect and we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. This was especially appealing given our long car ride. Would recommend anyone to stay!

The condo was super nice and clean. We enjoyed the added touch of record player and shuttleboard table. The location was great, we could walk to Belmont University, shops and restaurants. We stayed here to move our college freshman home for the summer and it was perfect. When I walked in, all the lights were on, so it was very inviting. The condo is very well stocked with paper goods, coffee and the kitchen has a lot of cooking/baking pans. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one had more cook/bakeware than any other I have been in. The condo is located on the ground floor so it had great access. It is located directly across the street from Belmont so it was walking distance to campus and Hillsboro. Make sure you book here early, this whole building fills up fast. I will definitely book here again.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants and very convenient to downtown Nashville attractions. Host was very responsive and made the process extremely seamless. The property has everything you will need for a short or long term stay.

We loved being within walking distance of so many great boutiques and restaurants. If you're planning to have guests in the murphy bed or fold-out couch, beware that the couch mattress has a large stain and that area gets all the street noise (including ambulances going to the nearby hospital). The apartment was clean and and had a nice little hang-out area. A few areas that could be improved: 1) They provided the access code a month ahead, which leads me to believe it is not frequently changed (security issue). 2) Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were there but not all full (fine as we brought our own). Thanks for a great stay!

Location okay. Neighbors above extremely loud between 2-4:30 AM. Only 3 hand towels and one dish towel provided for a 7 day rental. Refrigerator ran all the time. Replace seal? Unit needs deep cleaning(white floor boards, doors, trim) and vents on the ceiling. Dirt and scuff marks everywhere. Fabrics had stains which was off putting. Replace queen mattress (staining). Patio not usable with high traffic exposure. Appreciate extra paper products. Never been asked before to strip bedding.

We came to Nashville to visit Vanderbilt University with our 17-year-old daughter. We had six people staying in the unit, and it was very comfortable. Amy is very responsive and helpful as well. It’s an amazing location, thoughtfully decorated, and overall happy and good vibes. The area around it, Hillsboro Village, is extremely cute as well. Great location!
