Casa Cabrillo is ideally located to take advantage of the best Venice has to offer. One block off the famed Abbot Kinney Blvd, this charming and quiet palm tree-lined street was once an original Venice Canal and is one of the most sought-after streets in Venice. The home is a walker’s paradise, around the corner from some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and fashion retailers in Los Angeles. The home is also a five-minute walk from the beach and iconic Venice boardwalk, allowing an ideal blend of urban amenities and relaxed coastal living.
This 1957 Craftsman has been immaculately restored and caters to the most discerning guests. The home welcomes you with a bougainvillea lined fenced-in front yard, ideal for private indoor-outdoor living. The Dutch door invites you in to explore the bright open floor-plan lower level with vaulted exposed beam ceilings, a modern chef's kitchen, eight-person dining nook, spacious family room, and cozy reading area. The first floor also includes a bedroom with walk-in closet and full bathroom. The second floor features a grand primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closet, and luxurious five-fixture bathroom. The second floor has a third bedroom with an on-suite full bathroom. This bedroom features a twin daybed with a high-quality trundle and includes full blackout curtains, making it a great kids’ room. For guests with work-from-home requirements, this bedroom also has a desk and functions well as a private workspace. The second floor also includes a full laundry room.

We spent a month at 1503 Cabrillo. The home is A+ location , literally steps from shops and restaurants. The home is tastefully furnished and has private parking and outdoor space. 2 upstairs bedroom have en-suite bathrooms and the 1st floor bedroom has a full bath as well. Management quick to respond.

House smelt terrible of pee when moving in. Property manager was awful. Don’t say unless you want your money taken from you. I asked upon booking if weekly cleaning was included and he told me yes and later went back on his word. The blender was broken so I asked permission to purchase a new one of the same model and have them give money back and they said yes but they never gave money for it. I cherish spending my money on businesses with integrity and although the house is ok, I choose to put my money where respect, honesty and truthfulness are present in the business. 0/10 experience. When paying this amount of money you would think you would be respected🤨

We loved our stay. The location couldn’t be better...walk to everything on Abbott Kinney, walk to the beach.The house is charming and well equipped, and very comfortable.The management was responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be staying here again next time for sure.
