We loved staying at Pear Tree Cottage. It is a warm, cozy home with a great garden in the back where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. Easy walk (<5 min) into town to enjoy everything that is there.

The Pear Tree Cottage is amazing! It is beautifully decorated but warm, comfortable and inviting as well. The house was extremely clean and tidy. We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The location is perfect for exploring Bourton on the Water and close to wonderful restaurants and grocery stores. The location was also very good for exploring other areas of the Cotswolds. We will return one day soon hopefully!

Awesome cottage that feels like home. Also great location where you can walk to the village and enjoy the local area. Double bed a bit small for a couple but otherwise very cozy.

If you’re looking for the Real Deal in the Cotswolds, this is your kind of place. Spacious, quirky, charming and clean — hard to beat. The location is handy to most shops and cafes without being crowded. We’d love to return!! Highly recommended!!

Pear Tree Cottage is absolutely adorable and the garden is beautiful. The entire house is equipped with everything you need for a self catering vacation. It’s in a great location on a quiet street a short walk from the village square. The property manager, Joanne, was responsive to every request and a delight to work with. The only thing I would suggest is some attention to the toilets. We had a lot of difficulty getting them to flush thoroughly. Perhaps an increase in the water pressure or larger tanks would help. Regardless, this issue would not deter me from staying at Pear Tree Cottage again.

My wife and I have been staying in the UK for many months and invited my sister and her husband to stay with us for two weeks. Our time in Bourton-on-the-Water at Pear Tree Cottage was magical. We particularly enjoyed our time at the end of each day in the warm and cozy lounge. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds very comfortable, and the showers were excellent. Many happy memories and we would certainly stay again.
