Garden suite was spacious and comfortable with an excellent walk-in shower. Breakfast was generous and beautifully cooked, albeit tepid on the first day.
Although the suite was comfortable it was in need of attention. Some furniture was threadbare and plaster was falling off the walls near the front door.

Very clean & bed very comfy, delicious breakfast too! Great location.

Breakfast menu, run out of marmalade after second breakfast, cutlery not clean, tables with knot holes, not very hygienic. Two steep flights of stairs to our suite, making it difficult if you suffer with back or leg pain. Cold water supply stopped on our third night. Problem with shower.

The room was very big even had an upstairs very clean and bed comfortable. Very friendly staff and the location was spot on. We was even allowed to leave our car there even though we had checked out.
Not much pressure on the shower.

Location was brilliant
Out side the pro looked lovely ie the building and court yard etc
The room which was described as superior but was not up to standard with mismatch repairs and decor which was very tired. Dirty skirting board, wardrobe,, small. No personal touch from owners.

The room was beautiful and the hosts were very hospitable.
Nothing regarding the hotel however the area was full of tourists and lacking in activities

Lovely staff, fantastic location to walk through Bourton-on-the-Water and surrounding area. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size and had a big cupboard to store extra jackets and bags as we were staying a few days.
Water flooded the bathroom from the shower. Parking was a bit of a squeeze.

Breakfast was excellent. The location was brilliant.
Plug in sink got stuck everyday so you could not use it. Cold in room and had to keep asking for heating to be turned on.

Superb individually cooked. Excellent.

Breakfast. Nearness to shops etc. Clean. Parking on site at a cost.
Bathroom needs serious update. Flaking paintwork, mirror edges were showing signs of rust. No extractor fan. No HOT water- luke warm at best. Too cold for bath or shower. Shower in fixed position. Unable to stand under spray ( not that we wanted to).Very small room. No charm or character. Like a very small travel lodge. Very basic. Only one chair even though 2 of us. Heating not on until early evening - cold December day so not good enough. White UPVC front door opened straight from car park into room. Chipped plate at breakfast and jam in plastic pouch. A little dish would have been nice.
Wouldn't stay again. Just no attention to detail and not what we were expecting in a beautiful Cotswold village.

A great location in Bourton on the water. Lovely facilities and great breakfast's, near to plenty of pubs and restaurants.
Our room was on the first floor up a very step set of stairs to carry bags up. As you get older a ground floor room would have been appreciated.

This was a gift booking for my father's birthday. My parents had a really enjoyable trip. They were so pleased with the space they had in the suite. Having the seperate lounge space made it extra special. The rooms were clean and cosy. They were keen to show me the suite when I picked them up to show me how lovely it was.

Comfy and spacious flat on top floor. Good breakfast options. Very friendly staff

Proximity to town centre
Felt like a motel with rooms round the back in car park.
Main hotel breakfast area was very cramped set up in a conservatory extension. Also prefer to have a buffet style breakfast table to choose your own fruit, cereals, yoghurt etc to your liking.
Overall did not feel 4 star compared to previous nights accommodation.

Close to everything in the village. Pretty in every corner both village and property.
Little smell of smoke even though no smoking sign is hanged.
