Great staff. Tiniest bedroom I’ve ever stayed in

It was close to the town.

Our room was so tiny, almost like a closet up in the attic.

可怕的房间，可怕的入住体验。看了网上是五星，高分好评，没想到不给补差价升级房间，该给我们分配这么可怕的房间，只要上床，随时都可能撞头。

房间布置温馨，干净，设施基本齐全

五星不属实，因为给我们的房间有两个严重的问题，第一是有比较重的新装修的味道，住里面有点难受，第二个更严重的问题是：我们的房间床头是一道很低的通往三楼的楼梯，起床就会撞头，已经撞了几次头了。床非常软，刚开始躺下去，一翻身就掉下床了。给我们的是一间非常可怕的房间。而且我们入住前一天看到booking上还有很多间房子，我们要求加钱升级房间，酒店说没有房间了，不给我们升级房间，即使我发了邮件要补差价升级，酒店不给答复。我们提前三个月以上就订好了房间，没想到酒店给我们最差的一间房间。

Would definitely recommend and stay here again when I visit The Cotswolds next.

The staff were very friendly, the room we stayed in had good facilities and was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

If I had to nitpick, I would say I could hear people moving around and talking in the rooms next to me, but this was a very minor issue.

Breakfast was lovely and substantial. Location in a beautiful village with interesting eateries, pubs and shop's. The room was comfortable and well presented.

Amazing stay in Bourton

The cottage was amazing. Beds were comfortable, there was a cozy fireplace and the breakfast service was top-notch! It was a 5 minute walk to the town centre where there was plenty to do, I will highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Great stay in a picturesque town.

Manager very friendly and made you feel welcome. Although the room was small is was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to town. On-site parking was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the Cotswolds. Easy parking, easy walk to the downtown area. The room was lovely and the staff was great to work with! Comfortable room and very clean

Service is excellent, Rooms are comfortable and nice!

the service they were super nice and even better than in other 5 Star hotels we went. They offered to take our luggage up the stairs which didn't happen before in other 5 star hotels. Always with a smile and excellent service.

they don't tidy up your bedroom every day, which would be a huge plus. And the coffee could be improved by serving white latte, cappuccino... etc.

Exceptional

The location was absolutely perfect! A very short walk to the downtown and all of the things to see. Very cute furnishings and decor, and the breakfast was excellent in the morning!

Not really very much that there was not to like. I think the stairs were very steep, but that isn’t unusual for England.

Really lovely stay, and would highly recommend.

The room was extremely comfortable and inviting, in fact I wish we had more time to relax there. We arrived later than allowed check in time, so we needed instructions to enter our room which were easy to follow and we had no problems in doing so.

Whilst there is parking on site, it was all in use by the the time we got there and the same the following night too. So we had to park on the road which was not ideal.

Great location to explore the Cotswolds. friendly staff and nice breakfast. Loved the little window seat to sit and have a cuppa on a cold afternoon.

Bathroom floor was a bit creaky and you could hear neighbours chatting.

Fantastic gem of a place!!!

Stunning place to stay in a gorgeous village! Amazing staff especially Corrinne!! Warm , friendly and such a great host!! Fantastic breakfast!! Pleasure too have stayed at this love guesthouse!!

Only minor, but 2 single beds pushed together, kept moving apart!!!

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect, a few minutes walk to the centre of the village. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Gemma is extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble, even changing breakfast menu slightly. Comfortable bed and clean room. Plenty of free parking at the property. Would definitely stay again.

Can't think of anything to fault our 3 night stay, apart from the weather. Unfortunately due to the time of year some places we would have visited were closed.
