We love the property. It was absolute amazing trip
We din like the food , al though staff is great . Well trained . Best hospitality. But they need to do something for food

The view
There is no lift to go to the room, food is not served in the room. Ala carte options are too less

Amazing property (the original part).
Been wanting to go for over 20 years. Was not disappointed.
Great room (Maha Burj)
We did not like:
- the new addition (buffet restaurant/conference room side)
- the crowd of families and unruly children
- the view (but nothing they can do about it)
- the noisy staff banging doors and speaking & laughing loud outside our door.

the location and the fort is beautiful with the old world charm.
1. there is no lift and there are many many stairs. It wasn’t even mentioned anywhere. So if travelling with senior people, it can be a real problem.
2. the staff forgot to inform us about change in venue for breakfast and dinner twice. we had to figure out the venue by going up and down (on stairs) (on multiple floors) just to figure it out. and there is no one who seems to be in charge of this.
3. there is no room service so be prepared to go up and down the fort stairs on multiple levels and floors just to get a cup of tea and of course for every meal.

Once you step outside of your room and wander around the property you will fall for its beauty. You will appreciate many aspects of it. Pools are well maintained. You can definitely find abundant photo spots to click pictures you need.
Property is so big that you will love walking around it the whole day. I stayed for 1 night and I loved the experience overall. In house facilities are there like Umbrellas in case it rains.
They also organize a) Rajasthani folk dances, performances in the evening. b) 30min Property tour for all the guests combined.
Dinner had varieties but was not very delicious, in context of vegetarian people. The main course was not up to the mark.
Breakfast was better compared to the dinner.
Evening Snacks (Coffee, tea, aloo-bonda, banana cakes) were good.
Room was smaller in size and you have to climb many stairs to reach there. Not feasible to reach for everyone/middle aged people.
There was very less space for movement inside the room. Bed was also not very comfortable.
Room service is not there in case you want to order something from the restaurant. You have to collect your food yourself. That involves lot of to-and-from and is tiring.

Excellent experience.
Beds were a bit on the hard side

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had good food with many options in Buffay. Fort is clean and you won't find litters anywhere even though day visitirs come across. At night with lights the place really looks wonderful and should be a must visit for travellers.
The Wifi service is really poor and has very slow speeds so if you are thinking of workaction then it won't work. Most of the times whatsapp did not connect on wifi.
There is no provision for elderly people to move around except for walking up and down the stairs which is understandable but coming with family would be tough.

The room and the ambiance overall were great
The food over there during our stay was way below average. Although our food was included in the stay but if I had to pay for it I would be very disappointed. Nothing tasted great in the dinner buffet.

Food, dirty curtains and broken bed and stained bathroom
