A very memorable experience & stay. Just very sad to leave.

The property and its decor were beautiful. Very light airy and a spacious feel, with the stunning views of Newquay 😍

Nice for a short break

The property was really clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good. Karen was very attentive and an excellent host. Location is central and accessible.

We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting Newquay again and staying here again.

Location - walking distance of town center, towan and Fistral beaches and probably other beaches we didn't get the chance to visit. Accommodation - clean and spacious rooms. Loveky outdoor area and living room space Breakfast - variety of hot and cold selections Hosts - great and fast communication all through and very friendly.

Absolutely love the breakfast, stayed for 3 nights with friends and tried all 3 kinds of breakfast on menu all very tasty. Location is good only take few minutes to walk to town centre and beach. Karen and Andy were very welcoming as well. Would strongly recommend.

We have been nice holidays in Summer Breeze Newquay😊

The whole house likes a home. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. We liked the breakfast, enough for your choose and delicious. The location was perfect, easy to went to anywhere, especially went to the beach, it was so convenient to walk there👍

Sometimes the shower was less water, because I was a light sleeper， and the room was a bit noisy facing the street, but these were not too big of a problem.

Karen was amazing, very welcoming. Property is a terrific location, very clean and we recommend is strongly. Breakfast was great too.

Wish we had access to microwave. As it was hard to go out for a meal when it was raining.

i came with my family to spend couple of days relax and we enjoy spending days in summer breeze I love it hope to see u

breakfast Karen was so passionate with what she does and Andy he is the chef 👨‍🍳 and cook really really good food and of course I was vegetarian but I really enjoy lot

Main road was a bit noisy but you would expect that at this time of year, can't fault anything else.

Summer Breeze is a treasure worth finding.

The Summer Breeze is a little gem. Lovely fresh and clean room. Karen and Andy were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much for them. Great place to stay.

The shower needed a little more pressure but that is nitpicking and just being honest.

Would happily book again. A pleasant stay/experience for a week around Cornwall.

Room immaculate, easy check in and breakfast process. Owners polite and easy to talk to. Location a short walk into Newquay town centre and Fistral beach relatively close.

Wifi availability/signal almost non existent. But that is all, given the overall picture it's not a huge deal.

Lovely B&B very clean great room ,nice breakfast And in a very good location. Karen and Andy are the perfect hosts and always on hand for any help and tips for places to visit. Very enjoyable stay would highly recommend.

Everything! Hosts are amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Spotlessly clean throughout and in the lovely garden. Bedrooms are a great size (we had two triple rooms and a double) and all had plenty enough room to be comfortable on our weeks stay. Continental breakfast was delicious and more than enough food for us. The best thing though is the location, for us it was absolutely perfect.

One tiny flaw is the road outside. Nothing that can be done and havent marked it down but in hot weather with the windows open it is very noisy! I would ask for a fan when we stay again (which we will!)

Nice Hotel.

The gentleman Andy who delt with us from start to finish was great, we had a chat with him each morning and he was very welcoming. For anyone wanting to book someone that takes covid seriously, this is the spot, contactless check in with minimal to no contact between other hotel guests, breakfast was set up in a way that not even staff had to be at your table, they placed down serving trays on the table next to you which was nice. The breakfast had plenty of choice although it was sad to not have a cooked option, but I do understand why not in the current world climate. It was superbly located with parking close by too, nice views over Newquay Town. Room was comfortable, clean and cozy with all we needed, extra blankets etc when it got chilly. Overall good stay.

A couple strange things for me, although I understand during Covid things can be difficult, I found it strange being asked to bring our own towels, yet were supplied with a hand towel on arrival? With breakfast, on the first day we had a lovely spread, my partner didn't eat two out of four slices of toast, so the next day they only sent two slices, same thing with her breakfast pancake, one day she had two but couldn't finish it all so the next day she only got one, her breakfast just got smaller and smaller. I understand wanting to save money and to not be wasteful, but not everyone eats the same everyday, one morning you could be more hungry than the next and granted we paid good money, I'd expect the same amount served daily.
