Für ein, zwei Nächte in Ordnung!!

Sehr netter Empfang durch liebes Personal. Lieber Kontakt auch im Vorfeld. Sehr sicher gefühlt.

Nachts schlecht geschlafen wegen dauernder Hundebellerei. Betten nicht so komfortabel. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Frühstücken a la carte "ging so".

Bellissima location

Personale estremamente accogliente, gentile e professionale, si è sempre reso disponibile ed ha fatto si che passassimo tre bellissime giornate. La struttura in generale è molto bella con una location immersa nel verde.

Le camere sarebbero da riammodernare e troppo fredde. Purtroppo la piscina non era molto pulita.

Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo

Struttura molto bella, con un grande giardino ben curato. Camera spaziosa con letto matrimoniale e divanetto. Balcone. Bagno rinnovato. Piscina a disposizione. Piccolo parco giochi per bambini. Personale eccellente e molto disponibile. Zona residenziale tranquilla.

A calm, very esthetic place to stay

The place is very nice, pleasant and calming. The Wifi is excellent. It's a place with emphasis on the detais and the staff was very friendly

Peaceful setting but needs a little updating.

Spacious rooms, nice outdoor area. Breakfast. Good security.

Noise from reception when anyone arrived at night. Carpets would be good.No fan, no aircon. No kettle or fridge in the room. Very far from the airport. No hand towel.

There were not enough towels provided including bathroom matts would have been nice.

Quiet small comfortable hotel

Perfect for a business trip with easy access to Karen, and into town. Quiet residential location but close to restaurants/shops in Karen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple stylish rooms and nice pool. Lovely big breakfast which could be taken inside or out in the garden.

Wonderful family friendly hotel in Karen

Wonderful location in heart of Karen! Fantastic climbing frame and pool which kept our toddler entertained! Very comfortable rooms which were clean. Exceptionally lovely staff - gladys and natasha! particular thanks to Dennis, who gave us exceptional service!

A very enjoyable stay

We enjoyed the large rooms, calm surroundings and the friendly staff.

Some equipment is missing from the rooms : mirror and dressing table, bedside tables in the bedroom. In the bathrooms, we missed railing for the towels and some shelves to put toiletries.

Nice stay and friendly staff

The breakfast was fine, but with limited options. There were some nice sitting areas outside, and a small pool which we didn't use. Good wifi.

Reasonably quiet location, with no road noise but a lot of stray dogs in the neighborhood. Very slow service when we ordered dinner.

Friendly and spacious, but...

Attention of staff, friendliness. Spacious rooms, secure premises. Great shower.

Hard beds, no coffee/tea facilities in room. Beds are too short for anyone over 1.8m/6ft. No aircon. The location is far from any restaurants or shops. Barking dogs and noisy chickens and goats disturb one's sleep. No hand towel in the bathroom

An enjoyable stay

Gladys was the duty manager while I was there. She was extremely welcoming, warm and helpful and willing to assist . The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and serviced very well each day. The property has a good restaurant, but there are also very good restaurants nearby. Overall a very good experience and good value for money.

The internet was a little hit and miss. While there is a large TV, it relies on the internet via Amazon Prime for services, so is a little limited if, like me, you're looking for international news.

Lovely welcoming stay :)

Breakfast was lovely and they served it early one morning (when I was leaving for safari) which was so kind. Gladys was so lovely and friendly and made me feel very welcome :) The bed was super comfy and I really appreciated the tv as I was recovering from jet lag on the first day. thank you for a lovely stay.

Brilliant staff, delish food & great location!

The Margarita staff were so friendly, kind and helpful, they really were passionate about making our stay as comfortable as possible, particularly Gladys, who first welcomed us to the hotel. The location is beautiful, convenient and feels very safe, the rooms and hotel are kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The food was delicious and good value. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in while visiting Kenya, this is the best experience I've had by far.

Bear in mind that most Uber drivers don't seem to know where the hotel is - the postcode tells them to drop you off about a mile before you reach the true address. For this reason I recommend booking an airport taxi transfer through the hotel (particularly if you are arriving at night). Just makes it a lot easier :)
