Gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the living area and comfortable, Maximum 6 night stay only.

Our place is a top floor (elevator nearby), two bedroom and two bathroom, ocean front condo
with spectacular bird’s eye views of the surf and sand. The kitchen is equipped to make those special meals when you don't want to eat out at one of our many delicious restaurants. Enjoy eating inside, on the deck, or pack up your meal and walk to the beach to watch the sunset!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open space, great for relaxing. The table seats 4 people and is large enough to play games or do puzzles! There are 2 bar stools for extra seating. The living room and master bedroom include smart TVs with cable, BluRay and DVR. The bathrooms were recently upgraded with large, walk in ceramic tiled showers. Plenty of storage throughout the condo to put away your items. There are two sand volleyball courts adjacent to the property including a covered pavilion. For those who don't want sandy feet, the seasonal pool is inviting with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Ready for a little more exercise, bring your equipment and take advantage of the newly upgraded outdoor sportsplex - tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts, corn hole and miniature golf.

My sisters and I brought my elderly mother because she wanted to "see the beach again". this condo fit the bill perfectly. There was a great view of the beach from the deck and a very accessible walkway to the ocean front. I highly recommend this great place to stay.

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Char’s Cozy Condo in Emerald Isle. The view was beautiful; the condo was updated and clean; and the property was well-maintained. Char communicated before, during, and after the stay yet was never intrusive. We’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Communication with Property Manager was good and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the most amazing stay and absolutely loved the place! Char thought of all the little things needed to move in and start relaxing right away. This is now our third time staying at Char’s condo and she’s made some nice upgrades! New lounging chairs in the living room and an addition of a table out on the balcony were nice new touches. Once again, the place was spotless with excellent quality towels and all of the amenities needed to stay for a week. The convenience of having a washer and dryer has helped us to pack less than half of what we used to since our first stay. Access to the beach is amazing and there’s been an addition of a plank pathway from the end of the wooden deck down to the beach. This makes it much easier to walk up the slight incline and makes it super easy to get our wagon to and back from the beach! As always, Emerald Isle was never too busy, there was always plenty of room at the beach. The ease of going anywhere on the Crystal Coast is super easy from the condo. Parking was excellent as always and being within a gated community gives that extra sense of safety. It’s a shame we can only give it 5 Starts!!! Pat & Lori O.

we stayed only a few days, but enjoyed every minute! Char was extremely attentive and provided a ton of information about the surrounding area! We had one sweltering day and thoroughly enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. In the evening we sat on the deck and watched the clouds roll in over the ocean. 4 days at Chars Cozy condo we really enjoyed it. Easy beach access and great location to resturants shops, groceries. We had wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great place and hope to return. First time my sister in law had been to beach in 10 years she said it was perfect.

Great location, if you like the beach and want to stay ocean front. Two bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. This condo is very comfortable and the hostess thought of everything. We found a very casual seafood place Fish Hut Grill. Highly recommend. Great bookstore in the Food Lion shopping center. Great fishing pier minutes away. Otherwise, the area isn't over commercialized, just the want I love it.

The property is located just short walk to the beach. The ocean and the beach were wonderful. We enjoy our coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and evenings having our cocktails on the deck. The only negative about the location was that it was next to a public beach which increase the traffic on the beach. The condo was well stock for general use, except only providing one towel per person. The condition of furniture and interior was fine, but the lazy boy chairs will need new seat cushions. Overall we had wonderful time at Emerald Isle!

The location was so perfect! Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The apartment was very clean, the bed were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice especially the shower spacious and with good water pressure. A wonderful stay except for small details. I wish they had soap and shampoo in the showers also the dishwasher detergent was ancient ! Finally the check in and checkout should be respectively 3pm and 11am. 10am is really too early!!

We had a nice stay while working remotely at the beach. Very clean and reasonably quiet. Beautiful view! Condo grounds and amenities are well kept. Kitchen was missing some items like a toaster, and bring extra dishwasher detergent and trash bags if you stay a week or more. Internet speed was sufficient for two remote workers. TV in master bedroom has streaming apps but living room TV doesn’t. Char was helpful before and during our stay.

This is our second time staying at Char’s. Her condo is very clean with all of the amenities anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The view is amazing. Access in and out of the gated facility is super easy. Plenty of things to do in and around the E. I. area plus Beaufort, Swansboro & Morehead City are easy drives with amazing restaurants and shops as well! We are looking forward to another great stay in the summer of 2024!

Char was a great host! She communicated well. The condo is roomy, clean, updated, great view of the ocean, quick walk to the beach! Nicely appointed bathrooms. For those with littles, there are handheld shower wands in both baths, which is super nice. The complex is nice with an outdoor pavilion overlooking the ocean and also has a nice pool. We would definitely stay again!
