About this apartment rental

No hurricane damage

For our frequent guests (and new ones as well) we will be updating our living room media console with the addition of a new 75 inch TV. Photos to follow. This is for guests checking in after December 20th, 2024.

NOTE: Pool will be closed from January 20, 2025 through February 1, 2025 for emergency repairs. Lounge chairs will be available in the grass by the beach walkway.

-45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 55 minutes from Disney, and 20 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center.

-You have a great view of the launch pad, and on weekends you’ll get to watch the cruise ships head out to the open seas right from the living room or balcony.

We stayed here for about a week (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 1 year old) and trust me the pictures of this condo do not do it justice! The pool and beach are steps from your door and the condo has everything you could possibly need, it’s like you brought your fully stocked house on vacation with you! 100/10 recommend trust me you will not regret staying here!

This was our 2nd stay at this unit , and it was as awesome as our 1st stay !!! Got to see two rocket launches right out the condo onto the beach . I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a very nice relaxing vacation , and easy access to the beach. Can't wait until next year.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Easy, non-public access to the ocean. They provide chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked for homemade meals. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach at night which is something I would highly recommended. Would definitely recommend this property.

Doug and Cathy are such a pleasure to rent from, communication is unbeatable. The condo was beyond perfect, everything you could possibly need is provided. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beach fun closet has an abundance of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, balls etc. the rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The balcony is the best part, you have a direct ocean view as well as a direct pool view. The kids could swim and I could stay in the shade of the balcony and supervise. It was fantastic. The elevator was AMAZING for groceries and unloading and reloading. I can’t give this place or these owners a higher rating, we already have our next year planned and can not wait to return. Thank you Doug and Cathy for an unforgettable perfect experience.

This property offers a wonderful location with an unobstructed ocean view and exquisite views of some of the Spacex launch towers. Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom unit with two baths, nicely decorated. Gracious host who was quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs

Communication with owner was top notch. Great place and would stay again. I was a little concerned with the deposit vs. the insurance. However, my deposit was refunded in full in a timely manner! I recommend!

My husband, daughters and I wanted some place just steps from the beach, but in a cool part of town. This condo was IT! It's beautifully decorated...overlooks the pool...gorgeous view of the beach. The owners, Doug & Cathy, are wonderful to work with and return messages promptly. It was wonderful for my girls to have their own room, TV and BATHROOM (LOL), while my husband and I enjoyed some quiet right across the hall. Can't recommend this place enough.

After many trips to Cocoa Beach, and several VRBO’s…We feel as if we found the one where we would like to repeatedly stay. The location was accurate and phenomenal, both looking over the pool and the beach. The condo is very well stocked, with unexpected extras. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances are updated and clean. Communication with the host, as needed, was never a problem. We had an amazing, relaxing, and fun time. We are still talking about when we can book it again.

What an awesome location! Perfect for families! We had our 1.5 and 4 yo and it was awesome to walk to beach or pool so easily! Would love to stay again if ever back in Cocoa Beach!

The location of the condo is fantastic. Second floor unit with a great/direct view of the ocean and overlooking the pool. It was very clean and orderly and stocked with all the essentials.Lots of attention to detail from these owners. Everything you need for the beach...towels...high end chairs and umbrella...sand toys if you have kids.Owners respond quickly to all questions. Check in process was easy. Since we flew in and arrived via Uber we were able to get in a little early which was nice. Overall a great unit with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.

This was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. We are already wanting to book another trip at this great place.

This condo was perfect and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!! It was incredibly well-stocked and had the most comfortable living room furniture and master bedroom. You literally need to bring nothing but your clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and groceries as the owners have everything else covered. They supplied everything else you could possibly need, including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and a small cooler to take with you on the short walk to the beach. The condo also has smart tv’s and plenty to entertain you inside- board games, books, DVD’s, CD’s, I mean they’ve really thought of everything!! There’s also a sparkling 8.5 foot deep pool and you’re just a short stroll away from the beautiful ocean. We were able to watch the sun rise from the comfortable balcony and we also saw a rocket launch. We’ve never been so comfortable in a rental before and would absolutely stay here again!!

Property was very nice..clean..had all the amenities needed. Location to the beach and pool were great. Lovation and walkability to lots of adventures. We did the fin kayak adventure able to sse manatees ,dolphins. Went golfing .walked to restaurants and the pier. We enjoyed our stay

The property was spotless and the hosts thought of everything! The view of the beach is closer than what the picture conveys, so easy to get down to the beach and enjoy the spacious beach. We went during Spring Break, but the complex and beach were very family friendly! Would definitely look to book again with Doug and Cathy!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo! It truly was the cleanest and most well-stocked condo we have stayed in over the years of using VRBO. It sounds silly, but from the roll of paper towels to the Reynolds and saran wrap...things you really need if you are eating meals at the condo, which we do, but don't want to buy an entire package for just a few days! Thank you very much for your attentiveness to details...it was a lovely vacation!

We spent four nights here and it was perfect from start to finish. Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, and close enough to spend a day at Disney. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Teenagers loved the boogie boards and adults loved the balcony. Beach access was fantastic. We were lucky to watch a rocket launch our last night. We stayed twice; before our cruise and after. I would highly recommend this rental. Everything about the property was great. The location was perfect, with great beach access. The pool was nice when it was windy and too cold to swim in the ocean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The owner was east to get ahold of and responded quickly. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay at this condo! When we arrived it was bigger than expected so it was a perfect space for us. Before we got there Doug sent me a message to let me know the curtains on the bedroom window were torn off by the last person that stayed. They put some new curtains up to make it look nice while we stayed. This place is right on the beach and has a beautiful view. We went to the beach everyday. There is a cute little breakfast/brunch place right next door that has outdoor seating. It’s called whisk and grind. This condo is close to all of the major places you would want to go. We went to Disney since it is only a hour away from the condo. Doug and Cathy were so kind and easy to talk to. The condo was also very clean and had basic things for our stay. We will definitely come back if we stay at coco beach again!
