LOCATION, LOCATION, well appointed newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bathroom. 5 minute walk to coffee, thoroughbred park, Martine's and Main St. Town branch trail access, 5 minute walk to farmers market. You are 3 minutes to RUPP and 16 minutes to the HORSE PARK. KEENELAND is a quick 15 minutes. UK FOOTBALL stadium is 6 minutes from your house. Take a 5 minute walk to main st for all restaurants, bars, and nightlife.Brand new beds and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops We provide towels, bed linens, blankets, shampoo and conditioner and many other comforts from home. Coffee and home made chocolate chip cookies are provide for each stay. We look forward to hosting you. If traveling with animals please contact me extra fees apply, upon request we can provide dog toys. Bowls and treats. We have 4 of our own and we would love to welcome yours. For longterm stays we can schedule our cleaning team for an additional cost. This house is in the heart of downtown making access to attractions and highways a short ride. It is perfect for anyone coming to town to see friends and family. A single event or competing in our summer horse show series. We needed a break in a long drive, while traveling with 2 dogs. This was a great location, room for pups to use the bathroom in real grass and close to a few local breweries. The cleanliness was over the top great and the well stocked kitchen did right by providing enough coffee and creamer to get us back on the road. Would definitely recommend.

Family in town to celebrate a birthday and the completion of the bar exam. Love that we were able to bring our puppy. (Thanks for the dog treats!) Great location, close to everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Easily fit our family of five. The neighborhood does look a little sketchy - as others have commented - but we met a bunch of the neighbors, and they were great. More comfortable seating in the living room would be nice, but we had a great time. And really quick, accurate communication with the hosts. That really helps.

The property was nice. Just as advertised. We had 3 vehicles, so parking was a little cramped, but it all worked out. Getting into the priory was interesting. You had to use the code for the side door to get the key for the front door. Other than that, it was lovely.

The location was great. We walked to view the parade. My grandson wheeled my mother there in her wheelchair. We watched the fireworks from the porch. Four generations representing ages 20-92. The house was inviting. Neighbors and passersby were cordial. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and stocked very well. There was plenty of extra linens and decor was beautiful. We would have like to have more living room seating, since the benches were not very comfortable. Inside the property was very handicapped accessible, and we managed with the three inch step onto the porch. The area was a little sketchy, but not terrible. We were able to sit on the porch area and feel safe. Close to downtown and freeway access.

The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed!

The location was perfect for the Kentucky theater, and there were nice dining options in walking distance. The home was easy to access, and the cookies were AMAZING. The biggest drawback was that we couldn’t get the wi fi to work (although the antenna did mostly).

The house is very close to the Rupp Arena. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the house was clean. The neighborhood looks a bit “rough” but the looks were deceiving. It was very quiet. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a Friday night with friends and our young child. The house is adorable, clean, plenty of room for everyone. My only negative is location, we were hoping to be able to walk downtown from the house however the street did not feel safe so we stayed indoors all night.

This is a very comfortable home for families that need multiple bedrooms and space to stretch. The location has an urban feel but never felt unsafe. Any questions about the neighborhood were overcome by excellent location, comfortable beds, and a wonderful host. Stay here you won’t be disappointed!

The place checked off everything that was needed for a weekend birthday concert! The house was clean, stocked for everything and the perfect location for the venue. The owner was nice and responded quickly. Would gladly book again!

We were lucky enough to have good weather and were able to walk to downtown easily and pretty quickly. Plenty of shops and bars to spend time. Good place to stay if you are going to Rupp to cheer on the wildcats!

The house had been recently renovated and was nice but the blinds were broken not covering all of the windows some of the windows didn’t have any blind causing us to have to cover with sheets. The parking is not made for trucks. The main thing is it wasn’t in a safe part of town. Being an out of towner there was no way for us to know that at booking. We were a little unsure once we got closer but the Uber driver confirmed it later. We didn’t feel safe once our uber driver was questioning why we were staying there because there was always shootings She also told us to not be outside the house after dark. I would never stay there again.

Four couples staying one night (NYE) for a concert in town. The house was great for our group. Enough room in the driveway for our vehicles, a privet room for each couple and space in the home to hang out. We weren't in town long enough to explore and enjoy more, but the house was very close to Rupp Arena (a short Uber/Lyft)...and a 20ish minute walk back. I would have loved to have digital entry so I didn't have to worry about a physical key, but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

This home is so well stocked and decorated and nice inside!! Nice touches like snacks, delicious fresh cookies, fresh cherry tomatoes grown on-site, tons of coffee. The bed is possibly the most comfy bed we’ve slept In in a rental ever!! The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy but most cities’ downtown areas are. There is no dishwasher, just in case that matters to anybody planning to cook (we weren’t lol). Thank you so much! Your home was truly a treat!

Came here as a quick stopover on our way up to West Virginia. Very clean, well stocked house with four bedrooms that was perfect four our group's trip. Tons of water and coffee, and a quick $10 Lyft ride to the distillery district. We only stayed one night so we didn't do any walking

Enjoyed the location near restaurants etc. Owner easy to contact. Very clean with lots of kitchen essentials, coffee, sugar etc .Also , amazing cookies !

Overall, a very comfortable and nice house! Plenty of amenities like towels, coffee, utensils, pans, etc... Also loved the fresh cookies! Neighborhood is a little less than attractive, but nothing you can fault the property owner for whatsoever. There is no space in the backyard, just FYI, for guests to use. However, porch is plenty big, covered, and has lots of chairs for all to get comfortable. Driveway is narrow with only room for 2 cars, otherwise you will need to leverage street parking (which not all guests will love the idea of I am sure). Note: the driveway ends next to the house and it is not gravel parking in front of the shed! Wifi worked just fine, TV only has over-the-air antenna with limited reception, just to be aware. Having two full bathrooms was a real plus as well.

The house was very clean and decorated very nice. It had all of the amenities that one would need. The cookies and cold water were a very nice touch. It's location to downtown was perfect since our reason for the visit was UK Winter Graduation. I would definitely recomment this location and we will stay there again.

This is by far the cleanest property I have ever rented. It was so well stocked-plenty of napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, blankets, even toiletries and bottled water and toys and treats for my dogs! It is convenient to many local attractions-Bourbon Trail, Ark Encounter, Bardstown, etc. It is 100% GREAT

Communication with the host was great and she left thoughtful touches at the house. The home was fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Location was everything-5min drive to downtown and about 15 to Keeneland, however the neighboring homes are sketchy. Highly recommend for a group of people!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay for a football weekend. The house was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location to get to the downtown restaurants and to Kroger field. Regina is a wonderful host who is very responsive and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were sweet touches like cookies, coffee, etc. My inlaws said it was like a bed and breakfast! Well located, just a 5 min drive to Rupp Arena. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend this place. Regina (the hostess) went above and beyond in so many ways. We were in Kentucky to viait the bourbon trail and had a tough time finding reasonable transportation for the weekend. Regina offered to get several quotes from local drivers in the area, knowing we were price sensitive. She found us a great option. The driver was professional, friendly, and always early waiting for us at each location. The house was very clean, comfortable, and we were welcomed with a fresh bowl of fruit and pretty amazing homemade chocolate chip cookies. There’s also a fantastic coffee shop/breakfast place just down the block which was a perfect breakfast stop each morning.
