Welcome to our exquisitely remodeled duplex home located on California St in the heart of Mission Hills, San Diego. From this elevated vantage point, you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of downtown San Diego, the bay, the airport, Point Loma, and Coronado Island. On clear days, you can even catch a glimpse of South Coronado Island off the coast of Baja.

This listing offers both the upper and lower units of the duplex combined into one spacious and luxurious retreat.

The Space:
The home is a duplex and this listing is for both the upper and lower unit of the duplex being rented together as one unit. Each unit of the duplex has it's own entrance, hot tub and deck. The lowest part of the backyard is shared between both units and has games like cornhole and bocce ball. Each level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Guest Access:
Entry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and any other relevant details for entry.

We are utilizing a noise monitoring software in this property called NoiseAware. While NoiseAware is not a recording device, it does monitor noise levels to ensure they remain at a level that is respectful to our neighbors and to alert us of fire alarms while guests are not present at the property.

San Diego's Mission Hills neighborhood overlooks Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown, west of Hillcrest and south of the San Diego River valley. It is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. The area is primarily residential with locally-owned small shops and restaurants.
