This recently renovated and upgraded, south-facing pool villa has enough Disney touches to make it magical for everyone! BRAND NEW Kitchen Aid appliances! Brand new lighting fixtures and dining tables, rugs and chairs. We also have recently upgraded all of the bedrooms with luxury vinyl plank flooring, and all new bedroom furniture with 55 inch TVs in each room!

Staying our second time here was just as good as the first. The space is perfect for a family get together. The location is ideal. We loved it .

Very clean and beautiful. Loved the amenities. The host was amazing and very attentive. The only thing was my kids got chemical burns from the pools which was a little disappointing. I would still give this stay 4 stars though. It was a memorable and special time.

House was very clean and has everything that would be needed to stay without having to buy anything besides food. Very happy with the property the only downside is not with the house itself but with the gate to get into the community, it can be slow at random times to get in or out if using rideshare/uber/lyft. This is not specific to this house or any house just the community and something to consider but it did not hamper us beyond 15 minutes at the worse and a few seconds at the best.

Michelle was awesome getting us the information before we arrived. We also had other people coming to visit for a day or so and she got us the passes for them quickly and efficiently. The house was clean, the pool was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and we had starter supplies for dishwasher and laundry. There were plenty of night lights for our kids and the beds were cozy. We loved the tv outside! We were able to watch tv at night while in the pool once the kids went to bed! It was an awesome addition. It was our 3rd year staying in Windsor Hills and we were not disappointed in our stay!

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation!
The house had plenty of space for all of us. The Mickey room was great for my two kids. They loved the beds, decor and having their own full sized bathroom.
The beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed new and very clean.
I loved the updated decor in the house as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had a Keurig that provided hot and iced coffee. We loved that and also the fridge having the filtered water so we didn’t have to buy as many water bottles.
Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub. It was great to hang out by the pool watching the outdoor TV!
We brought our own pool towels but really didn’t need them. The house has plenty of bath and pool towels.
The strollers were outdated so we didn’t use them. We used kingdom strollers for our rental and babyquip for our crib rental. They came right to the home to drop off and pick up the items- it was very simple.
We also used Instacart to have our groceries dropped off so we didn’t have to waste time grocery shopping. There is plenty of grocery stores near by and the parks were just a short drive away.
We will definitely come back to this house!! Michelle was great and made our stay easy :)

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at this house. It was clean, lots of room for the 7 of us and we enjoyed the pool and pool deck very much. Very close to the Disney parks, Walmart and restaurants. The owner was really nice and answered every questions we had. I would recommend this house!

We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren, the house was perfect for our family with 4 rooms everyone had their own space. The pool and game room were nice to have as the water park was pretty crowded by mid morning. I definitely feel like this house was a good value. Clean and had all we needed for cooking our meals rather than eating out every night.

We went for a cheer competition held at ESPN, it was a 15 minute drive in fairly heavy traffic. We normally stay on Disney property and ride busses to ESPN. This was definitely more convenient and flexible (not to mention significantly less expensive)
The property was clean and updated, and we enjoyed having a pool and hot tub. I also like that there was a bathroom for each bedroom (three en suite)) we had one issue that was resolved quickly- the thermostat stopped working while we were there. The management company was extremely responsive and installed a new one within hours. It was a great stay!

Very close to the community entrance (not too close that it’s noisy but close enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re adding 5 minutes to your trip just to go anywhere)

The home decor is very modern/updated. Not even joking my wife went out and bought the exact same ottoman from Kirklands when we got back
Only problem was that my 2 year old hates our house now that she got to live in this property for a week!

Our stay was amazing! Perfect location; close to the attractions, to restaurants, and to the grocery store. My grandchildren loved the resort pool, water slides, and the snacks/pizza/ice cream from the pool side market. The house was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The host was quick to respond to my questions and was very accommodating. I would recommend this vacation home and hope to come back!

This property far exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, the ease of checking in and out, and the location were absolutely perfect. The house came with everything we needed for our stay, it was close to Disney, the Boardwalk, Icon Park, the airport, and shopping. The Gated community gave us some sense of security. We loved the playgrounds and water park/pool. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to Orlando.

VRBO has been kind to us over the years, in large part to how carefully we select homes based on ratings and reviews.
We booked this house with dozens of reviews and averaging a 4.9 or 5 star. We had ownership change a couple of months before our arrival and even the required rebooking process was smooth and hassle free.
Michelle was great at communicating with us prior to arrival and being available if we needed anything during our stay. I’m pleased to say we didn’t. This house was perfect for our 7 person family getaway. We went with our three kids (ages 3-12) and my in laws.
The house was clean, comfortable and felt like home from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool accessories were a nice added benefit. The game room was fun and the game cube in the kids room (and huge tv) brought me back to my childhood playing Mario kart.
The home had all of the things we needed as far as cooking utensils, plenty of plates, glasses and silverware.
The proximity to the playground and clubhouse area within the community was an added benefit. Windsor Hills proximity to all things tourist and amusement park makes it the ideal location for any family not wanting to be crammed into a hotel room.
Not only would we recommend renting this house for your stay, we intend to rent it again some day again on a return trip to the area. In the mean time, rent the house, you won’t regret it. Just take care of it for us so it’s as nice on our return trip.

What a wonderful home for a Disney stay!
Just as described. Took a minute to check in for the manager to call the gate but the manager answered us quickly and kindly!!! The house was spotless and more than we hoped for. Such a great location to all Disney points and convenient for shopping and food. Hot tub, pool and clubhouse for a Disney day off. Would recommend without a doubt!

Easy check in, awesome communication from Michelle, and plenty of space for our family of 5. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. It was great to have our own private pool after long days at the parks. The location was perfect - within 10-15 minutes from all Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again!
