As a devoted Disney family ourselves, we attended to every detail to create a vacation retreat filled with Disney Magic to rival that of on-property accommodations, with the convenience, amenities, and value of an off-property stay.
Every room has been meticulously themed with custom furniture, murals, and artwork - from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse kids room to the luxurious fairy-tale inspired adult rooms and incredible Star Wars game room. Our home sleeps 8 people comfortably with each bedroom featuring en-suite bathroom facilities. There are 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, and a kids room with a custom Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Full-over-Full bunk bed with pull-out twin trundle bed.
The theming of this home was truly a labor of love. While we definitely aimed to create fun and imaginative spaces for our youngest guests, such as the colorful Mickey Mouse Clubhouse room, we didn’t want to forget the young at heart! The adult rooms were designed with an eye toward a more subtle and sophisticated interpretation of beloved Disney classics. We hoped to create rooms that the characters themselves would live in rather than slap a character sticker on the wall and call it a day.
The Cinderella Master features a King bed, beautiful chandelier / fan, and details such as the wall-mounted glass slipper, fit for royalty. The second King bedroom boasts fun and stylish Rapunzel/Tangled theming. The 3rd Queen bedroom features charming Frozen-inspired Scandinavian theming. Finally, the kids bunk room stars who else but the mouse himself!
The garage has been fully converted into an amazing (and air-conditioned) Star Wars-themed game room featuring beautiful Rebel Starship murals with blue LED accent lighting, a 65-inch TV with Xbox One, a large multi-game arcade machine, air hockey, and foosball. The full size washer and dryer are also located in the garage for when your clothes start to smell like a Wookiee.
Our home also includes a spacious kitchen, open living room, and separate dining area. The main living area features ample seating for the whole family with a large, 65-inch flat screen TV with streaming access and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and linens are supplied. The dining area seats up to 6 people with bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.
Sliding glass door off the main living area leads to the private pool and spa with large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs. We are pleased to offer COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT during your stay!

The house was nicely decorated. Love the themed bedrooms! The owner was very attentive. Allowed us to have a later checkout when our flight was delayed. Love the location. Windsor Hills is wonderful. Overall a nice property. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our spring break get away with our 2 families! We were traveling with our best friends and their mom that has difficulty getting around (walker) and this was the perfect home for her to navigate through without stairs and to give our boys not only their own bed and bath but a space to game and not wake up Gammie! If the game room door is closed it’s shuts out 90% of the gaming noise, so it’s quiet and Gammie who is sleeping across the way was not disturbed.
We were able to cook full breakfasts for the whole family before heading to the parks and then come back to enjoy a dip in the pool.
Josh was very responsive if we had any questions or issues via text. We must have lost power at one point and some things needed to be reset and they were resolved quickly. Our families would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were very accurate. We enjoyed the gated community and went for walks every morning. The pool on-site was clean and nice. Pool and hot tub heater worked nicely. The place felt comfortable and furnished but not crowded. Linens were nice and we felt like there were plenty and extras in the closet. The kitchen was stocked - toaster, coffee machine, blender for smoothies, etc.
Kids items were appreciated - pack and play, umbrella stroller, high chair, stool in the kids bedroom.
We would be very happy to stay here again. Josh was an excellent host and very responsive!
Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses at some point - they were comfortable but sank a little when you got into the bed.

Only complaint is the check in process to the community. The lines coming in each day were awful taking 15-30mins to get into the community. There is only one way in and out.

We traveled with our 5.5yo, 4yo, and 21mo for a 5-night trip to Disney World. First, can't imagine a better location - easy route to/from the parks (with secret route in the home's welcome book) and super close to Walmart for groceries and anything forgotten (ponchos!). The house itself was perfect -- looks just as pictured/described. Pool was great, though we didn't get to enjoy it enough (weather was cold and we were so tired from the parks!). Kitchen was stocked, big fridge, full washer and dryer appreciated. The neighborhood community was pristine and safe. The host was especially kind and accommodating in helping us out when we overlooked a drawer of our littles' clothing. Great stay, great experience, hope we can do it again!!

We booked Josh's property to get a little sunshine, spend thanksgiving with some family that moved south and experience Disney for the first time with our kids. It was a perfect location, the house was clean, so clean in fact that my wife commented on the cleanliness. Having the Pool/Spa attached to the house as well as the community pool and waterslides was great for the kids. Great communication before and during our stay, highly recommend.

I am a researcher when it comes to selecting places to stay. The photos on this listing caught my eye right away. We chose this house for its close proximity to Disney and the airport, the heated pool, the themed rooms and that it was a modern home in a gated community. The house in person looks exactly like the photos. We really appreciated the gated community aspect and felt very safe. The themed rooms were magical for our whole family including the bathrooms. It was awesome that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We liked that the living room and kitchen were not overly themed. We did use the full size washer-dryer twice during our stay. Each bedroom had a clock with USB ports and outlets. The lightswitchs were labeled. We only used the TV in the Mickey Club House room but there are TV's in every room. The Mickey Club House room was a huge hit with our 3 year old granddaughter. We did use the pack n play for our grandson and had brought our own sheets for it. The pool was awesome! The owner left a book with everything that we needed to know plus other useful info. We had great communication. The only bummer was we did not have time to use the community pool, playgrounds and splash pad. We will have to visit those areas on our next trip.

I could not say enough about this place. We took our 16,15,6, and 3 year old to Disney and this home was the highlight of the trip. Super clean, adorable, and roomy enough for everyone. It had everything we needed. The game room was a hit. We had a small hiccup and the owner was prompt and resolved the issue immediately. Well worth every dollar spent. Very safe and secure area. Plan a day to stay home and utilize the benefits of the community. Only minutes from all Disney parks.

This property was the best decision for our disney vacation! Its a short drive to any of the parks and located right near a walmart and gas stations. The house is as beautiful as the pictures and the pool/hot tub were bliss for us! We had a minor hiccup with the door lock and the owner was quick to respond and get someone out to fix it! Do not hesistate on this property, it was so clean and such a great add on to our disney vacation. And the bonus of the resort waterpark access was icing on the cake.

This was the BEST VRBO accommodations that we have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Very clean, decorated beautifully with a great open living area. Our 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loved the Mickey/Minnie room with bunks and trundle bed. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed "bonus" after a long day at the parks. Great location, a short drive from all the Disney Parks. I had just one question, sent an email and quickly received a response. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We LOVED staying at this property during our stay last week. Extremely clean...spacious...and made a Disney vacation relaxing! My kids loved swimming in the pool first thing in the morning. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Game room was awesome. Very short drive to the parks in the morning - average of 15 minutes. The theming in every room was a really nice touch that we loved. Can't say enough positive things. We spent one afternoon at the community pool and that was great too. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean with plenty of furnishings in the kitchen, as well as towels and linens. The Disney theme throughout made my children feel as if they were on-property, yet we had so much space and lots of area to rest. Traffic can be a bit hectic getting to the parks, but we didn't find it to be any slower than staying on site and taking buses or the Skyliner. We will definitely stay again!

My family of four (plus Grandma) stayed here for the week of our Disney vacation. The house and community were great to come back to and spend non-park days at. We loved the pool, spa, and game room, and there are two nice little playgrounds that are walking distance from the house. My kids LOVED the themed bedrooms. We had a couple of minor issues (non-working coffee pot, missing electrical cover) on arrival, but Josh was quick to respond. Just a heads up, pillows are on the firm side if you prefer a softer pillow (just personal preference). Thank you for such a great stay! We had the best week.
