Enjoy private beach access just steps from your rental, or relax on the spacious patio with plenty of chairs for lounging. Suntide II has one of the largest beaches on the island!
After a day of beachside adventures, return home and take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub. As evening falls, gather by the community grill overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.
LIVING AREAS
A love seat and sofa (which converts into a queen-size sleeper) offer a fabulous social space for unwinding. The entertainment center boasts a state-of-the-art sound system, DVD player, and flat-screen smart TV with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
Fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the kitchen is outfitted with new white cabinetry, new granite countertops, and new appliances. While dinner simmers, enjoy a cold beverage at the kitchen bar with seating for three.
Gather your group around the dinner table for a lovely family-style meal and relive the day’s escapades. The dining room table seats six. After dinner, mix favorite cocktails at the brand-new wet bar.
BED & BATH
Take in stunning Gulf of Mexico views from the master bedroom’s large, sun-filled windows, or grab a book from the shelves and stretch out on the king bed. This bedroom also provides a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with granite countertops and a glass walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
When you return home from a day of exploring South Padre Island, you have several options for being outdoors a bit longer. This rental boasts direct access to a breathtaking private beach, as well as an expansive shared pool and hot tub.
Enjoy the lounge chairs on your porch, or have dinner gathered around the patio table which seats two.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an on-site coin operated laundry, and parking for one vehicle (additional parking is available on the street).

This condo is located on the first floor. Guests can exit out the back door and directly access the pool, with the beach straight ahead.

Suntide II Resort offers a prime location for limitless shopping and dining. Blackbeards, located just a few blocks away, is a local favorite for island cuisine and steaks.
Another South Padre staple is the Wanna Wanna Inn, a beachfront bar and grill with a fun tiki theme and delicious snack foods.
Spring Break
During spring break wristbands may be required with extra fees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
