Beautiful area, great location. Easy drive to downtown Asheville. Clean house, very comfortable beds, big open kitchen into great room, large dining room. Vacas was very easy to talk with and flexible for early check-in and a late check out. I would give a 4+. Just a few minor fixes and a deep clean would be a plus. Would still highly recommend!

It's a beautiful home and very large space!! It is The home in a great location! Large enough for the 15 people staying there. The concerns were that there was not really enough seating for all of us to sit in the living room area together or to eat at the dining room table together. The front porch steps had a broken area that needed repair, the upstairs bathroom needed a new shower curtain because there is mold on it, hair was also in the drain. The master bathroom shower leaked as well.
4.5
Sleeps plenty & clean. however, pretty worn out. not enough table space/ chairs to sit and eat or congregate as a group. (Inside or out) A/C not working, wifi spotty, kitchen tap not working properly. Not enough serving bowls, Only 1x bathroom upstairs for 4 bedrooms (5th room has master)

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was everything we needed and more! Big enough that everyone had their own space, but designed in a way that you were always with someone! The house was extremely clean and well stocked when we arrived and the Guest Services rep was extremely friendly and quick to problem solve when our AC went out!!! Would stay here again!!

Location is perfect. Plenty of rooms for 11. Lovely setting.

My family gathered for my mother’s funeral & it was the perfect house to accommodate our group of 12 coming from out of town. (We brought 2 air mattresses & used the office space as well). About 10 minutes from the Asheville airport, it was centrally located between Hendersonville, where the church service was held, and Black Mountain, for the burial. There was room to sit & look through photos, dine together and take walks in the lovely neighborhood. There is a swing set that our four-year-old enjoyed and a nice terrace area with one side in the open air and the other screened in. The downside was very weak WiFi, and those who wanted to login to work during our stay or use streaming platforms experienced issues connecting. Overall, it was a good place for a family reunion.

The house is nice. The location is great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen worked nicely.
Only advice is to be very careful out on the deck at night. The 3-4 steps from the upper to lower deck are very hard to see at night and no handrail to assist. Make sure ALL the outside lights are on for the best visibility of the steps. Dark brown steps on dark brown deck in the dark is not a good combination.

Well appointed home in upscale neighborhood. Just 8-10 minutes from the airport. Convenient to many restaurants, pickleball courts, downtown and Asheville offerings. Great central location.

The home was clean and spacious. It was just what we needed. The location was perfect for our visit with friends and family in South Asheville. Very highly recommend this place!

Ten family members met in a central location and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

Our family enjoyed staying here! Very nice house, with lots of room for a large group.

It was a nice house in the suburbs

Lovely home, would be great for a large family. Relatively close to downtown Asheville. Close-by restaurants. Big yard child friendly. We were thinking of renting next year for a month but the location was not what we were looking for, but could be perfect for others depending on expectations and needs. All TV’s, appliances in good order. Asheville is a lovely small city to visit, we’re very happy overall.

The bathtub on the too floor did not drain. The air conditioning was not working well at all. Very warm!! The. Rest of our stay was great! Great location and plenty of rooms for our big family!

We were able to find a large, comfortable home to hold our 11 adults and 2 young children with ample room for sleeping, gathering and outside fun.
My son in laws were able to use a private office to work several days and my grandsons enjoyed the theatre room in the basement. Great option offered which provided everything we needed!

Thanks to the management team, we had a delightful five day stay in Asheville. The house was cleaned and well stocked with supplies. There was plenty of space in the house to accommodate our needs.

The home has great space, beautiful neighborhood and location. A 15-20 minute drive to downtown Asheville.

Loved this house! It was beautiful. Great space for a large group. Everyone loved this house. The only thing I would say is to have mirrors in all the bedrooms. This was a girls trip so we definitely needed more mirrors, LOL.

The property worked well for us. It is a large really nice house. We find it difficult to find a house that has six separate beds so this was perfect.

I would like to give 5star but... Overall stay is really good except few things about the cleaning and other stuffs to be improved . We have found something unusual which makes us really discomfort and also the see the Kitchen water pipe is not good condition. I thought of share pictures as well if have an feasibility .

The house was clean and updated. It easily accommodated our large family of 17. However, it is a very noisy house due to the floor plan.

Our family stayed here for our daughter's wedding. The size was perfect for my four adult children and grandchildren.
The house was very clean. It was a great location that made it easy to get to the wedding venue and into downtown.
The lightswitches throughout the house were confusing and I would recommend that they get labeled. We also had trouble with the main level TV but we were so busy with the wedding that this mostly became an issue when we wanted to watch playoff games on Sunday.
Highly recommend this listing

My family stayed for the holiday . Everything was perfect but the first day when we didn’t have any hot water . I immediately call the host and they fixed it right away. We didn’t have any issues after that. My family loved the house and the location. I would of least loved to have a TV in each room but other than that they were all decorated nicely and cleaned . This is perfect for a large group and close to great restaurants and stores .

We enjoyed the house, the only thing we were sad is that we wanted to used the grill and no propane. The area is Nice and quiet. Recommended

The screened in porch was great as was the size of deck area. Great location.

I’ll start by saying we really enjoyed the layout of the house and quiet location. However, we ran into several issues with the house during our stay and the property manager’s communication was horrible. It took them hours if not days to acknowledge our requests. I was frustrated with how much time I spent trying to get a hold of them during our trip. I think it would be beneficial for them to make sure appliances and restrooms are functioning prior to allowing guests to book.

I would definitely rent from Vacasa again. We rented this home for a mini family reunion and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. The living room had plenty of seating room as well. The kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd - especially the 6 burner stove. The Vacasa app is very good and text and email communication from Vacasa was timely and all needed information was provided.

Wonderful home! Spacious! Very happy with our stay! Highly recommended!!!

This is a very nice well kept home in a great neighborhood. We completely enjoyed our time there.

What a disappointment! From the unsafe and broken steps at the entrance, to urine stains on all the toilets and dirty sheets, this house needs a deep cleaning and repairs. At check-in, we saw only one cleaning person was assigned to this huge house. Understandably, she was unable to do an acceptable job of cleaning and sanitizing the house. Sheets were still in the dryer and the majority of the beds were left undone or with stained sheets that had bodily fluids. Even after notifying the property manager immediately of the issues, we were accused post-checkout of “trashing” the house. The false accusation was related to previous renters, but the management company failed to complete an inspection prior to us checking in. We will never stay at this property and do not recommend that others do so either!
