About this apartment rental
Newly renovated, top floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo overlooking Snowmass Ski Area, with easy ski-in, ski-out access. The unit features a spacious & private balcony with a grill, ski storage, covered parking, a gas fireplace and a fully stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen. After a full day of skiing or hiking, you can sit back, relax & recover in our beautiful on-site, 18-person hot tub. IN308 sleeps up to eight people comfortably, featuring a king bed in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom and two sets of twin bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom. This luxury 3-bedroom is the perfect destination for your mountain getaway, regardless of the season.
Interlude 308 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub which a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking.
There is one covered parking space right below each condo. In the parking space, there is a storage shed that you may place belongings (skis, bikes, etc.) in for safe keeping. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, you may purchase a parking pass from the Laurelwood front desk for $16.00/day in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer and fall.
This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use, but we ask that you bring your own detergent if you wish to use them. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but box fans are provided in each bedroom closet and they are very effective in cooling the rooms down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Beautifully set up three bedroom, three bathroom condo with ample living space and a nice kitchen. The view is lovely and the third floor is great especially since there is an elevator! We came in for a family wedding and we were very pleased with the apartment, it was comfortable and clean. We were surprised that a cleaning service came in every other day. Highly recommended.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights in the summer time as a family of 4. It’s a quick 15-20 min drive (Depending on traffic) to all the shops and restaurants in Aspen. Great hiking trains within minutes of the property. There are also a few shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the property. This would also be a great location for ski season. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was very clean. We will stay here again.

It was our first time sitting in Aspen and I’m so thankful we chose the rental that we did. It had everything we needed including beautiful views, Plus, it was spacious and well stocked. It was also in a great location. We were just about 15 minutes from downtown Aspen. We felt right at home!

The condo was well stocked with condiments, etc. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We had a nice view of a slope and our kids could ski in and out. Just a minute from all the village amenities. Hubby and I walked but it's straight uphill on the return route. Didn't use the hot tub, but it was close. We enjoyed our stay with no issues. They left us an appreciated welcome gift!

My group of 7 had a great time here. We used the condo as a landing pad for hiking the maroon bells. We only ended up staying up staying in 2 of 4 nights, but wanted to have accommodations in place in case incoming weather forced us out of maroon bells.
Everything was easy. Front desk always communicated well. No issues. It’s worth noting my group had messed up and only booked through Sunday even though we needed to stay through Monday. Big oops on our part due to booking the place far in advance and people’s flights out changing dates. Management was able to get us in for another night and was very nice about even though it was entirely our mistake.

This property's location is really solid. It is on the 3rd Floor, building closest to the mountain. It's a short walk down a few steps to Fanny Hill after going down the pretty close elevator.
Getting to Snowmass Mall is a 5 min walk downhill -- 10-15 mins back uphill, if you have gear. We recommend the gondola down to Base Village from the Mall to get to Base Village and the Village Express lift.
The view of the slope out your "great room" window is fantastic and beautiful. They provide a convenient ground level ski locker with a couple of sleds, easy to access. The shuttles around Snowmass are reliable, no need at all for a car.
The condo was extremely well-stocked with great kitchen supplies - high quality pots and pans, bottle/can openers, nice glassware and plates, bowls, etc. It included regular drip coffee machine and a Keurig for American coffee. Bathroom amenities including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion all included, as well as plenty of towels. There is plenty of space for winter gear in the closets of each room.
It was a very comfortable space for 4 adults + 2 kids in our party.
The every other day servicing of the condo was helpful to replace towels and empty trash.
While all appeared relatively well maintained, unfortunately, the condo is in need of a true deep cleaning. When our kids' toy fell behind the couch, we moved it and found rat droppings. Droppings were also found in a few pots in the lazy susan area. In addition, there's a lot of storage items under the beds which appear to be quit dusty, causing some of our guests to struggle with allergies during their stay.
Overall we were quite happy with the stay. That said, we highly recommend regular and consistent deep cleaning to resolve these issues. With just a bit more diligence, this property could be stellar, given its awesome location. Hopefully they can make this happen for their next guests.

Spring break ski trip with family (3 kids, one grand parent). We had a blast and the property was perfect. Very convenient location with easy walk to and from the mall. Step out the door for easy/immediate access to skiing with a locker for gear by the covered parking.
The property is in great shape and the kitchen had everything you need (and then some) for making dinner at home. Gas fireplace with push button easy on/off quickly dried out the gear. Could not have asked for more. Will probably look to stay again in the summer months. Top notch!!

Great location! We will only do ski in/out in the future. Great history on the condo ownership (Lucille Ball) we enjoyed the fireplace, played some backgammon and watched Christmas movies. Well stocked kitchen. (Can opener needs to be replaced) everything else was absolutely perfect.

A great experience!
The accommodations were fantastic. Very comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. We enjoyed being able to do some hiking right from the property as well as walking to some great restaurants.

This property was perfect for our group. We stayed three nights. We only slept there too because one of the nights for the race we stayed at the starting line.
The entire process was flawless.
It was actually better than we expected.
We plan to attend the event next year and we will try to book the same unit if possible.

My kids and I had a wonderful time in this condo. The location was perfect for ski in/ski out. The management was also easy to work with and very accommodating.
