FAQ's :

Q: Do you accept pets?
A: We welcome one small dog, under 20 pounds only, with an additional pet fee and deposit. No other types of pets are permitted.

Q: How far is the beach?
A: Your feet will meet the sand in 5 minutes by foot!

Q: How warm is the pool heated?
A: Our pool heating standard during the Winter & Season Months (Dec-April) is 81-84 F degrees. Depending on exterior conditions (rain, "cooler" nights where the temperature outside drops below 60 degrees F , the water temperature may vary.

Q: Can you turn the pool heater up for us?
A: We will gladly turn the pool heater up past 84 degrees, to max. 88 F. The cost is $25/day.

Q: What is the bed situation in the house?
A: Two bedrooms have one queen bed each. The third bedrooms features two twin/single beds.

Q: Does the house have just one bathroom?
A: Yes, the house has one bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool area.

Q: Is the house child friendly?
A: Yes, we are very child friendly and can provide a pack&play upon request.

Q: Which airport(s) are the closest?
A: The house is relatively equidistant from both Fort Lauderdale & Palm Beach International Airports, both are 25 and 32 miles away, respectively.

Q: I have 7 people in my group, can an exception be made?
The house cannot sleep no more than 6 adults at any time. The only exception granted could be a family comprised of 6 adults and one child under 12 years old, to total 7 people.

First I’d give location a 9 (because nothing is a 10) but since the pier was closed for construction for the next 18 months, it took it to an 8. Especially considering my kids were looking forward to fishing from the pier. The house was ok not good not bad it was ok.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week in April and could not have been more pleased. The house was very clean, had all we needed for the week, and the backyard was incredible. The pool and covered deck were simply amazing. And it was less than a quarter mile walk to the beach, which was awesome. The owner was super responsive when we needed to reach out. We would def stay again as a family and highly recommend. Thank you for a great week!

This is one of the best VRBO houses we have stayed at with location to beach just 2 block / restaurants in same two blocks and the backyard/Pool is unbelievable. We will rent this house again. Host very responsive and cares that your stay is the best much appreciated

The property was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Had the basics to get you started as far as toiletries and spices. No need to have a car rental if you plan to stay put. Ubers are plentiful, many restaurants within walking distance, walmart delivers, publix within a five minute drive. The backyard was amazing.

From breakfast and coffee on the deck to hot dogs, burgers and grilled mahi sandwiches for lunch by the pool. A super short walk to the pier. beach and restaurants, we had a terrific time in the Blue Oasis house. Such a great place to relax and unwind. Communication with the property manager was spot on.

Although we were only about 20 minutes from where we live in Fort Lauderdale, it felt far away. The Blue Oasis was the perfect home to decompress and spend a relaxing 3 day weekend. Loved the home, location near the beach/restaurants, and of course the pool! Couldn’t get us away from it. And we loved that the property is super pet friendly with a huge fully fenced backyard. Also loved that the hosts were ultra communicative. All was perfect and we’d love to return.

This house and it's location are perfect. We had 5 adults and there was not one complaint. We spent almost every second by the resort style pool. Except for the basics (which we got delivered... who wants to waste time food shopping on vacation), a car is not needed everything you need is in walking distance, restaurants, beach, shops and mini mart. We are already planning our next trip!

House is perfectly sized and comes equipped with everything needed (for beach and pool) including clean and updated kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Backyard is a private escape from an average neighborhood. Steps to all restaurants and stores, barely 5 minute walk to beach. Excellent host communication. Our weekend get away at the Blue Oasis was nothing less than exceptional! From the gorgeous back yard to the lovely spacious coastal cottage, this place was overflowing with amenities. Anything we thought we might need, they had. The home was immaculate and well organized. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool and hanging out on the deck. It was hard to believe that just outside the secluded backyard was a nice downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Within five minutes walk, you have everything plus the beautiful beach, this home is in a perfect location. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient as well. Thanks for a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Oasis was perfect for our vacation with younger kids- we could hardly get them out of the pool! The backyard was so beautiful. We loved eating meals on the deck, lounging by the pool and taking outdoor showers. The proximity to the beach is great and a walk along the boardwalk was a great way to start the day. The area was new to us. Restaurants and shops at the end of the street was convenient, but could get a bit busy especially on weekends. Grocery store, Target and anythign else you need is a short drive away. For families with young kids- Sugar Sand Park in Boca has an amazing playground and is definitely worth a visit. Thanks for sharing your wonderful property!

The houses backyard is absolutely stunning . The description of it as an oasis is entirely excellent. Great location, communication with owner. The only thing I would advise the owner to change before the next tenant is to properly fix the bathroom door so that it shuts properly. That is certainly something to be tended to but otherwise it is a wonderful home and I would suggest it to anyone looking for a beautiful Florida escape.

What a perfect house for our vacations! We enjoyed all the Time passed in the wonderfull pool and yard! Our kids were so happy with the pool! Nothing was missing in the house, from the dishes to the complete beach kit (chairs, umbrella, wagon, pool toys…). Everything was perfectly clean. The house is literally 5 min by foot from the beach. We would book again anytime and recommand this place to every family!

The cutest little beach bungalow with an amazing backyard oasis and great location! Everything you need if you just wanna stay home and everything you need for a day on the beach is pretty much there! We have rented many homes and this little gem was one of the best. Heidi the house cleaner does a wonderful job! The house smelled amazing and was super clean! There was a problem with a clogged sewer when we arrived but the rental mgr went above and beyond to communicate up front what was happening and what steps were being taken to resolve the issue. She came by and stayed while the plumber was there and didn’t leave until the job was complete. That doesn’t normally happen. She even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was ok and drop off a gift certificate to a local restaurant to make up for the small inconvenience. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience! We will be back!

Tucked away from the bustle of Deerfield beach, but literally only a block away! The pool area is so well “secluded” that you feel like your on a tropical island, its surrounding trees completely isolates the sound. The home itself is lovely, beautifully furnished and decorated! We travel allot and always use VRBO, this is one of favorites yet! Thank You for sharing your beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the blue oasis! The backyard is perfect - covered deck, large table, quality furniture. We swam all day and the thick foliage around the pool made it completely private. Our hosts were responsive to a couple quick questions we had. The location can’t be beat! A very quick walk to the ocean - and they even had a wagon, chairs, umbrellas - everything you need for a day at the beach. No question we’d stay at the Blue Oasis again. Stay here and you’ll be happy!
