Small hotel (12 rooms and suits, all with ocean view), located directly across the street to a public beach, sometimes crowded and noisy. Our room was a king room, decent size, spacious balcony, clean, the bed was very comfortable, free drinks in the room mini-fridge, a nice shower with digital touch buttons, Japanese-like toilet. The staff was nice, trying to be accommodating but NOT all of them were very professional (we felt ignored, especially by the manager, when we asked for an upgrade or delayed check out in a barely booked hotel). The breakfast was included and was good. The beach service included beach chairs, towels, umbrella, water. HOWEVER, this is an wannabe luxury OVERPRICED and OVERRATED HOTEL, value-for-money ratio doesn't make sense, it's not worth the price!! It is advised as a luxury boutique hotel, and for $700-800/night you expect everything to be amazing... The room looked tired and dated. Some fancy gadgets don't make a first class hotel! And with all the technology advertised in the room, there isn't an USB charger, just old plug-in outlets and a slow wireless charger. The bathroom is tiny, everything is cramped, there can't be 2 persons inside at the same time, and this is a problem because there isn't another mirror anywhere in the room. You can't even see yourself get ready! Even the cheapest hotel has that! Also the amount of light for the bathroom mirror is woefully inadequate! Pool and gym were small and disappointing.

Staff was amazing, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The ocean view was unbeatable and the food was outstanding. We had both dinner and breakfast on site and they were both fantastic. Plus, we loved the complimentary drinks upon arrival and the happy hour cocktail! Will definitely go back!

Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time for check-in. Then we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. Complimentary daily cocktails and a free mini bar were nice. The pool was dirty and small.

We travel every 2 weeks throughout the year on business and this by far was one of our favorite properties in the US! Everything was exceptional. We cannot rave enough about the staff, the amenities, the location, the hospitality, the in-room massage, beach amenities and more.

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful room & bathroom. Complimentary drinks in room and a complimentary cocktail at happy hour. Breakfast is included and was amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great location too; directly across a quiet street to the beach. Nicest place we’ve stayed in a while. Will definitely return.

The View Is spectacular the balcony is huge the bathtub and shower were super all the personnel were friendly and attentive. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding as was the beach amenity services of umbrellas chairs, and iced bottled water

This is an amazing hotel!!! It far exceeded any expectations and is probably the absolute, all-around, best place we have ever stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful (you will get to know them by name), service was excellent, the room was comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. Slippers and robes for the room were so convenient during our stay. Bathroom was amazing…double shower heads with temperature control as well as a 2-in-1 toilet bidet. The amenities are wonderful, such as Beach setup for guests (very nice!), bikes to borrow, a lovely pool and deck, and even umbrellas for rain. They have a set standard of practice for service, and they deliver! Highly recommend the restaurant… top notch food and service. Stop by the bar for a drink, too - the bartender knows his stuff! Seriously, if you ever wanted a fantastic stay in a great location, this is it!

Great Boutique Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the high end appointments and amenities in our room. The balcony was wonderful to sit out and read or have a drink with sound of the ocean and beach just across the road. The location was great and despite being across the road from the beach it was quiet. The on-site restaurant serves a really nice breakfast as well. We will come back for sure.

The Royal Blues Hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything from the greeting at the front desk to check out was superb. The recent technology upgrades, including a dedicated tablet for guest services and amenities to the electronic commode with bidet, added an additional level of convenience, comfort and luxury. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the beach service, which included the set up of beach chairs, an umbrella and chilled water. The staff was amazing and our comfort was their priority. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there are plenty of places within walking distance to eat, like The Whale’s Rib, Bob’s Pizza and Burger Craze (this place has amazing shakes). My wife and I are definitely returning to this hotel.

Everything was amazing. If I would change anything it would be the dining/bar area. It is very dated and not comfortable. The food was good but too pricey for the location. Everything else was over the top.

Everything about this small hotel is perfect: location, rooms, service, heated pool and breakfast.The front desk girls were extremely nica and professional. They were in contact with us the entire time during our stay and met all our needs including very early breakfast and special requests for the beach service. Our suite was amazing very classy, clean and sunrise views are breathtaking! We were very impressed by the hotel's restaurant Chanson. Try an avocado toast for breakfast, palm heart salad for lunch and foie gras for dinner. We are definitely coming back!!

Amazing stay. My husband and I were in town for a few days. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, modern, staff was welcoming! We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel the food was excellent! Henry (the supervisor) went above and beyond! We travel a ton. Henry gave a beautiful welcome very special. We will definitely be back. It's the little details that were so wonderful from the staff to the restaurant the drinks amazing, first class...desserts seriously best dessert I've ever had the smore...! The coolest thing loved it! The room was great loved the high tech toilet bidet.. we had a big balcony ( corner room) very spacious the view amazing. We loved it. Big Hello & Thank you to Henry!!!!
