It is a lovely place just lacking in a few ways. There are very few side tables in the bedrooms. The pullout couch in the master bathroom is pretty useless there. It would be better to have that downstairs near where the hammock is and put a few comfy chairs in the master bedroom. Very limited glasses, dishes, cutlery, and we couldn’t even find a cutting board. Minor issues but good to be aware of.

The house was amazing and most importantly super clean!!! I loved the modern decorations and updates. My family is still talking about how comfortable your beds are. We were so close to the major attractions of Houston. Also, the view of the city from the bathroom was super cool. Thanks for an amazing experience!!!

My experience with renting this property was easy the property owner reach out to within a hour,after i sent request . He sent me all the info I needed to get to the property the day before which made check in easy.

My experience was amazing. The house was perfect and conveniently located. The host gave perfect instructions on how to access the house! I highly recommend!

Our Host was great and easy to communicate. Always responded quickly with any questions or information that we needed. The residence was clean and open, allowed for us to socialize and hang out together comfortably. The area surrounding the residence is great for food and entertainment. Easy access to everything. Thoroughly enjoyed the residence. One funny thing is there are no shades in the bathroom window (have to convince yourself the window is not transparent from outside) When taking a shower you need to be aware .. LOL. Overall excellent experience and we will be coming back for another weekend and make more memories.....

We had alot of fun at this home. It is beautiful and great view and location. The only thing was the window in the master bedroom had no blinds/curtain so if you shower at night everyone gets a show lol. It is a busy street but cool to be able to walk to the street vendors and listen to music nearby.

We loved the property, it was so clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a large family stay and everyone of all ages enjoyed it. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and the adults! It was a bit loud on the weekend as there was a club next door, but we were fine with that. Overall excellent experience and would book again!

We had everything we needed for our family getaway visiting Houston’s museums. The location was perfect and the home was clean and comfortable - loved having a garage! Our host, Gogo, was very welcoming and responsive. We stayed during the week without any noise issues, but not sure if the nightlife gets louder during the weekend as the property is right off a main road and near some hotspots!

Gogo was extremely responsive from the time we booked the property until the time we checked out. It’s a beautiful home, and the location is central to everything. The property is everything the pictures say it is. It gets a little loud because there is a night club in close proximity, but it was perfect for my young adults because they partied, and were within walking distance from the property. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our party of four to spread out. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and straight forward. There were just a couple of very minor issues with the ceiling fans in the first floor and master bedrooms. But luckily we had relocated our family to the top floor so everyone was nice and cool. This location is in a very active area so if you are staying over the weekend, expect some outside noise. This is not an issue the owner can control as it's just a busy part of the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Gogo's place. The communication with him was great. The townhouse is very nice with views to downtown Houston. We also enjoyed the treats he left for us as well as the milk and orange juice. Very thoughtful. The foosball table gave us some family time while we were home. My daughter loved the hammock too.

This property was nothing short of amazing! My host, Gogo was very helpful throughout the entire stay. Any time I had any questions or concerns, she answered with a a smile and assisted in resolving the problem. I will be back to Houston again in the summer and I look forward to booking this property again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in & check out procedures were easy and posted at the rental. The rental is beautiful and we liked the overall vibe. Gogo responded quickly to all questions. It was nice to have quick breakfast items available upon our arrival. We will definitely return.

Very nice unit. Next to a pretty busy area, and the always busy Turkey Leg Hut, some noise from that , but not too bad.

Being hosted by Gogo was absolutely terrific the house was clean the experience was better than expected very spacious beautiful house! check in and check out was smooth nothing was hard at all amazing and sweet person very understanding I would definitely recommend booking here

Let me first talk about Gogo, the property owner. He was amazing! He reached out before I ever could and always responded quickly when I had a question. He was extremely hospitable and accommodated all our needs. There were 9 of us and everyone arrived at scattered times of the day. He allowed us to check in early which was so needed, that gave everyone arriving somewhere to go and store their luggage. He even let us leave our luggage for a little to go out and grab breakfast after our check out time….again much needed. When we ran out of towels he personally brought some more to the house first thing the next day. The bottom floor was much colder than the rest of the house, he walked us through how to make it warmer and then checked in the next morning to see how it worked out. He was more than ready to get it fixed if it wasn’t fixed for the remainder of our stay. Now to the house, the house was perfect in size, even with all 9 of us we were never on top of each other…very spacious. The kitchen was already stacked with some snacks and necessities, water, granola….etc. When it came to getting ready there was more than enough room. I will however say that for a girls trip the lighting in the bathrooms were not the best for doing your makeup. Lighting in the bathroom was too warm…other than that no complaints. The water was always hot! Didn’t matter who was last or first to shower which was great….we had a large group. And finally! Location location location!…at most we were 20 minutes away from the farthest location. Everything from this Airbnb was a 10-15 minute uber drive….the strip itself also has restaurants and bars that are walkable. The Turkey Leg Hut is literally right across the street…you can look right out the window to see what the line is looking like. Bar 5015 is less than a 2 minute walk. It was easy access for Uber’s and central so they always arrived quickly. It’s in the heart of downtown, I can’t stress how perfectly placed it was. If I ever revisit I’m rebooking this place. Clean in the right location

I celebrated my 26th birthday this year in Houston. I could not have selected a better rental. The location was amazing walking distance from turkey leg hut and only 10 minutes from every other reservation. Not only was location great but the property was beautiful and clean. The owners were so sweet they even helped me celebrate by bringing a very sweet birthday card and a bottle of wine. This rental is a 10/10 you can not go wrong booking it!

Host was wonderful at making you feel welcomed! Nice extra service, snacks, etc. the midtown location was perfect all the bars was right in the area of walking distance. Beautiful luxury townhome!
