Condo is located on the top - 3rd Floor- #337- Comfort of No noise above you! You'll feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the sound of the ocean waves breaking on scenic Wailua Bay. For your convenience, we have a New Washer & Dryer in unit.
(Our building B 3) is just far enough away from the neighboring restaurant, Lava Lava, that you do not hear the noise from it at night)
Lae Nani is only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). The ocean view, penthouse suite allows one to have a bird's eye view of the immaculate grounds leading directly to the beach. The beach includes a rock protected pool at one end, ideal for small children.

We provide baggies, cling wrap, foil, salt/pepper, toothpicks, paper plates, pitcher of filtered water in the frig & reusable bags for grocery shopping.
For outside fun we offer Beach towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, fins, masks, snorkels, rafts, noodle, ice chests, boogie boards, hiking sticks, large rain umbrella, spike ball & bocce ball.

Lae Nani is also adjacent to an ancient Hawaiian heiau. Immerse yourself in the unique culture of this area.
The tradewinds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the Master bedroom can be opened along with the louvers in the living room to allow for the flow of air. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom.

We have been coming to the Hawaiian Islands for over 10 years. This is our third time staying in this complex. This condo has stunning views of the ocean and the mountains! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything in the condo was very clean and well stocked. We were extremely happy with the kind size bed and how comfortable it was! We loved the pillows so much we ended purchasing some of our own for home!
The owners were easy to work with and prompt with all communication. We had no issues while staying there.
The location in Kapa’a is ideal for saving time traveling north and south on the island. We enjoyed how many restaurants and shopping areas were within walking distance of the condo. The 12 mile bike path was a huge plus for daily walks and sightseeing. Lava Lava restaurant next door was very convenient and fun!
The grounds of the complex are well cared for, clean and beautiful. The pool is heated, which is a huge plus. Many pools in Hawaii are not.
We were so satisfied with this condo that we are coming again next year! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed. Aloha!

This property is in the perfect spot to explore Kauai. 20-30 min to the south shore, 20-30 min to the North Shore. If you stay local, you will be treated to an abundance of dining, shopping, and activities with a walk or a short drive. Couldn’t ask for more.
The condo has all that you need. Very well equipped kitchen, including all the foil, cling wrap, baggies, spices that you need. These in addition to a full set of dishes, cups, glassware, pots, pans, etc. fridge with ice maker, a couple reusable ice packs for the provided cooler to take to the beach with you. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel masks, pool floats, even an inflator are all provided to help your recreation and relaxation.
Condo was clean, fresh, updated, and well furnished. Everything works, screens in windows all in good repair. No complaints!
Room AC in the bedroom was a huge plus. Talked to several at the pool who didn’t have this! Super nice to turn on dot sleeping. The breeze kept the condo comfortable during the day. And the three provided fans in addition to the ceiling fans were appreciated.
Owners were fantastic to work with, checked with us on arrival to make sure all was well. Came by and fixed a burnt out light bulb, which was the only issue we had. Checkin and check out super simple.
On site pool, garbage, beach all great. Pool had some improvements in progress, but was open and in good repair. Plenty of pool chairs available whenever you needed them.

Beautiful top floor condo with all the comforts at home. Our hosts made our evening check-in easy. Was comfortable for two beds that included one Murphy bed in the living room. Views of the beautiful Pacific from the lanai. Would definitely recommend and love to book again! Nice to have food options nearby & ate at Lava Lava one night.

My husband and I stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon and we loved it!
This was a great location to explore both sides of the island! It was only about 40 mins from the shuttle ride to Ke’e beach / haena state park! The place was very nice and clean and had a beautiful view! The host was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to questions!

The location is perfect. The condo is as advertised. The lanai is perfect for evening drinks and dinner. Close walk to the Coconut Market and to the Lava Lava Beach club. The air conditioner in the bedroom makes sleeping a bit more comfortable. All in all this was the perfect place to stay and the host were great to deal with. Looking forward to coming back!

The condo was absolutely pristine! We’ll stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys/chairs/umbrella/coolers, etc. we had a slight hiccup with the checkin process but Cheryl and Edigio made it right! Highly recommend staying here!

Paradise Found!
If you want a short walk to the ocean with beautiful views all day, this is the place for you! You can swim and snorkel in your own backyard. The pool is a very nice size but the temperature was a little too warm. There are 3 BBQ’ s available right next to the pool. We had to wait a short while to use them once, but all of the utensils are available. Our 3rd floor condo was cool most of the day and a portable air condition is available in the bedroom to keep cool at night. Amenities included WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop and all the cooking utensils you could want. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. We were pleased to have beach chairs, beach towels and swim noodles available for our use. Sun rises were spectacular and we intend to come back soon!

I cannot even to begin to express how happy we were with this property! Everything from booking...to checking in...to checking out was easy. Great communication from the owners. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
The property itself is in wonderful condition. It has everything we needed for our 5 days there. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The furniture is comfortable. The place was very clean. The views are great! It was nice to be on the side that didn't face the pool (the pool area seemed a bit noisy whenever we walked by). The condo grounds are beautiful. Quick walk to Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Market Place. If I had known how nice this was going to be I would've booked our full trip here rather than splitting our time between here and the north shore.
There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which was nice. But just know it is a a little loud, not a deal breaker, but an FYI. I don't think they make the portable AC units that are completely quiet.

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I spent several lovely nights at this condo. The space was well furnished and had plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The owners were quick to answer our questions and even sent extra info on things to do. The location is perfect! There are several delicious restaurants within walking distance, along with good shopping. We really enjoyed watching the ocean while we sat on the deck each night. Would definitely stay here again!

RETURN VISIT
This was our 2nd visit to the this property and would definitely return. Great central location to see all of Kauai. Beautiful grounds and a great beach and pool. Lava Lava Club next door is a convenient place to eat and listen to live music or you can use the BBQs by the pool to prepare your own dinner. Great views from the condo. All photos are a perfect representation of the property. Communication was great and zero issues. Would love to still be there! Highly recommend this property.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a wonderful view. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. In fact, the entire condo was so well equipped that there was nothing lacking. The hosts were prompt in their communication.
We LOVED staying at this place on Kauai. We were there for five full days (7 nights, 6 days between check in and check out), and it was a dream of a stay. The location was perfect for us. The beach was nice, not crowded. We were close to shops and groceries.
The condo was light and airy. With the windows open, the ocean breeze kept the place quite comfortable. At night, we slept to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

Wonderful 3 week stay
There was nothing not to love about this condo and the immaculate condo grounds. This condo has everything included but it was all the little extra things that we really appreciated. The coffee to get us started on the first morning, the abundance of kitchen and bathroom supplies (soaps, ziplocks bags cleaning products etc). The washer and dryer in the unit made life easy. The beach chairs, umbrellas, hiking poles and travel guide were well used by us and appreciated. Communication with owners was very responsive. Can’t beat the view from the lanai and location of Lae Nani is excellent for exploring the island. We would definitely stay here again. Don & Marlene

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Lae Nani condo. It was a beautiful location, with a nice little beach out front for the kids and a pool that always felt warm. Nice, expansive grassy grounds and even an ancient Hawaiian "heiau" (sacred spot) on the premises. Our hosts Egidio and Cheryl could not have been nicer or more communicative. When the inflatable mattress had a leak, I let them know and they immediately took care of it, buying a new one and bringing it over that same evening. The unit was extremely well provisioned, with everything you could need or want for a vacation in Kauai -- including boogie board, snorkels and masks, even hiking poles! The towels were high quality, as was the bedding and kitchen ware. We hope to be back again someday soon!
