From generation to generation our family has learned the one-of-a-kind Italian philosophy, il dolce far niente, or, to put it in English, the pleasure of idleness. Yet, in reality, this concept doesn't mean "doing nothing" but doing quite a bit. It implies leaving aside the daily routine to dedicate to introspection, to relaxation and to seizing the day. Imagine yourself enjoying the lanai while watching the swimming pool and the birds that fly by, or having a cup of coffee on a comfortable couch with the people you love. It's a time to live the moment to the fullest without any thought of the past or concerns for the future.

SECURITY SYSTEM INFORMATION

For your safety, those around you, and our home, we have installed a Ring Doorbell at the front door which overlooks the front porch.There are also four exterior cameras, one in the front, which oversees the parking area, one on the back which oversees the pool equipment. And on each sides. These records 24/7. Use of these devices helps ensure capacity limitations, guest safety, and easy communication with owner if necessary.

The location and amenities in this house were great. It was very clean and very well equipped. Would have given it 5/5 except the outlets in all bathrooms didn’t work. We managed ok and the owner was very responsive. Just unable to fix it during our stay.

Our stay at this rental house was wonderful. Nestled in the heart of Orlando, this property offered everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with hospitality. The property management team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set them apart. Now, let's talk about the house itself – wow! Spacious and immaculately clean. The layout was perfect for our group, providing ample space for both relaxation and entertainment. But the real highlight? The pool! Our kids loved swimming and playing in the pool after a long day at the parks (and all day when we didn't go to the parks). It was a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water, which was the perfect temperature for March. And let's not forget about the location. Situated just minutes away from Orlando's top attractions, we were never far from the action. Whether we were exploring the magic of Disney World or indulging in a shopping spree at the nearby outlets, the convenience of this location was unbeatable. Overall, our experience at this rental house was nothing short of spectacular. From the nice amenities to the attentive service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. 12 of us stayed at this property during spring break. The place was clean and spacious and had all the comforts of home. Noelia ensures that you have everything you need to feel like it’s you’re home away from home. She was very responsive to any emails I sent her and her local team was equally as responsive. The pool area is large and complete with a BBQ, seating area and dining table. We most definitely will be booking this property again the next time we travel with a large party.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family (wife and four children) at this stunning six-bedroom villa in Orlando. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality of the villa and the exceptional service provided by the host, Noelia. The villa had everything we could have possibly needed and more, including spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely pool. The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. One of the standout features of our stay was Noelia's attentive and responsive service. She went out of her way to ensure that our every need was met and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. The location of the villa was perfect for us as well, with easy access to all of the major attractions in Orlando. We enjoyed exploring the local area and discovering all the fun activities that Orlando has to offer. Overall, our stay at the villa was a truly unforgettable experience, and we would love to return again in the future. Visited over Easter spring break. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and ample size for a large family group. Property was well designed and had everything you could need. Very good location for Disney Parks and Universal. Quiet neighbourhood on a gated complex. Pool was fantastic for the children and the outside furniture was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property

Communication was great with the villa owner, we even had a welcome pack delivered on arrival, questions were answered quickly and very helpful owner. Windsor Hills feels a very secure and safe community , the shop and site pool is a bonus. The security guards on the gate are present all the time and very helpful. The villa itself is huge, plenty of space for our three families to be together but never on top of each other. The bedrooms are modern and very spacious, the master bedroom has a huge bathroom. Ceiling fans in the larger bedrooms kept us cool at night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There is a huge lovely comfy sofa in the lounge area with TV great for relaxing after a day at the parks. The swimming pool was clean and warm as we requested pool heating. The safety screen was a bonus having young children in our family and there was pool toys to use also. The pool sitting area was comfy with several seating options and table to eat outside , we didn’t have time to use the grill unfortunately but there was one available. The games room was amazing for the youngsters, pool, table football, games etc and well stocked with several baby items such as stroller, play pens, booster seat, high chair etc. There is a huge washer and dryer to use so washing clothes was easy done. The area around the villa and community is kept very tidy and Windsor Hills is very close to all the attractions so perfect location. We had an amazing stay and will definitely book this villa again if we return to Florida, thank you !

This was the perfect place for our family of 13 during our Disney vacation. Communication with owner prior to booking, after booking, and during our stay was great. The owner checked in with us after a couple of days to make sure everything was ok. Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Since we spent the week at Disney, this was a great spot. The drive to each of the parks was about 15 minutes. The gated community also has a large community pool that our kids loved. The adults liked having the snack station by the pool that served up heated food and alcohol. We would definitely stay again.

In town for Daughters Volleyball Tourney, location was great, pool at house was great for adults. The community pool and waterslides were great for kids. Very Safe feeling community. Noelia was easy and very responsive with any questions, would stay again.
