Look no further! Less than 10 miles from downtown Atlanta, and 13 miles from the Airport this is the perfect location. This amazing home has 5 beds and 4 bathrooms. Jet Jacuzzi tub inside Master Bathroom with stand alone shower. The home is equipped with internet and cable TV in every room. The house is highly private with trees surrounding 3 sides of the house. The word pacific means peaceful in character or intent. Our aim is just that for every guest to have a peaceful nights sleep on a quality mattresses. The elegance and beauty of this home is unmatched and the pictures say it all. Book to secure your date and this property will not disappoint.
For a security there is a ring video doorbell at the front door. Also, there is a Google Nest Hub in the family room that guest can cut on and off. It is highly suggested that you read all of the rules and policies before booking. Thank you for your business!

When I first stumbled upon this house, it seemed almost too good to be true. It was last minute but Ralph made this process stress free! The communication was great. The rooms were clean. The location was great! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. I was allowed to host a Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I recommend that you rent the property because this house was a great asset.

The A/C only works at night so it’s unbearably hot during the day in the home. The room upstairs is like the attic so NOONE even slept there because it was too hot. We slept on the couch that kept separating(very cheap sectional)Be prepared to clean the home yourself when you arrive. Loads of clothes left in washer and dryer. Also be prepared to pay a cash deposit fee when you arrive and the host thinking of a bogus reason to keep it on checkout day. We made sure we cleaned the home and left no trash. We didn’t break anything and We didn’t damage anything so he lied like we locked bathroom doors.(bogus reason to keep deposit)I know the host probably can’t control the bugs because of all the trees surrounding the house but the home is full of bugs. The home wasn’t stocked with tissue. I’ve rented homes before and I’ve never had to worry about not having tissue , can opener, dish washing soap, corkscrew until this one. Host needs to hire an actual cleaning service and not his relative. Overall I would definitely never rent this home again. I spent so much money and it wasn’t worth it at all. I rented it for 4 nights and it was horrible. All the furniture is very cheap and flimsy. I hope this helps someone because we work too hard not to enjoy vacation. One of our Lyft drivers asked us about the stay and said he has picked up from the home a few times and most guest are complaining about the stay. The host is actually friendly but it doesn’t make up for the horrible stay.

Thanks to the management team. So very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The property is lovely. Every bedroom has a TV, very nice ( I would label each remote though (smile). ) Very affordable. We would gladly return.

Very class, roomy, comfortable place. Extremely quite and welcoming neighborhood. Beautiful home. Best beds we have ever slept on in a VRBO rental! Just minutes from Six Flags Over Georgia and the interstate system. Easy access to downtown Atlanta.

This Home was very lovely and the owner was very nice. My only comment would be that it should be a little more equipped in the kitchen area. We were a group of 7 and there were only enough plates and cups to serve 5. However we still enjoyed the resident. Its also a little to open being that there are no window blinds on most of the windows, so while bathing you are wondering if someone is watching you.

I rented this home last weekend for my girlfriends to celebrate a big birthday with me. This home is a GEM! There are only a few homes on the street, it is quiet and private. The homeowner was professional, courteous, and accommodating. The home has a very contemporary vibe! It is also, a great rental for a family, the upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and a little sitting area. We felt comfortable and at home. So much so, we have decided whenever we meet in Atlanta, this will be our go to home to rent (if available). Thanks, Ralph!

I'm ready to give you my end of stay report although you weren't even considerate enough to ask like you stated you would. I'll start by saying you have a big beautiful home that you are nicely decorating. However there should be someone who pays attention to detail to look over the place after your maid leaves. The hot tub wasn't cleaned well considering there was hair in it. So unsanitary that I started to clean it myself and got grossed out by considering the skin cells that may have been leftover from many previous guests in the jets. You came in yesterday and did a unprofessional walk through upstairs, but where was that same energy the day we got there when the other female guest found a used sanitary napkin in the upstairs bathroom. You then purchase a bottle of wine to compensate the 5 hour late checkin without knowing if we were recovering alcoholics or if we even drank in the 1st place. FYI there wasn't a corkscrew in the kitchen. Finally my last straw was when I attempted to wash our linen and found out there were loads left in the laundry room. I ended up finishing your cleaners job by removing the load in the dryer and rewashing the load that was left for days in the washer as well as drying it. The stay wasn't 1 star horrible but it definitely wasn't what I'm used to.
