Equipped with an elevator and two entry-level master suites, your spacious hideaway includes a game room. All the attractions of Asheville are a short drive away.

LIVING AREAS

Make yourself comfortable in the big living room. Relax on a leather sectional and three recliners while watching favorite shows on the 52inch flat-screen TV.

Take the elevator to the lower level, where you'll find a den, comfortably furnished with a sofa and three chairs. Take a seat at the four-person game table, or enjoy a movie on the 52inch flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Make favorite recipes in a modern and open kitchen. Highlights include a full suite of modern appliances, white marble counters, and plenty of cabinet space.

The sunny formal dining area seats eight.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps nine guests in four bedrooms.

Enjoy the quiet privacy of a luxurious entry-level master suite, furnished with a comfy king-size bed, two chairs, and a desk. Head straight onto the deck for a great morning view. An en-suite bathroom is equipped with a roll-in shower and a walk-in closet.

A second master suite features a queen-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a table with three chairs, as well as deck access. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

On the lower level, the third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, while the fourth guest room is furnished with two twin-size beds.

A half bath serves the common areas on the entry level.

The lower-level full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step onto the upper-level deck to enjoy the fresh air and leafy hillside views. Relax in the hammock or sip coffee at a bistro table for two. A glass-topped dining table seats six and comes with a large umbrella.

The downstairs deck can be accessed from the den and has a rocking chair.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a grill. Parking is available for four vehicles (one in the garage and three in the driveway).

THE LOCATION

Your hideaway is a 5-minute drive from downtown Black Mountain. Asheville is within 25 minutes, and is home to the WNC Nature Center, Biltmore Estate, and Grove Park Inn, along with a burgeoning selection of local eateries. Montreat College is a 10-minute drive.

For outdoor adventure, youll find zip lines, biking, swimming, fishing, rafting, tubing, and skiing in abundance. Hike on the nearby Appalachian Trail.
