About this house rental
Beautifully remodeled home with a pool and jacuzzi, all new as of January 2022. This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds.
There's a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There's also a game room featuring a ping-pong table.
We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi.

The house was perfectly located for our trip to Disney and on a pretty decent street. The house was clean and very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. The check in and check out processes were super easy. There were a couple minor issues such as the dryer having to be shook to turn on and the bypass button on the alarm not working until we switched the plugs, but we figured those both out quickly and it wasn’t a problem. I really appreciated the alarm going out to the pool as we had our 6 year old with us. My only major complaint was that the child safety lock from the game room to the pool was locked and we were not provided a key. When I asked for assistance on how to get the door open o was told how to open the latch, but again it was locked so we were unable to open the door which wouldn’t be an issue but it was way too hot to use the game room with the door closed and because of the quiet hours we weren’t allowed to use the game room after 10 when it would start to cool off. This was disappointing as the game room was one of the major reasons we picked this house for our trip. Overall, we loved the house and would gladly stay here again.

On vacation from Scotland, we very much enjoyed a 3-week stay at this property. The villa was ideal for our needs - my wife and I in our 60s, our daughter and her husband in their 40s, and our 8-year-old grandson. Location was great for Disney, and the pool was a great hit with us all. The home had everything we could possibly need, and we had only had a couple of fairly minor issues, both of which were resolved quickly and efficiently. If our travels take us back to Southern California, we would not hesitate to stay here a agin.

Great location for convenience if going to Disney, lot's of accommodations within 5min of property. Struggled a bit getting in since a code for one lock was lost in all the emails.
I didn’t like all the emails and book of rules and instructions made my stay feel more stressful. Another downside which should be put in the listing is that the game room, pool and hot tub are only 9am - 10pm which was the one thing we wanted after a long day of exploring. Lastly the alarm to the door for the pool was absolutely horrible.
Beside that downfall, we only enjoyed the home for sleep. Wish we could have enjoyed the perks after 10pm. Home was clean and had many amenities.

I absolutely loved the house and the pool but had my 87 year old mother with me. She is not able to climb starts so we had to left her up into the house and in/out of the pool.
Other than that, if I am back in the area, I will definitely rent the same house.

The house was very clean, and had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, toiletries, and kitchen amenities. Check-in and out was smooth, and the property was as described. It's about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland, which is super nice. The pool and hot tub were nice, but having to be inside by 10p is really inconvenient while on vacation. I understand quiet time at 10p, but I feel like we should have been able to use the hot tub and pool as late as we want, as long as we were quiet. This is the reason for only 3 stars on my location/neighborhood rating. The rules say the a/c unit in the house cannot be set lower than 72 degrees, but the a/c struggled to keep it that temp. It was always hotter. Also, the tub/shower in the main bathroom was very slick. My mother who was traveling with us almost fell, so we didn't use that shower the rest of the trip. A non-slip mat will be an easy fix to that issue.

This house was awesome and exactly as advertised! Very clean. We had such a great time in the pool/hot tub. Also if you are a family with little ones this is the place to book for Disney. We went for 2 days and each day we came home mid day for a break before returning to the park for the evening. I timed it from when we left the gate at the park, went to the parking garage, and pulled in the driveway….just under 30 mins. The drive to the park is only about 13(riding a short tram and walking to the car took the other 17 mins ). Pool alarm took some getting used to and could be tough to reach if you are short, but it gave us peace of mind with our daughter who wanted to swim 24/7. House was fully stocked with towels, laundry, kitchen, and bathroom supplies which was a nice touch. We also hit up several close restaurants and found that there was a Target and grocery store within a few minute drive. We would definitely book here again!

Maybe some of that is just LA and California but it was tough to navigate.

Pros:
Clean: The property was exceptionally clean, and everything was well-organized. It’s always a relief to land in a clean space a day of travel.
Quality Amenities: High-quality amenities provided. From dishes to towels, everything felt premium and not cheap.
Hot Tub and Pool: The hot tub and pool were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a long day.
Convenient Location: The apartment’s location was fantastic. Disney, Knottsberry Farms, Target, and Walmart were all within a short drive. Universal and beaches were more of a hike.
Cons:
Strict Rules: Unfortunately, the property had strict rules. Cameras and sensors monitored compliance to even have a quiet sit in the hot tub after 10 PM. To be fair they didn't hide these details, it's just a bigger deal than I thought it would be.
Bunk bed safety: If you have children, be cautious about the bunk beds. There were no guards on the top bunk, and our kids fell out of the bottom bunk. Thankfully, they weren’t on the top level.
Low Water Pressure and Smoke Alarms: One of the bathrooms had low water pressure, which was frustrating. Additionally, using the stove triggered the smoke alarms.
Communication Issues: The most significant frustration was communication. While initial interactions were prompt, questions about hidden fees (totaling $400) went unanswered. Lack of transparency around costs was disappointing.

The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property. We rented this place to be able to have time to visit a friends daughter who just had baby. The place was clean and neat. We really enjoyed this place. The only drawbacks were washing machine had a very loud noise when it ran, which was reported to the maintenance guy on Thursday when he came in to take out trash. Also, he did not called or let us know he would be coming in, which was a bit of a shock since my wife was doing work at that time and saw a random guy in the back yard. And the drinking glasses can not be clean by dishwasher, when we put one to get clean it cracked. But other than that the place was great, close to anything we needed and safe.

The check in process was a bit much as we felt like we were signing a ton of documents and verifying our identity, but this is perhaps because we made our reservation about a week before our stay and they wanted to make sure we were not doing anything fraudulent- I guess that happens...

We had a nice stay but i will say stuff like thw towels and blankets could be replaced and some deep cleaning. The door alarm to pool area was super annoying and i could barely reach it to turn off and my friend couldnt reach it at all so thats a issue. And too many rules it really made us all feel uneasy

We really enjoyed staying here for a week, visiting theme parks and beaches. It was super close to Disneyland. The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pool and spa for hours. It felt very private. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away.
The only minor quibble was slow Wi-Fi, which made streaming TV kinda annoying, so we stuck with the provided cable.

The home is beautiful and clean with well stocked kitchen supplies, linens, towels, pool toys, laundry needs and baby car items. The pool was great and we all slept very comfortably. The only thing that was frustrating was not having been given the gate code and thinking that the door code to the house was all we needed. It delayed us getting in while we searched for a different door to put a code in. The property managers are very quick to respond tho and got us the code we needed. Only other feedback I’d say is if you can add a crib sheet to the linens for the pack-n-play. Otherwise we could come again!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for spring break. We wanted a home in a quiet neighborhood with a pool & hot tub. We visited Disney for 2 days, which is about 10-15 minutes away. We also visited Universal, Santa Monica and LA, and those are all a good hour away.
All is exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need. We stopped at Super Walmart and picked up our groceries for the week. There are tons of stores and places to eat nearby. Expressway is close and easy to get to.
The property manager was easily accessible and good with communicating by text, and phone. Instructions were clear. The house itself was updated and comfortable to sleep & stay in.
We've stayed at a lot of rental homes through the years and this one ranks at the top. The pricing is very fair for what you get and they work hard to make your stay good.
If I had to make any suggestions, it would be about the child safety alarm on the back door. This is an excellent setup if you have little kids; however, we had teens and adults. There is no way to disconnect the alarm for visitors that don't need it. In our case, we set the alarm off quite a few times, even when we pressed the bypass button (if you don't press it hard enough). Maybe that is a CA state law, I'm not sure but the alarm is very hard on the ears and I would imagine to the neighbors, too.
We would absolutely rent from these owners again. Thank you for a great stay away from our home!

Located off busy road but privacy was not an issue (outside locked gate prior to locked entry to the house). Obvious old house with updates (flooring could use repairs/updating, pipes are old). Furnishings and appliances were nice, appreciated the extra air mattress to accommodate our group. Located close to Disneyland. Could use an updated dryer (had to run constantly because it did not dry quickly). Having said that, having extra towels would have been appreciated. Pool alarm was a challenge due to height of some occupants (adults). Game room and pool space were nice to have with kids (loved the supplied kids life vests and pool toys). Overall the house was nice and an easy drive to Disneyland.
