Welcome to Stratham Station! This home was newly built in 2021 and has been professionally designed and furnished by a licensed interior designer. Wow is it stunning! Whether you’re here for business or a personal stay, this well-kept, spacious home has everything you need and more. Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, you can be at the heart of the city in minutes! Stratham Station can sleep 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The large fully fenced in backyard is perfect for bringing your doggies with you if you’d like.

The owner’s suite has a large king bed, desk space, luxury bathroom and large walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed. Relax in the main space with flex seating and an open floor concept. The home is approximately 2,500 sqft and has plenty of room for multiple guests but also has a cozy feel for smaller groups. You really can’t beat how close this home is to downtown and many of the nearby local amenities. We enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for my adult family. The large fenced back yard, with covered porch was a wonderful place to lounge with pets. The only small negative was the adjacent housing complex, that at times, was a bit ruckus. However, I would have no issue staying here again.

Easy and clear communication with the host during our stay. Very clean and tons of space throughout the house. As previously noted, the apartments nearby are a little run down however never felt unsafe. Would stay again.

The house was an excellent size, with gorgeous bathrooms and decorating. The yard and covered patio was a game changer for our 3 small dogs. We would definitely stay here again if we come with friends and family.

The host of this property was very kind and accommodating, even with a massive VRBO inbox tech issue. The house was nice enough, we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, lots of people walking by looking like they were traveling (??). We liked the coffee shop that is just a block away, and the proximity to downtown was great.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. We had an issue when we first arrived with there not being enough towels for all of us. The host took care of it right away and had them delivered to the doorstep within an hour. We would stay at the home again when we are in Greenville.

Started the weekend off in downtown Greenville at Hoppin, not far from the property. Made the flower arrangements, ceremony at the Glassy Chapel at the Cliffs and sealed the celebration at the Southern Bleachery! Perfect time!!

Loved layout rooms well furnished. Communication with owner prompt and friendly. More chairs on patio would have been good. Back yard to high for yard games. Pet fur was on a bed and some other areas. But we had a nice visit . Thank u.

We had the best experience renting this place! Loved it beautiful place great hosts, easy to get in touch with! Kasey was awesome to work with! Our family was there for a memorial for my brother, we are from Greenville and loved staying here and location was great! Will definitely stay here again! Can’t say enough great things about this place! Oh and beds were so comfortable 💕💕5 stars for sure!!

This newly constructed house was a great fit for us. There were lots of amenities and a great backyard with privacy fence where the kids could play. The owners were great to work with and they quickly responded to messages.
