My loft is located directly across from NOMA Square and Mast General Store with an expansive, three window view of Main Street. Situated in the cradle of downtown Greenville's most coveted business and entertainment district. This 1,850 sq. ft., 3-bedroom loft expertly blends the best of Greenville's history with the energy of our vibrant entertainment, business and shopping district. This property adjoins an additional space of 3,000 square feet with sleeping for 8 and an additional full bathroom and 2 1/2 baths. This additional property is VRBO 1178083 . This property is rented separately from this property. As with the adjoining property it is a no large party/no event venue.
You can walk to hundreds of restaurants, shops or businesses, relax or meet with clients in this finely appointed living space. Located in a 100+year-old-building, the loft has 25-30 foot ceilings, antique exposed brick walls, arched windows allowing lots of natural light and light ash hardwood floors. This beautifully appointed space has original art, antiques and has hosted many gatherings. It can be an elegant short-term executive rental or perfect place for a small intimate wedding. It is an excellent weekender for sporting events for Clemson, Furman or Regional Sports Tournaments. It is the perfect place for a Wedding/Baby shower, graduation stay or any small cocktail gathering.. It has a full sized side-by-side refrigerator for beverages, take-out boxes and entertaining necessities. Coffeemaker, sink, and microwave provided as well. Dining table seats 4.
If requested, a 6-foot serving table is on site with 6 folding chairs. For extended stays, washer and dryer are in the unit.
The upstairs loft has king bed and large walk in closet. Just off the loft is a large, fully tiled shower and bathroom with a seat in the shower for relaxing after a hard day. Out side the barn doors to the loft is a double bed that sleeps 2, a large dressing and seating area with 2 chest of drawers and TV and a crib. The downstairs bedroom has queen bed and large closets. A single gel mattress is downstairs queen bedroom closet and can be used any place in the loft. The main dining and seating area has a television, Wifi, and three window view of Main Street. This loft is located in the heart of downtown so absolute quiet cannot be guaranteed on the weekend, during a street festival or after a large event. A sound machine to drown out any noise is provided in each room for light sleepers.

Great location and central to all Greenville has to offer. Spacious loft. The bar below is very loud, and can be loud until 3 in the morning. Even on a weekday.

The photo of the Loft tells the story better than I can. From the baby grand piano to the over stuffed chairs and sofa, to the windows overlooking Main St, we could not have picked a better place to spend our 20th wedding anniversary and enjoy the historic downtown area of Greenville. If 5 stars is the best then we give this beautiful loft 6 stars.

For the cleaning fee, over priced. They ask you take out your garbage to the dumpster oitside, strip the bed and take to the downstairs washer. The dryer is taped off with duct tape. and wash your dishes. No dishwasjer. We arrived with the lot blocked off because repayvng. We had to park two blocks away. My spouse has a town ACL and meniscus so we moved the cones to unload our luggage. The owner immediately responded
text is that your car at which time we said yes. We were just unpacking our luggage. He said move now! Yes. We moved the comes to get in. But I’m not dragging my luggage two blocks. The owner was incredibly rude it’s a nice place but not luxury. I have photos to show broken lights, nasty vents, etc. And I absolutely will never stay there again because of the owner’s rude condescending tone.

Communication with owner was pristine. The location of this flat is great. Little noisy with the bar below but to be expected in this great spot. Well appointed, well lit, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed what Greenville had to offer and will definitely be back!

We came to Greenville to see if we would want to relocate to the city after retirement. It did not disappoint!! This Vrbo helped seal the deal. This place looked just like the photos. Maybe even better! The beautiful property with exposed brick everywhere and a grand piano in the corner of the living room made you feel like you were living large. It was nicely decorated and well stocked for all our needs. Considering it did not have an “actual” kitchen, the hosts made it work!

The front door access to Main St. was right in the middle of everything, very convenient and walkable to anything and everything.
It is located directly over a popular restaurant and bar and in-between two others. While there was extra noise from being on the Main Street, the ease and convenience was worth it. We ate at maybe 10 different places (all walkable) and none disappointed us.
There are a lot of stairs.
It has only one car parking spot.
The downstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress, flickering bedside lamp lights and the bathroom floor boards need serious repair, but we managed with no problems.
We would definitely and happily stay there again.

The location downtown is perfect. The unit is clean and mostly well kept. The furniture is nice and in good condition. The unit is located on the second floor so there are a lot of steps to reach the unit. Access is through the back and is not very clean outside the building. We did have some issues contacting the owner including our first night when he gave us the wrong codes and we could not get into the unit for a couple of hours at night. The windows along the front of the unit were not in good repair and could not be opened for fresh air. In general, I would say the unit is not appropriate for children or the elderly.

My family had a fantastic time in Greenville staying in this beautiful loft. It’s clean, spacious, and in the best location. I highly recommend booking here!

Can't beat the location for catching the summer evening music and events in NOMA square -- and there was something every day of our stay. Comfortable beds/bedrooms (though some might need ear plugs) and a great look to the common space, but not the most comfortable for hanging out and definitely would not recommend for families with kids under 12. But for two to four adults looking to get out and about in Greenville and have a convenient and spacious place to crash it hits the spot.

This property was SUPER for location - within walking distance to everything we could have wanted- great restaurants, bike shop, coffee place, comedy club! The place was super interesting in layout and accommodated us perfectly - parents - another adult couple - and a 17 year old. The owner communicated w/us promptly and would definitely recommend!

Two couples in town for a performance at the Peace Center. This condo is ON Main Street which is perfect location to park car and walk to the performance and restaurants. We even walked 5 miles on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

If I could give 10 stars for location I would! Right in the heart of it all and Greenville at Christmas is spectacular. Very unique unit which was exactly as described. Gorgeous with amazing views. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 guys who wanted separate sleeping spaces so I rented both of Bill’s properties so I’m going to write one review for both places. Bill’s apartment snd loft are two of the coolest properties I’ve ever booked. You are within walking distance to several great bars and restaurants, drug store and even a grocery store. Bill's communication and helpfulness might be the best of any host on VRBO. The properties were wonderfully decorated, stocked and very cozy. The rooftop is also great. It would be difficult for folks who aren’t comfortable with steep stairs/ladders but us middle aged guys managed just fine. The location, amenities and host communication cannot be beat.

The prime location allowed us to make the most of our long weekend. We walked out the door to a safe and beautiful downtown. We enjoyed shopping and dined at a few of the best restaurants. Attention was given to the details that make a trip easier and comfortable. The host was very accommodating.

Overall the accommodation was very good. I would suggest the owner provide a “welcome-book” with information etc. I certainly understand that much information can be found online; however, information on where to place laundry/towels and trash at checkout would be helpful along with things like TV codes etc. the owner was very responsive just thinking this type of info may cut down on the messages he has to field as well.

Enjoyed our stay. The location is superb being right on Main Street and having several shops and restaurants so close. This property was very unique and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Greenville. Their is a bar under the loft which stays pretty loud on the weekends until 2am so beware if you are around on the weekends. The property was not the cleanest when we arrived but nothing we couldn’t do ourselves. The parking is only enough for one car so prepare if another couple is staying as well. We had a great stay and would stay at this property again!! Saved us a lot versus staying in the Hampton hotel.

Attempted on multiple occasions to communicate with the owner prior to arrival - both by email and by telephone and voicemail. I received absolutely no response at all. Unit was incredibly dusty. Though all the linens were clean and fresh - even warm from the dryer when we arrived. Noise from adjacent apt rental was also incredibly loud! Piano desperately needs tuning. Beautiful location and apt. Just requires a bit more care. Charging a cleaning fee for such a dusty place seem as if someone is being taken.

Very cool loft vibes. Great location if you want to be in the center of everything. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, general store, etc. It can be loud at night since you’re in the middle of the nightlife scene, but we didn’t mind this. Check in was confusing. Instructions need to be updated because they weren’t accurate and they were confusing. We rented in the middle of July and the apartment didn’t cool below 74 degrees. Even with the AC on it was 77/78 degrees during the afternoon hours. Not ideal if you like it to be cooler. It would have been nice to know about the AC prior to renting, because we wouldn’t have rented here, had we known. Other than that, the apartment had everything that we needed - plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, soap, kitchen items, etc.

For the price, I was expecting the property to be slightly more upgraded. While the kitchen/main room is lovely, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom off of the master is quite tight (the one downstairs is roomy) and the toilet runs often. It was definitely a great location and loved walking out the front door onto Main Street. It would have been nice to understand the number of stairs involved as two of us are in our sixties - so dragging bags was a challenge. Our host was super helpful but it was odd to get a scolding text because we had left a bag of trash next to the dumpster (true - it wasn't in a plastic bag but how were we to know) but the instructions clearly stated to leave it "next" to the dumpster. It wasn't scattering trash nor were we challenging guests so it felt odd to be told the neighbors had stated we left a bag of trash out. It felt creepy - as if we were being "watched". We got locked out of the loft at 1015 (check-out is at 11) on Sunday but thankfully, one of us was still inside tidying up. While the downtown area is "vibrant", the piano bar is immediately below/next to the loft so no matter the noise machine provided, you need to understand that this is a super noisy environment. The cable on the TV goes in and out - I suppose it has to do with the coverage downtown. Maybe we're not as cool as we thought but it was a bit overwhelming for us.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was right downtown and walkable to restaurants. As other reviews have stated, it can be a little loud at night, however Greenville shuts down at 11 and the noise stops for the most part too. We highly recommend this property and location.

The loft on Main Street is beautiful. After a little trouble with getting into the 2 locked entries, we got into the loft. There are 2 bedrooms 2 baths; master is upstairs. Great view of Main Stree, but cannot open the windows. The kitchen area worked out well for the both of us. Just be sure to read directions on getting into the building. Back entrance is easier than street entrance, but back entrance is in alley-way. We would recommend this to others; the downtown location is perfect. Thank you William for all your help.
