I loved the place….so secluded & set away from any of the roundhouse huts. My only neighbours were a herd of cows in the field ahead. The hot tub was a beautiful addition as was the welcome parcel of home-made bread, milk from my cows & some eggs….really lovely touch. I know I’ve mentioned a couple of negatives below but they didn’t majorly detract from my stay, and I’d definitely be back.
My heater wasn’t working (I’d been pre-warned about this on my arrival day) so I took extra layers but I’m sure this will have been fixed by now, and there was an odd smell in the shower room…so had to keep the door closed at all times (may have been related to the epic storm we had the weekend I was there)

The Hut is excellent. The attention to detail makes it a cosy and relaxing place to stay. You have everything you need and the owners were very helpful and friendly. The hot tub outside is a nice touch and great to relax in looking out on to fields. The provided coffee, bread, chocolates and milk were also a nice touch and delicious! Great accomodation for me whilst I visited the area for a wedding.

Its snug and clean with beautiful scenery, everything has been thought of, even down to umbrellas under the bed! It's beautiful, we can't wait to visit again!
Nothing, it was perfect!

Everything was exceptional. We could not fault a thing. Absolutely fantastic stay. Lovely secluded cabin. Very private with fantastic fire pit and BBQ. Honestly one of these nicest places I have stayed.
Incredibly comfortable as well.

Everything else.
No blind over the door window, other blinds not sealing with the windows which lets a lot of light in.

gorgeous location, the views from the hut are exceptional. a wonderful place to relax.

This is a review for The Roundhouse, as the owner was kind enough to move us there from the Hut due to the weather forecast over the days we were staying.
The Roundhouse is probably the BEST place we have stayed in the UK. This is, despite it raining and being chilly (a place in Cornwall during the summer comes a close second). I can not explain how stunning this place is. It's not just an accommodation but also an experience in itself.
The owners have thought of every little detail; being a perfect blend of modern design with character and warmth.
It was super clean, warm, and had comfortable beds. There was an outdoor bbq, fire pit, and hot tub. All private with a gorgeous and peaceful view. They provided everything you could need; breakfast bits, slippers, tools, and there was also a 24/7 shop to top up on food, bbq bags, etc.
We are so pleased with our stay and will definitely be visiting again.
Nothing. It was perfect.

we stayed in the roundhouse and the lodge was exceptional, clean and tidy, well appointed. there was a great welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, water and chocolates all fresh and locally sourced. the host couldn’t have been more helpful would throughly recommend.

Our stay at The Hut at Nether Farm was unforgettable, every last detail had been thought of, the hut was clean, spacious and homely with everything we needed to have a lovely weekend away. The hosts were lovely and very helpful!. The location had lovely scenery and felt safe and secure due to the gated entrances. Will definitely be staying again in the future!
Absolutely nothing to improve on in my opinion they had thought of every little thing!

The hut had all the equipment you could think of - toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric heater, plates, cutlery, hygiene consumables, soft throws, iron, hair dryer, BBQ, TV. They were all excellent 5* hotel quality.
Very close to Ashbourne -5 min drive or a 20 min walk.
Decent views and very private from the other lodgings on the farm.
Lots of nice little touches - post to hang your bathrobes (which were also provided!) by the hot tub, log burner already setup with kindle and log, and welcome pack (farm milk, delicious sourdough, and eggs)
Very kind and helpful host (Pam).
We had a slight issue with the cistern not filling up on day 2, however it was quickly resolved by Pam.
Very difficult to find anything we didn't like.
To be very picky - we had some trouble using the provided Bluetooth speaker as it kept losing connection. So we just used our phones for music.

Such a tiny place yet full of character and every little thing was thought of.
Lovely little first night starter items made the stay perfect.
There is nothing I would change.

It was so cozy. You expect something like that to be really small inside but they made it look so big.
The welcome basket was a really nice touch and the lights at night that were around the hut and path were so pretty. It gave it that special touch.

Loved how secluded the area was, so close to the town centre, the area was beautifully maintained, everything was to really high standards!

My Best Friend and I spent the weekend in The Hut and found absolutely nothing at all to fault. The place is exactly how it is in pictures. The little touches made my the owners made it feel so homely and warm. Everything you need is right there.

Just wow! Such lovely surroundings. Beautifully decorated hut, everything you needed with little extra touches such as fresh bread, milk, butter and eggs. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers.! And the added bonus of a private hot tub. Lovely welcoming host. Can't wait to return x

private, quiet, good location.
nothing was ideal for what we wanted

We loved the little details, like the homemade bread, milk, eggs, butter, fairy lights around the outside of the hut. The location was perfect with just a short walk into Ashbourne. The perfect sized hut with everything we needed, the Hot tub was a perfect addition.

In a beautiful location and the little touches such as the fairy lights really made it special! In a vicinity with others so you don't feel completely isolated and not able to call on someone, but you still feel very much like you have your own privacy
Bed was a little hard and it was a little expensive, but it was for a celebration so we didn't mind too much!

The Hut was comfortable and secluded with great views and everything you needed. It was cosy but spacious for that type of accommodation
Nothing
