We enjoyed our stay. The home was very accommodating for our party of three. The large lawn with tree was an added plus.

We traveled with our fur babies and the fenced in yard was beautiful! The house had everything we needed and Courtney was responsive!

Overall a very nice place to stay.

This place has a nice plot of land and offered a peaceful, quiet resting spot after full days of touring and sightseeing in the Indianopolis area.

Nice home not far from downtown Indy. Lots of sleeping options. Upstairs bathroom is a little small but would be fine for kiddos or shorter members of the family. Lot’s of provided items which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice stay in Indianapolis and the house was well setup and central enough to downtown Indy that it worked well for us.

We were in town for a Gaelic Sports Tournament at the World Sports Park. The house is minutes away. It was clean and comfortable for our small group of 3.

This home was exactly as described and pictures. Everything was so clean and fresh. We will definitely stay here again, if we are in the area.

The house is wonderful, the owner is fantastic, but the yard is the showstopper! Wow. It is huge and beautiful and a great respite for our family. We spent more time outside than in. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you need a place near Indy, this is it!!

We were in town for a graduation for a few days and brought our dog. The very large, fenced yard was great for walking her. Loved the rural setting so close to city. We drove into Indianapolis a couple times was an easy drive. House was clean and well kept with all the amenities. Recommend!

This location is ideal for our purposes. The home is comfortable and a great 'home away from home'!! One of my boys even said he wants to buy a house just like it some day!! Thank you for allowing us to stay for our 4th year in a row... looking forward to a 5th year!

Met our needs for the weekend

Everything about this house and property was amazing. We came for a college graduation and had our dog and parents, ages 74,75,77. One parent has mobility issues and the close parking, main floor bedroom, easily acceptable bathroom, and the layout enabled this parent to participate with ease. Our dog attempted to reduce the squirrel population by running around the fenced yard; however, she did not succeed. There is a fence opening at the driveway, which separates the large yard into two. This did not hinder us, but it’s something to be aware of.
The house contained everything one needs to stay comfortably and grill. It’s updated and yet classic furniture and decor is comfortable and well designed. There is nothing that we did not like about this stay.

Very comfortable home that was thoughtfully well stocked (including body and hair products in the shower and plenty of spices and kitchen items. Good towels... I'm picky about my towels. Loved all the extra blankets. Appreciated the games provided... we brought our own but had forgotten playing cards. The yard made me wish I had a dog to bring along. Host was super responsive.
I agree that a curtain (or blinds) to pull over the front door at night would be comforting. Also, bring socks or slippers because there is a sign asking you not to wear shoes in the house, which is understandable, but I did wish I had known in advance. If you're not from the city you may want to bring earplugs... the neighborhood is quiet but you can hear the nearby highway traffic. Definitely not a deal breaker for me - if I come back to Indy I would book again for sure!

Mom daughter & grandaughter weekend with good friends. Came to IN for Rumors concert (Fleetwood Mac tribute band). Enjoyed our stay, home was clean n cozy. Owners very responsive, quick to answer questions.

Vrbo listing is exactly as portrayed. We were very pleased with the neighborhood and the gigantic yard. It felt very private, the neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed having the fenced in yard too so that the kids could run and we didn't have to worry about them getting lost or wandering off. Great tree cover and lots of good places for playing hide and seek. It feels like you are out in the country but shops and grocery stores are just a short drive away. We were very pleased and would be happy to stay again if we come to the area.

Our group ranged from ages 7-78 and was our first trip with an adolescent dog. We ALL loved it.
The home was well equipped and they even thought of the important 'little' things such as nightlights and snuggly blakents. We had plenty of room for our group, it was 20 minutes from all the places we need to be.
When we come back, we hope we can stay here again.

We were traveling with our 13 year old and her friend. The four of us were very comfortable in the house and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was provided for. We appreciate the hospitality.

The property was very clean and in great shape, exactly as advertised. The lot size is rare compared to other listings, which gave us a feeling of comfort and safety. Check-in and out was easy and the owners are very responsive. Will definitely be looking to rent again next time we visit.

Talk about relaxation!! This property was just what my family of 5 needed! There was ample space to move around freely, which I enjoyed with 3 young boys. The home was beautiful, as advertised, and had everything we needed for our 5 day trip! The host was also great! Thanks Courtney!

Dont let the drive in to the neighborhood fool ya - this is an incredible hidden gem of a neighborhood as well as the home itself!
Comfortable and cozy, beds slept great! Kitchen spacious with everything youd need to cook.
Local TV channels as well as streaming available.
My son and I really really enjoyed our stay.
Host was responsive and a delight to work with (we extended our stay by another day).
Would stay here again as well as recommended to anyone wanting to stay in a great Indianapolis location!!

Fully remodeled home with a great backyard in a quiet neighborhood, and a hostess that was wonderfully helpful with any questions or issues. Courtney even delivered personally AAA and AA batteries for the TV. Remotes within minutes of asking.
None only was the kitchen newly remodeled, but it had all the amenities of utensils, olive oil, spices of every kind, ample spatulas, bowls, pans, just like home. This was probably the best equipped home I have ever rented.

The house- our entire stay- met and exceeded our expectations! Courtney has thought of everything... so many amenities that aren't mentioned in the listing. We very much appreciated the cleanliness of the house! The house isn't huge, yet very well laid out to hold a family of primarily adults. We would definitely stay again!
Because I like to know what to expect, I will continue with a thorough review: We were more than a little concerned about our possible destination when we drove (after dark) through an industrial park and entered the older housing development. When we pulled into the lane, our headlights shone on an old van and piled up lumber. That made us wonder if we were at the right place. Once inside, though, we were glad of our VRBO choice! The house was well decorated + cozy and the bathrooms were exceptional.
Our only suggestion is to put curtains or shades on the front + back doors.
Thank-you again for hosting us on our Indy weekend getaway! 🙂

We came to Indianapolis to visit friends. We wanted a comfortable place to relax and hangout without being in the middle of the city. This house was just as described. We enjoyed sitting out back drinking coffee in the morning. We hung out with friends by a fire pit. We put away our phones and electronics for some good old fashion family and friend time. Advice for future renters- bring lawn chairs and bug spray.

We stayed here for our daughter's college graduation - 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house was so roomy and clean! Everyone was able to spread out, and the dogs loved having the yard to play in! Definitely recommend!!

This property lived up to what we expected and more.

But a super experience.

House was very clean and had just about everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. We had some things come up and Courtney was very quick to respond. Home is close to the highway which is great for access but there is a little road noise at night. Neighborhood is very quiet and the lot is huge. Very easy to get to downtown Indy. 15 minute drive. Plenty of places to eat and grocery shop nearby. Would definitely consider staying here again on next trip to Indianapolis.

We loved this home for a weekend with my mother, mother-in-law & close close childhood friend. Courtney was extremely responsive before and during our stay when we had questions. Everything in the house is new and updated. The kitchen was stocked with lots of pots/pans/essentials to cook multiple meals. Plenty of space for a group of our size. Also easily accessible to the interstate to get anywhere in the Indy area in a short amount of time.
